The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pool was amazing
The staff is great, the location is convenient, the room is spacious, and the golf club is pretty.
The hotel is under major renovation, with construction noise 8 - 5 daily (including weekends) and no common spaces. There is no pool, no fitness room, no lobby or lounge.

We went up there to visit family and chose this hotel for the pool and facilities.
The pool and facilities are under construction and not for use. They gave us 3 options for other pools. All were not great. They should announce on website that they are under construction.
My entire reservation was screwed up. The front desk clerk said that I had a one night reservation eventhough I could show her the itinerary that I booked. I also booked a room with 2 beds and got one with one bed. They also didn't mention parking and internet are not free in the kayak reservation so they tried to charge me more when I checked in. Horrible experience. But the main lobby bar service was excellent.

Location for business was excellent. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Room had a lingering smell of body odor. They had tried to cover it with lots of fresheners but it was always there. Also room was bit tired looking. Needs some TLC.
Free room service!
We stayed in this room the Friday after Thanksgiving and got a good deal. When we checked in, the front desk employee informed us we had $50 worth of hotel amenities we could spend on drinks, food, etc. We had room service for breakfast and it was awesome.

Only one bad experience.. but I so enjoyed my stay that I will not mention the big mistake a ( single) staff member made ..
