Pros: Amazing and friendly staff, and great facility & location for tourists who is looking for living in a traditional building (Riad) and area, I really want to thank all the staff, they went all the way to make our stay very comfortable, leaded by Mr. Yosef.
Cons: Non.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved everything about this Riad. Amazing staff, beautiful Riad and great location
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I absolutely loved this Riad. What sets it apart is the amazing staff. They are so lovely and look after you do well. They offer free orange juice and tea all day long - can’t recommend this place enough.
Cons: It was all good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We have travelled a lot. Practically all continents ( we have not visit Antarctica yet) and this is by far the best place we are stayed in. The kindness and feeling of being welcomed is overwhelming. We felt like Riad Alili was our home away home and yousef , Mustafá and others were part of our family. We are still traveling in Greece and always talking about how much we miss Marraquech and Riad Alili.
Cons: Nothing not to like
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The kindness of people working there. Feels like home
Cons: Nothing not to likr
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful place! Friendly and kind people. The most AMAZING breakfasts everyday. We had dinner there twice and they accommodated vegetarian request and we had the best dinners in Marrakech at the hotel. Great walking location to everything! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!
Cons: Shower mats needed for slippery floors inside the shower.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff at Riad Alili were so welcoming and friendly, we felt so well looked after during our stay! Nothing was ever a problem we were always greeted with a smile like you were an old friend. Lovely rooms, great pool, and a nice location.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was my first visit of Morocco and first Riad. I should say, it was one of the best places where I stayed during my long trip. It's one of Riad which I definitely would recommend. It's small and more comfortable for adults who is searching quiet place to stay. Very friendly staff, very friendly and helpful Michele - amazing owner of Riad. Homemade breakfast is huge, fresh and full of different tastes at the same time. You should try avocado cream, moroccan yogurt and dried apricots caramelized in orange juice! Very relaxful place with great views on small terrace!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Attentative host who takes good care from the start (airport transportation etc.) Very nice and warm welcome ! Rooms exellent (compared to other Riads/Maisons in Marrakech) Exellent Breakfast and together with the stunning view over the city and the mountains - a truly remarkable experience ! Thank you Michelle for your hospitality !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The maison is a hidden jewel in the Kasbah of Marrakech, definitely a beautiful home rather than just any regular hotel. Even before I arrived, Michele graciously contacted me to arrange an airport pickup, which was a good idea considering the airport taxi situation. When I arrived, she welcomed me into a beautiful old place, almost a small palace in how ornately it was decorated. She shared with me her story about falling in love with Morocco and with Marrakech and how she came to run the place. I was there during a dead time for tourists (between Ramadan and the hot summer), which meant that aside from Michele and Leo (the beautiful house cat), I had the whole place to myself. Michele very generously gave me a bigger room, which was clean and beautiful and (thankfully) airconditioned. She also handed me the key to the whole maison, which meant I could come and go as I pleased. Breakfast was arranged both mornings on the terrace, with Youness (one of Michele's staff) offering me literally anything I wanted to eat. It was wonderful to eat in the shade overlooking the brightly sunlit city. The location is peaceful and quiet, with many high-quality restaurants nearby. If I were to come back to Marrakech I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything but especially the service
Cons: Sound sometimes a bit noisy (didn’t bother me at all but my partner was trying to think of a negative!) there was nothing I did not like
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location in the Kasbah, yet quiet and serene. Easy to walk to many attractions andy easy to find one's way back. Beautiful historic riad with an exceptional host and kind and attentive staff. The room was large and spacious with a small fridge and electric tea kettle with supplies of coffee and tea. Everything was beautifully appointed and there were nice amenities like free nuts and cookies. Breakfast was excellent and our individual requests for the breakfast were honored.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Smaller riad so is a more special intimate setting. Lovely interior courtyard and patio areas for shade and sun. Special friendly professional team. Michele knows the city well and restaurant, museum etc and her suggestions are perfect. Also can make arrangements for transport guides etc. Delicious fresh breakfast. Clean and very well maintained. Lovely architectural details and decor. Home away from home. Quieter location close to good restaurants and some museums. A special visit!