Very nice hotel and the check-in staff are friendly the food was also great and the theme changes every night. would definitely stay again
the bar staff were very unfriendly and seemed like they were not enjoying their job. the all-inclusive is great for food but definitely not for drinking it takes about 20-30 min to get a drink and staining around in line for 20-30 min was just not worth it for a drink so ended up drinking in the room and went to the shop for the drink. also, there were no reps or party games to get people involved with each other and the pool closed at 7 PM.

The rooms was spacious, the staff was friendly, the pools was great even when they was crowded they are big enough to still look empty and the sun rise in the mornings front the top floor is a great way to wake up
The only problem with the hotel was that the lift was broken for one day and I did not trust using afterwards and climbing 3 flights of stairs when you can’t walk straight is no easy task

Really good location, newly refurbished hotel
the staff were rude, the women on reception robbed us on the hotel tax in which we complained and she denied. I took it further with the hotel manager, CCTV was checked and we was refunded and VIP given with a bottle of Vodka
