Pros (+) Location, super professional staff, having pool and jacuzzi open when” EVERY SINGLE” Hotel Chain had theirs closed in this COVID 19 nightmare closed even though they could all legally open pools and jacuzzis...Parking fee waved so free parking available... great location, but quiet...record players and tons of records to play in rooms.
Cons (-) No gym, no restaurant, no maid service, but all in publicity photos... no hair caps, no Keurig Coffee Nakers, no stationary, no pens, no indicators of hotel telephone number or address in room.... no fresh towels, no bar... all these things advertised, and “ NOT” specifically mentioned as “not being available” due to COVID 19...Bathrooms just average with bathtub sills too low to have a bath, prov...

Pros (+) I though the hotel's location was cool, off the main road but still tucked away and private. And the rooms were comfortable and newly renovated.
Cons (-) I didn't like the rooms lay out. (No foyer or hallway to separate the room door from the sleeping area) You see the light leek in from under the door and the foot traffic in the hall feels very close as you lay in bed. Also the robes were only a large and fit me more like a child's robe than one for an adult.

Pros (+) Very comfortable beds. Love the hip decor. Would come back again. Really Nice people. In general we really enjoyed Manhattan Beach more than other coastal cities. It's less cramped feeling and has a wonderful Beach.
Cons (-) Valet parking. I'm guessing you could park in neighboring streets if you wanted. It's on a busy street but it's nestled back a bit so you don't feel it.