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Michèle and her staff offered the very best personalized service we received over 13 properties during our travels in Spain and Morocco. We can’t say enough about how thoughtful and responsive they were to our requests, even offering services we did not expect. The property is beautiful and carefully maintained to offer a super clean and comfortable stay. The breakfasts served on a beautiful outdoor terrace we’re exceptionally yummy (and we are not always easy to please). The location in the Kasbah is perfectly situated to explore the Kasbah, Medina, with easy access to the Nouvelle Ville when you want to see more of Marrakech and beyond. Our stay at Maison Mnabha lasted 6 days where we not only got introduced to all that Marrakech has to offer, but also created a friendship with our host that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend this fine riad as an affordable choice for any savvy travelers looking for quality, comfort and first class service!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Michele and her staff were lovely. Amazing breakfasts.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Michelle the proprietor and her staff could not have been more kind and friendly. The breakfast provided was excellent, and changed slightly each day. Everything was fresh, home made and beautifully presented. The comfortable roof terrace afforded panoramic views of the city. The room was very comfortable and tastefully appointed. The Salon was traditionally furnished with rich fabrics and shining lamps. Although situated in the heart of the Kasbah area it was completely quiet and secluded. A haven of peace in the bustle of Marrakech. We would certainly stay there again and cannot recommend it too highly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Maison Mnabha is amazing. Michèle was a wonderful host. The accommodations are ideally situated for seeing Marrakech. The property is clean and quiet, and the breakfast on the terrace was perfect. Highly recommended.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and very nice staff.
Cons: Wasn’t very clean and a bit unorganized.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The property can best be described as a compound that functions as a respite from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The grounds are gorgeous and pool one of the best. The staff are exceedingly friendly and go out of their way to ensure your comfort.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The poolside had amazing service! Complementary Ice cream & fruit that the wait staff brought around, complementary water with your own little esky, sunblock and books. All pool staff were amazing!
Cons: There was no dedicated ‘concierge’ desk. A young girl that they were training had been given the job to do this but could not answer anything! There were two senior staff women watching on without offering to come and help her or us with our enquires. Very unprofessional for this standard of hotel.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything was amazing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Riad Herougui is an absolutely beautiful and charming Riad in the heart of the Medina. Everything about our stay was exceptional, but the one thing that made our stay so special was the impeccable service and personalized attention we received from Ousama and Abdel. They went out of their way to make sure our experience in Marrakech was just perfect. We were a group of six, and all of us were overwhelmed by their hospitality and warmth.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were excellent
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Calm, quiet, peaceful with the hustle and bustle just outside the main door. The courtyard is nice and cool and extremely beautiful, feels very luxurious and very private as it only had a handful of rooms. We felt like we had our own villa as opposed to staying in a hotel. The downstairs bedroom is right outside the plunge pool, it has no aircon but is cool enough. All other rooms have aircon. For getting around by foot it's a great location, two minutes walk to the souks. The staff could not have been friendlier or helpful. The manager even printed our boarding passes at his home for us as you need paper boarding passes in Morroco.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: beautiful riad, really well decorated, great breakfast on the rooftop
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The whole experience of this particular Riad was amazing, the hotel Manager spent exactly the right amount of time with us, the breakfast was perfect and exactly when we wanted it, the cleaner made up the room beautifully, the guard made me coffee's with an amazing smile.....all was perfect, the hotel Manager said to my daughter (age seven) that this is her palace while she stays in Marrakesh and it totally felt like it, i could not recommend this Riad enough.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Myself and few friends stayed in the Riad and it was an unforgettable experience. Riad Herougui is like an oasis of calmness in the middle of the busy life of Medina. The breakfast on the rooftop with it's beautiful views was delightful!! We 've been lucky to have had only sunny days while we were there and enjoyed every single minute of it!! The hosts Oussama and Abdul were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the whole place, they gave us great advice on restaurants and places to visit, palaces, markets, shops... For us, as a group, it was a great experience. We cannot recommend Riad Herougui more to stay and relax in Marrakesh. We are looking forward to coming back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay and unforgettable city experience!!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The hosts in Charge, particularly Mohammed was extremely friendly and caring. Its always nice when you feel at home. Great place. I would always recommend it!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The host was amazing - thank you so much!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The Riad is amazing! Would definitely recommend renting the whole place. Oussama and Beija made our stay perfect. They were always available when we needed something but at the same time gave us our privacy. The breakfast was prepared with love and everything tasted amazing. Oussama manages the riad really well. Would stay here again.

