Pros (+) Security was good. Had to call security for disruptive guests and they took care of the problem immediately and effectively. All of the staff in general was extremely friendly and helpful. Would go back again.
Cons (-) Cleaning staff missed some body hair when they cleaned the shower from the previous guest. Although the breakfast was nice, the area where you got the food was extremely cramped. Couldn't even turn around comfortably without accidently bumping into someone.
Pros (+) The room was great per se and the furnishings were enjoyable.
Cons (-) The room keys didn't work even after the staff checked and fixed them. Not sure if this happens to all room occupants. And the breakfast area was very cramped with almost everyone ended up dropping something as a result!!!
