Pros: It's the hub of a town on a Great Lake in one of the great spots in all of Washington. All the rooms are view rooms. It's February and it's awesome here and I paid 115 for my room. That is a bargain beyond bargains. The restaurant is excellent and the bartender is now my friend.
Cons: I like here. I want to spend more time here.
Pros: Waterfront room close to the hot tub.
Cons: Room was too noisy.
Pros: Our room was one level above the beach. The room, weather, Bistro, and staff were nice.
Cons: One reservations clerk was rude. She and another wouldn't give us just one night. Fortunately, I thought of Kyak. We were able to sign up for one night. We weren't willing to spend $265 for two nights. Since we grew up in Chelan, we wanted to stay there for a reunion visit. At that price, it's a one-time stay.

Pros: The room was clean and provided a lot of amenities.
Cons: The towels provided at the pool and hot tub were small and rough.
Pros: Location, right on the Lake Chelan
Room was very nice, comfortable, with a view
All amenities, in the room, plus indoor and outdoor pools with jacuzzis
Close to the town, although not really an easy walk.
Julian, at the front desk. He was Top Notch, and a big help.
Tom, at the front desk, too. Very helpful.
Cons: Goose poop in the Lakeside Park. Unclean for sitting on the grass or beach w/o a lounge chair, and walking.
Almost no internet or reception on the cell phones, and wifi was not reliable.
Staff at the front desk was not knowledgeable and/or did not help to find information for alternate travel methods to get out of town. My car broke down, so I needed some special help, especially with such poor phone and internet. The ladies at the front desk just gave me web sites. The men, Julian and Tom, assisted as much as needed!

Pros: Walking distance to town where we played shuffle board in funky bar. Really nice check-in person. Got to take a hot tub in the evening. Beautiful landscape. Modest but pleasant motel.
Pros: Very nice modern room and Cheery staff
Cons: Bigger TV !Would be nice if it had indoor pool ,hot tub ,or fitness room ,but nice placeðŸ‘
Pros: Cleanest place I have ever stayed. The room was well appointed and the kitchen had everything one needs to prepare a simple meal. Loved the pool area and outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ's and a gas fire pit. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great!
Pros: The bbq kits that were available for checkout.
Pros: Convenience! Seemed really clean and well kept.
Pros: Nice pool, BBQ area.
Pros: Perfect location, close to Chelan and the Mill Bay Casino!
Cons: Kind of loud during the night (slamming doors, etc).
Pros: Friendly staff - nice little pool. Price was good
Cons: Traffic noise from road. not many amenities
Pros: The room was extremely clean and comfortable. They even gave us coupons for breakfast at the little coffee shop across the street and it was perfect. The room had a microwave and mini fridge but no coffee maker in the room. Rotating shower head was nice.
Cons: the air con did not work and i had to leave after one night, i am sure the thermostats were set at a high level to save money by bypassing the pump, i will not return. the tv was tiny and the pic was not clear.
Overall, a standard two-start resort in a beautiful area. If you're looking for a no-frills lodging option, this is the place.
Pros: Clean, most basic two-star amenities, friendly owners/staff
Cons: Room sort of had a musty mildew type odor upon check-in. Wi-Fi Internet did not work; vague reasons provided by front desk as to why it didn't work for PC's. Wireless should work for ANY device. No breakfast.
One of the most pleasant stays I've experienced in ages. So comfortable and peaceful. The staff were great and made us feel like we were old friends. The outdoor hot tub was a great way to relax under a crystal clear night sky. There really is nothing negative to say about the place. I only wish we could have stayed more than one night. Can't wait to come back!
Pros: Nice staff, location is ok but not great. Pool was nice and relaxing.
Cons: Seems like rooms 41 - 50 are worse than the rest. They have an indoor hallway that is all windows so it is smoking hot in the hallway. The rooms have no windows that open to the outside - just the hallway, but the A/C kept things cool and fresh.
Cons: coffee machine did not work!!!!!! no other coffee available
Pros: Recently renovated motel with gorgeous rooms! We got upgraded to a suite and enjoyed an HD Smart TV, a Keurig, a big clean bathroom, and an insanely comfortable bed. (Our 2nd night in Chelan was at the Midtowner, which was terrible.)
Cons: Only that the friendly cat in the motel office did not stop by our room.
Pros: Great amenities in the room. There was a Kurig coffee maker, but they also provided hot cocoa for my kids. Soaps and lotions were spa quality;they even had bath salts. Staff was very friendly and polite. I loved staying here!
Pros: location to great little resturant apple cup
Cons: no courtesy coffee in office
Pros: Great location, great price. Friendly helpful staff.
Pros: I came in late an had to wake up the front desk but she greeted me w a smile an was very helpful.
Pros: Loved that they put us in the back building; we heard no road noise at all. The motel itself was very quiet.
Cons: Not much of a view, but we didn't really care. Would have liked a couple of firmer pillows.
Pros: Keurig coffee maker and a great election of coffees
Cons: Expired creamers that made me waste two cups of coffee. And flavored creamer? Boo.... That's the only issue I had.
Pros: Rooms have been upgraded recently. Clean, comfortable rooms. No smoke or other odors.Friendly staff at the front desk.Conveniently located in the middle of the town.Great value for money.
Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect for the price.
Has indoor rec room, sauna [we didnt use unfotunately] but... nice to have had available
Pros: Nice room, refrigerator, microwave- awesome price for the 2 beds. definitely will return!
Cons: We went up on the holiday so no staff were present, they had informed us how to get the key etc- we didnt know about the amenities the motel offered, perhaps that was our fault but it would have been nice to have known they had the sauna etc
It's not fancy but it's quiet and provides a good night's sleep.
Pros: We stayed in the back and it was wonderfully quiet. Employees were working hard scrubbing to keep it clean. Very friendly staff.

Cons: This hotel is operating on shoe string & wife of owner does waitress, front desk & so on. It is like 18 century Salon tavern. No classic, no service & no on site parking lot( have to walk & crossed road which is dangerous). We rented Deluxe queen room which coast lot more, but we noticed that the mattress is full size & old so we could not sleep due to flappy mattress and old flappy pillow.
I do not know other people who give this hotel good review, but my experience was not pleasant with this hotel due to false advotizing full size bed as queen size and other factors.
Pros: Beautiful room.
Cons: The staff (bartenders) could not complete the check-in process, nor could they find our room key.
Pros: The fireplace the bed air conditioning coverup picture. Cute room
Cons: Not convenient for people with disabilities. Restaurant staff not trained well about hotel issues. Room dirty on check in. Discussed with owner. Parking a block and 1/2 away. Adult hotel for peace and relaxation yet night time lounge next door for young people very loud music late at night and bar fights out side window at 1:30 am. No visitors allowed. Clump of hair in tub and drops of blood on tile floor by toilet.

Pros: Very comfy bed and decent sized room for a queen room.
Cons: We ran out of toilet paper the next morning. There wasn't an extra roll in the room and no one was at the front desk. During check out, a sticky note told us to leave the key on the counter.