Good 7.9
Pros: Cousy Boutique hotel, excellent pool area, excellent value for money
Cons: Uncomfortable beds. Suppossed to be adults only, but had guests with a crying baby.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff was incredibly attentive and kind! The location is very well located and the hotel is beautiful!
Cons: Pillows are a bit hard... also the toilet area is tiny
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel, staff and food was magnificent. If you want an excellent and personal experience this hotel would be the right choice. We were so impressed with the kind of friendliness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this hotel for single people or families.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like about our experience. It was perfect.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Ambiance and style
Cons: The room small while the large bed No chair or armchair Small WC Bathtub, preferable shower
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Beautiful, tranquil pool and lovely room. Overall great way to spend our last night in Morocco. The whole property smells deliciously of Hermès perfume. Staff are warm and do try, but came up short as the (-) section will elaborate.
Cons: I did not think this was very good value for money. Having received superior service in riads charging a third of the price, I was really disappointed in some of the service shortcomings. Nothing was particularly dramatic, but there was a collection of small incidents that, taken together, suggest the hotel needs to step up its game, especially when options of similar quality at much lower prices are readily available. I wanted a 5* experience on my last night in Morocco and settled for 3*. Some of the incidents included 1. Having to call three times to get an iron to the room 2. Having to ask two different servers to get a bottle of water at dinner and having it charged twice on the bill 3. Having to get up and pour own water at dinner as service was so inattentive 4. Despite having left a credit card upon check in, having the porter chase us out into the street to settle payment for dinner the night before, with the angry taxi loaded and waiting. (Never, in all my international travels, have I had to provide a credit card upon checkout if they have a credit card on file from check in.) The machine took forever to process the payment and after it had finally spit out a receipt they exclaimed that I still owed them an additional R32 for the bottle of water we had ordered at breakfast. I was incredulous that they were not organized enough to have all of this on the same bill and had the nerve to ask for more petty change after the initial superfluous transaction had clearly annoyed me/I was clearly in a hurry. This left a terrible taste in my mouth.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Hotel is beautiful, individual and chic. Classic styling with wonderful pool and restaurant. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing not to like. We will definitely be returning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Could not fault this property. It is absolute luxury and quality. Staff go above and beyond and so mannerlly. If I ever return to Marrakesh I will stay here again. So tranquil in the gardens they have cats and tortoise walking around.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The hotel was a little paradise in the heart of an affluent suburb of Marrakech. Very quiet and peaceful, only a short walk way from the city centre. The service from the staff was excellent, very friendly, warm and always on hand to answer questions. We took the advise from the hotel and booked a guide for the first day and I would recommend anyone who has not visited Marrakech before to do the same. If we ever plan to come back to Marrakech in the future I would undoubtedly book here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The garden, the room and the hotel itself are beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful. They recommended us great restaurants and things to do in Marrakech. The area where the hotel is placed is a very tranquil one compared to the chaos in Marrakech, which sometimes is also nice.
Cons: Everything was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself is spacious and clean and had all the facilities we required.
Cons: Nothing I Could fault
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We enjoyed very much our stay in this maroccian villa hotel with wonderful gardens and spacious and stylish rooms. Ideal location in a calm area of the city. The staff is very helpfull. We appreciated the friendliness and kindliness of mr BenBarka who gave us the right advices. We recommend it to visitors who want to stay close to the Medina, but not inside it..
