Pros: Nice decoration, the pool with hot water / thermal water was excellent. The breakfast was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything was perfect! amazing stay staff, room, breakfast - perfection
Cons: There a restaurant in the hotel which is very expensive, there is no really other place to get food from (there are couple of places outside but you won't leave the hotel)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Awesome pool awesome water
Cons: Loved everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This property is amazing in every way. The staff was very friendly checking us in and gave us a tour of the facility. There are elevators and parking, which is great if you have heavy suitcases and a car. Guests are encouraged to wear robes while walking around the hotel which really helps with the relaxed vibe! The food was delicious. Yummy breakfasts with eggs, omelettes, sausages, coffee, breads/pastries, etc. Lunch was very good too and the dinner-fabulous! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious with a shower and a tub. But the best thing is the warm pool and hot tubs. We spent three days soaking in the waters and it was absolutely heavenly. I highly recommend!!
Cons: Nothing!
6.3 Good
Pros: Great nature around Welcoming staff
Cons: Restaurant service with too many mistakes during 1 dinner, considering the high price Bathroom not clean Sulphur smell in rooms is too strong, needs some odour insulation
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The thermal baths
Cons: The room and bathroom- very old
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s my 2nd time in the hotel (Deluxe double room) “+” 1)Personnel is very attentive and caring. Did their best to give me the room with carpet floor (not stone as initially I got, as it was cold to be there without socks) Deluxe room is big enough. 2)Service and its quality (except wine choice by glass) is on 5* level. 3)Great to see continuous improvements in service level (2 new things added since last year: 1.Prosecco wine during the day in the reception area along with water and herbal tea in Spa area which is really great and create proper impression, 2.face mud musk for free in spa area. So you wouldn’t drink it or do mask much at all, but it’s all about service and impression. 4)Food in the restaurant for dinner was better than year ago, dishes were much tastier. So I didn’t have to go out for other restaurants. But Menu choice options- enough for 5 days of stay, if you stay 6+ days you definitely need to go to other place 5)Bar menu worked till 6pm - which is great - you can have normal food after 3pm!!! 6)Natural thermal swimming pool is the heart of the place - worth to come back 7)Great place for runners or for those who like Nordic walking. A lot of places around for that. 8)every evening working fire place in the bar area + life wonderful music! Very romantic, so you do not want to leave it :) 9)SPA - they have great nice looking spa, But I had just mud medical treatment. It’s worthy to take it. Mud is amazing- helped me with spin and muscle pain , it really relieved pain so I could keep on my morning running! 10) Fantastic natural swimming pool - it is HEART of the place! 11) Breakfast choice also was good- Gluten & Lactose free options were widely available. Ps.for Russian Spa 5* lovers - keep in mind that mud medical procedures done in the part of medical treatment, its not like 5* spa in beauty and relaxing area (hotel still have it) , mud medical area looks like in Russian “pansionat” of 80-90th — but result and effects are amazing !!
Cons: “-“ 2 major points : 1)no electric kettle in the room. For me it was big problem- I have medical herb to be taken before sleep and at wake up moment. I asked about hot water, BUT it wasn’t really hot like from normal Electric kettle. So I couldn’t have my herbal tea done properly as it should be. And it is not convenient that’ll always have to ask about that simple thing..  2)Wine choice by glass - really very poor and simple. By glass you have only one and not good option. In the bar I asked about at least some choice for red wine - so as exception I was given 3 options! But how in this Tuscany area wine can be so not tasty?! being in Italy and wine lover you would expect to enjoy Italian wine, but in fact you have to drink very simple wine...  basically Prosecco was the only acceptable option as it is hard to be bad of that... Fortunately I had other 5 days in Rome, so could have and finally enjoy tasty wine in there
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel great service the termal water wonderful

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is great, Tuscany is beautiful!
Cons: After dinner, a staff member who had roasted chestnuts on a firepit offered them to all other (Italian) guests however ignored my partner and I - it was bizarre. Later (10pm) I asked for help with broken aircon (28oC in room), the same staff member had a look and said it didnt work and to open the window. I went to find him at the front desk and asked to change rooms but was told it wasn't possible. Then the same staff member came into the room again (uninvited at about 11.30pm) loudly talking on the phone and repeatedly turned the fuse on and off in the room (so it was going pitch black) trying to get aircon started. In the morning we could hear lots of furniture being dragged around / rearranged.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay in the country isolated but really close to cascate del mulino the natural hot springs only 4 minutes by car Ther is a restaurant in the hotel that opens from 19:30 but it is really good
Cons: I
6.7 Good
Pros: The views and the room was incredible.
Cons: The owner Junior is a nightmare because of him alone I would never return to this property nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. One evening after dinner my girlfriends and I came in through the lobby and he came out the back screaming at us saying that we were too loud, we are all healthcare professionals and a neurosurgeon was with us, we know how to conduct ourselves. When I asked him to lower his voice he got aggressive and came close to my personal space, so close his mouth was almost touching my nose. He made some racial slurs and was completely out of control almost like he was on some kind of drugs. I was completely taken back at this experience and it completely ruined the awesome vacation we were having prior to our encounter with junior. Upon complaining the next day to the front desk they mentioned to us he indeed was a hot head and they apologized for his behavior, but unfortunately he was the owner and there was nothing they could do. The other front desk staff were very professional and kind.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself
Cons: The wifi doesnt work in the room n the ac was not working either
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: The room was really small compared to other accomodation. The hotel has nothing great to offer you a guest. There is no bar. The service at the restuarant is bad and waiters dont even bother to attend to patrons.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lucca, the manager, met us on arrival. He was wonderful... extremely helpful in unloading our luggage, letting us know the schedule of our spa and dinner reservations, and getting us settled into our rooms. After a week and more of schlepping our own bags and planning every detail of our trip ourselves, Lucca and the STH was like an oasis of comfort and calm to us. Perfect.
Cons: Staying only one night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean, view
Cons: Road to the property

Pros: Everything was great, the staff very helpful and nice. Typical italian breakfast (sweet), good location to old town.

Cons: Breakfast Simple.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property is nestled in the heart of Tuscany. The drive is situated amongst rolling hills of vineyards, sunflowers and wineries before entering a quaint, charming village. The location is lovely because it’s close to many local attractions as well as not too far from Rome. The building has old world charm and the owners are kind and doting.
Cons: The price point was a little high but that is Europe.

Pros: Very beautiful hotel with a typical tuscan feel. Very friendly staff The cute horses they have
Cons: I stayed in one of the (very nice) apartments further out on their large property. Only downside there was zero wifi. I travelled for work so it was a bit of a problem but otherwise everything was great

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and tended to our needs immediately. The room was very big and spacious and quite sweetly decorated. The breakfast was very nice and the location where the breakfast takes place was also very charming. The B&B is in the middle of the countryside so it was very relaxing and peaceful.
Cons: The water in the bathroom was hard to control (it was either freezing or boiling hot). The shower was a bit moldy in the corners which was an issue that I really hope they address. Also the rug in our room was dirty with lots of dog hair on it (not very nice especially since we didn’t come with a pet). The bed and bed linen was fresh and clean though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful breakfast at the time of good morning. It was what I expected. An Italian treatment so, I am extremely satisfied to have chosen the Borgovera for my stay. I recommend for the excellent continental breakfast, and the territory. Tuscany is wonderful. Great Hotel, and rooms are comfortable and gorgeous. I recommend sleeping when the temperature is warm, you can use the pool. See you soon Richard
