Pros (+) A fabulous hotel in every regard. I stay at 4-5 star hotels in various cities at least once per year, and there's no question this is their equal. Particularly liked the abundance of outlets, including several built into the bed headboards (USB ports as well). No need to search for connections for phones/laptop. The place was spotless and the hot breakfast ws very good.
Pros (+) From the minute I arrived I felt welcome. The staff greeted me with a smile and helped me with everything I needed. I brought a late night dinner to heat up and they gave me a REAL plate. They had snacks to offer... Even other guests were welcoming and helpful! What a great environment!!