Cons: Nothing .
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The hotel room is so beautiful, the service also is great, a lot of attention to the little details of the whole hotel. I can’t wait to go back again to marrakech and stay there more days
Cons: Although the breakfast is nice. I think they need a better coffee machine The one they have is rather ordinary.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: We had never been to Marrakech and had no real idea what to expect. Its important in an unfamiliar city to have a good base to stay. We could not have chosen better than this hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic and the hotel delightful. We had been delayed and arrived 5 hours late at 10.30 pm, tired and a bit grumpy. When we arrived at the hotel we expected the usual half-hearted greeting from a night porter. How wrong we were! Ayoub opened the doorway (it is a secret garden after all) and invited us into a beautiful oasis of greenery and water. His friendliness was such a welcome relief and without any hesitation he suggested that we might need to eat. We were very grateful indeed but thought we might get a sandwich or salad. No such thing. A full menu was presented to us with a range of Morrocan and European dishes available. At this point appeared Nachat, a smiling, friendly hotel employee who appears to do anything and everything the guests require. Nothing is too much trouble. He dashed to the kitchen and within minutes appeared with a delicious meal. Both he and Ayoub were a great help on our arrival and during our stay. The other staff, too (Ab Del and another Ayoub) were equally charming. They did everything they could to make us feel at home. They all gave really helpful advice and tips about what to see, where to go and what to avoid. They all take pride in their work and the hotel owners should regard themselves as very fortunate to have such staff. The hotel itself is lovely. With only six rooms (all beautifully appointed) it has a genuine feeling of exclusivity without the arrogance of other major hotels. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and had a suntrap balcony. Whilst the hotel does not serve alcohol for those that drink you can buy your own and take a drink in your room. The pool area and garden is a great place to relax. It is 15 minutes walk to both the old and new towns and 15 minutes from the airport. Perfect!
Cons: we liked everything
Good 7.5
Pros: Mr Nachat is awesome.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely boutique hotel in the quarter of Hivernage which is definitely a refugium from the busy life in the medina of Marrakech. The staff, especially Ayoub, is extremely helpful and giving you a lot of useful tips. I was upgraded to the executive suite, which apparently is the biggest one in the hotel. I especially loved the big private balcony.
Cons: Nothing bad to say
Excellent 9.6
Pros: -Best customer experience ever -Swimming pool -Location -Kind staff who accommodate with any needs -The rooms service quality is so high and decoration for honeymoon is excellent
Cons: -Price was a little high -Rooms need sound isolation
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is a very beautiful and peaceful Riad and all the workers are very generous and helpful. They are genuine, so you can accept all their recomendations! A very special thank you to Ayo, Abdul & Nachat

Pros: Very helpful staff that helped me when I was lost in Marrakech; Beautiful place with stunning details; Loved my stay and would definitely come again. Very close to airport
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Excellent staff very clean only thing little bit faraway from center city. I would like to advised in evening time arrange shuttle to take guest and drop in center city after 3 hrs picked to guest house.
Cons: I rate him 9
Good 7.5
Pros: The concierge was amazing and helpful, attending to any needs and beyong, constantly checking if everything is fine. Overal the location is very convenient, good internet, cleam, comfortable.
Cons: We booked this site 2 times with a more or less a week gap. The first stay was amazing, however on the next one, it seems that accomodation changed hands and it went downhill a bit, hope it steadies. Our main issue was a very persistent manager pushing into buying transfer to the airport for an inflated price we believe. Then saying if we dont take his offer he would simply order transfer for free (obviously a risk, that you get demand for payment just before your flight potentially beeing late). I understand a concern for our safety, however do understand that tourists are not idiots, and make decisions by themselves, leave the people be as this is the exact behaviour why people go to south Europe instead of Morocco. No breakfast for early checkout.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is amazing. Helped us a lot. Breakfast was great, rooms were great and the location was great. Thanks a lot for our great stay!

