Our stay exceeded our expectations.Very friendly and efficient staff without being imposing.Although there were many guests staying the hotel always had a relaxed and peaceful feel to it . Always staff around to answer any query we had. Great that the spa was open until 10.00 pm .Its a lovely spa that I have visited before on a day package . I have also had spa days in other Manchester hotels but view this hotel as having the best spa experience in Manchester. We loved the food in Peters Kitchen Very good breakfast . Good price for what is on offer ie great spa ,lovely breakfast.
There is nothing that we disliked.Fabulous hotel which should be a 5 star when you take into consideration the other 5 star ones in Manchester which do not have the same facilities and are not as good.

Breakfast amazing, jacuzzi and spa is fantastic. My favourite was the Caribbean storm shower. Room is ok but I think the bed could have been more confy for a 5 star hotel. Staff was lovely
As mentioned above the bed could have been a bit more comfy.