Good 7.5
Pros: Room
Cons: The parking and lift
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked everything in the hotel ♥️it’s not my first time to stay there and it’s definitely my fav spot to go everytime I visit Marrakech isa
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The rooms and the gym; also the hotels structute ans design
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Family friendly, well organized, welcoming and helpful staff.
Good 7.9
Pros: The place and the room was amazing
Cons: The service. They took too long to respond to the telephone calls.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Our complaint on site was handled directly. The very friendly F&B manager of the hotel took time for us and we ended up with -50% on a night's sleep, which was very generous.
Cons: This hotel is a sheer disappointment – right from the start! The reception is overwhelmed with the visitors - there is no friendliness, but there are waiting times at the check-in (about 20 minutes). Many employees just walked past us or played in the next room or directly in front of us with their cell phones, instead of helping us with the check-in. There is no own luggage room; the luggage is stored in a kind of second reception without supervision. Here we were able to serve unsolicited at any time. When we finally got to our room (an early check-in was not possible), our room was not ready! We had no towels, no bottled water and an extra rollaway bed in the room (which was removed after 5 hours and many calls to the customer service). Generally the room was quite dirty (see the photo attached: the toilet) and the reception was never reachable by phone. Disenchanted with so many bad impressions on the first day we were looking forward to the breakfast, which is a pure mass processing. Quantity instead of quality is the motto here. Our highlights: the dishes were dirty & sticky, empty decanters everywhere, long lines at the egg station and pure chaos! Our second night was clouded by a private event: 2 pools were closed all day long (so all the other pools were heavily overcrowded) and at night, music was played until 00:30 (super loud & with a strong bass) so that we could not fall asleep (our balcony was just above the party). Supposedly, such private events are held here very often. For the proud price we are very disappointed from this hotel and would not visit again. Every Riad & Refuge was nicer during our Morocco stay!
Okay 4.2
Pros: Location
Cons: Service it looks like they are not used to have a lot of people at the same time. We stayed in a classic king room with garden view. No TV in the room complained at least 9 times of which 4 of them had to go to the front office myself after calling 5 or 6 times with them promising to send a tech to fix the problem. They didn’t seem to care much I tried to talk to a manger but at the reception they actually didn’t allow me to do that. They said there is no manger on duty. Which is BS off course. I wrote a complain on the Accor site and will see what happens. It wasn’t cheap $240.00 a night with breakfast and it is supposed to be a five stars hotel. Not a good experience! Didn’t enjoy this hotel what so ever.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.
Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: Its clean
Cons: please avoid this hotel Following you will find a list of the events of my stay at this hotel. 1/ Like every client in this hotel, i reserved the chairs with towels with a good spot next to the swimming pool (basically the earliest get the best chairs, believe me you have to be very early). After a 20 minutes sport session, other people were at the chair that i reszrved. The swimming pool guy basically removed my towels with no reason. Now no chairs anymore available for the all day in the hotel, so I had to go to another hotel, pay a fee to access to the pool for the day. 2/ the mattress in my room was basically wood. It hurts my back so bad you cant imagine. It took me 4 back and forth at the reception to get to change the mattress which they finally did not change and i had to move to another room. 3/ when i arrived, they proposed to get bring my 2 suitcases in my room. After 30 minutes wait, i finally went back to the reception to bringing ilthem myself. (they did not even noticed that i tooked my suitcase basically) 4/ Construction work took place at the swimming pool. So you can imagine the noise when they are destroying the ground from 9am to 8pm without interruption. 5/ I still believe that I can do a better mojito that the one that i ordered at the bar of the hotel. It was basically water with lemon and some rhum. I paid this mojito 130 Dirhams. I noticed them that I will not drink this and they did not event try to do something. I did not drink it and only few would have. 6/i ordered food with Glovo (value 400 dirhams). I was Hungry and i just wanted to have diner in my room. The lady a the entrance (after being very invasive in my bag in the afternoon with me) blocked me pretending that i coud not bring this in the hotel. I was so pissed off that i left the food in the street ( basically you can not eat outside because it’s too hot and people will recognize that you are not from here and ask you money repetitively).
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Attached to the Menara Mall and all stores had a 50% sale. Also, close to the Medina which is a great cultural experience.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Morad the guest manager was simply amazing and made us feel at home.
Cons: The first member of staff I spoke to wasn’t friendly but when Morad walked in he changed everything around
Excellent 9.2
Pros: I like the location of the hotel. I like my room the prestige suit 2 double bedrooms .
Cons: I would be better if each room has a small hanger at the balcony. To dry swimming suit or towel . I was stying in Prestige suit 2 double room with pool view. I had to dry my swimsuit on the chairs and the tables at the balcony . It will look nice and tidy for the look of hotel as well.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location Size of the room Facilities
Cons: You have to walk about 500 meters to reach your room The screen of the tv is to small My room doors locked for more than two hours for three times and the technical can't open it !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Spa and restaurant so expensive
Good 7.9
Pros: The General Manager Mr. Nader is very attentive and went the extra mile to insure our stay was enjoyable. He ended up making our stay in Savoy a pleasant one.
Cons: The service ! Some of the front desk ladies were careless upon arrival and we had a bathroom issue that had to wait till the next morning to get fixed despite reporting the issue to the front desk.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Big hotel with lots of amenities attached to a (very) small mall. Big rooms/suites. Super swimming pool (only thong really clean!). Good drinks and Chichas.
Cons: Training of the staff is not appropriate, long waiting time for drinks or coffee are not acceptable for a claimed 5* Hotel. Rooms and balconies are not clean. AC makes noise. Room not ready when we arrived. Bed broken, I had to fix it myself (twice) as nobody came to do it. Toilets leaking.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. The swimming pool area is very leafy and relaxing and we really appreciated the excellent value of the rooftop restaurant, which had a lovely atmosphere.
Cons: Nothing!
Good 7.5

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.1
Pros: As usual location and close proximity to the airport without any traffic. Our stay pretty much has improved compare to our previous stay and the rooms smell nice and also the bed sheets.
Cons: The JR suite room needs to have an in-depth cleaning especially the floor as there are many dirts that are already embedded.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Hicham and Hanan at reception were very friendly
Cons: From the first night I reported that the TV didn't work and the left hand side bed lamp and balcony light were off. Till the 4th night I left, they hadn't been fixed. Left the "please clean the room" sign out on day 3 and 4 but no luck. Had to get toilet paper and clean towels from the trolley in the hall on my own.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was very good! Options to sit inside or outside in a shaded area. They have a nice little pool. It’s very close to the CTM station and train station. Air conditioning and shades over the window made it easy to get a good night’s sleep
Mediocre 3.5
Cons: No, no, no. We booked for one night to stay before an early flight the next day. Awful. We had to change the room (215) as the smell was terrible and we reacted allergic. Further on extremely loud with club nearby and very busy street all night. We couldn't sleep more than 1 hour. Absolute no location to go ever again. Cleanliness is hard to judge as the lights are dimmed or bulbs missing.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very close to the train station, walking distance Very nice and polite staff
Cons: Airport transfer a bit expensive -> 30€ including tourism tax

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Hotel location Friendly staff Breakfast is very recommended
Cons: The hotel is very comfortable with very friendly staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything! was really a great stay!!
Good 6.3
Pros: The internal staff were excellent, they welcomed us and they provided a good service. However this is not the first time I stayed in this hotel, I stayed many times before and I recommended it to so many people only to be slightly disappointed this time by the following: I have requested a smoking room and was not given one, also the room had quite old and unpleasant furniture, and it was dirty. It gets better when I checking in the manager knew I am Moroccan he actually changed my room to a lower grade one thinking she will roll with it, I sure did but I will never stay there again nor recommend the hotel again.
Cons: Room- manager treatment and also the hotel is getting dirty.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I liked the tranquility and he gardens the birds singing in the background . It was peace of mind .
Cons: My short stay I wish I was here longer due to my flight time
