All the staff were more than pleasant and very helpful - we have to mention Alex the girl who seemed to do everything from managing the front desk to helping with internet, giving directions and even serving breakfast, and of course the chef who advised and prepared some really tasty dishes. The towels for the room were only changed once during our 4 day stay.
The hotel is in a charmingly restored building in an historic setting and with delightful views. This is matched by the facilities, food and staff all of which were beyond reproach. I can strongly recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
The view of the Monastery was stunning but I was very surprised that the lady who appeared to be the custodian chain smoked during our entire visit...I am not anti-smoking...just a bit surprised that you cannot take photographs but you can smoke. The courtyard of the hotel is a very relaxing place to sit, read, eat or just have a glass of wine or beer. The power shower is a real bonus in Spain...so many are just a dribble. The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. This is not a negative about the hotel, just a little warning for those who want a very early night. The church bells chime on the quarter, half and hour,; they are very loud ! They cease at midnight...as does all other noise in the area. There is no tea or coffee facility in the room and the breakfast is minimal but adequate.
clean, good evening meal, nice room no bar /eating/food facilities till friday night;friday night large group of youths gather above hotel 50 metres ;loud noisy etc till 3am!!!
Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, great atmosphere in the town. Lovely tapas bars. Real taste of proper Spain. Breakfast by the pool! very hot in August 47 oC
The staff were very welcoming and accomodating, the food and service excellent and the location perfect.
The hotel itself, the location, the city
Amazing building None
It is a stunning building in a beautiful town. The room was an absolute delight. The restaurant was closed on sunday evening and all day monday. Breakfasts were disappointing and on Tuesday the bread was pretty stale.
an absolutely beautiful palacio, very well kept historical building, superb exterior and interior, a real treat
The lunch The dinner was like lunch warmed up!
The beautiful room, the public areas, the helpful staff, the relaxed yet efficient atmosphere. Individual temperature control in the room. It was a delightful place to stay.
Beautiful 'palacio' hotel.A truly heritage property full of character. Surprisingly there was no TV in the room ! Breakfast poor but cheap.
We found it a very relaxing and comfotable hotel. At the time we stayed it was very low on staff and this affected the service in the cafeteria which meant we walked away after waiting too long to be served
Very good environment Poor breakfast
The room was very nice and large and beautifully furnished. The wi fi was useful.
Our room had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Quiet location. Good size room with en-suite bath. Very clean. The staff were very friendly. Free Wi Fi and parking. The restaurant below was not owned by the hotel, so we had to pay separately for evening meal and breakfast. Also, you had to be buzzed in each time you wanted to enter, as you weren't given a key for the front door. This is not a criticism, only an observation.
Delightful. Very friendly staff. Large comfortable room - spotlessly clean and with view over pool. Pool in nice setting and we had it to ourselves. All the other hotels in our tour of andalucia were 4 star and this room was better than most. Excellent food in adjacent restaurant and we had freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast - again this was only available in one of the 4 star hotels. Excellent value for money, this hotel deserves at least another star - when I asked why they only had 2 stars I was told their entrance didn't meet the width requirements. Free parking. Having to buzz to enter wasn't a problem - it just meant the owners could sit in their lounge instead of hanging around at the reception desk A little outside town centre - but not too far to walk. It's probably best to have some small knowledge of spanish.
Very good restaurant next door. Lovely pool with nobody there. Nobody spoke any English. Bills at bar and restaurant separate from Hotel bill. A lot further from town centre than I expected. Difficult to find.
Lovely relaxing stay at El Molino, Beautiful peaceful garden and pool, room very comfortable with balcony with view of pool and countryside. Great evening meal in restaurant beside hotel. I will definitely go back to El Molino.
The Hotel itself was very nice indeed -staff were all friendly - the majority had a basic grasp of English - room / pool excellent Located just off the A.92 autovia from Granada to Seville ( Osuna Exit )adequate car parking Ideally positioned on way in / out of Seville. May be a problem to some - no breakfast offered However . the attached Cafeteria did a reasonably priced selection.
An elegant old house, transformed into thoughtful accommodation. Our room was particularly pleasant. Comfortable beds and excellent bed linen. Dining by the pool in the courtyard was very romantic.
The friendliness of the staff, the beautiful museum-like quality of the hotel and the unique design of the rooms.
General ambiance of the traditional Spanish building with a central covered courtyard. Secure parking Expensive restaurant not worth the money; small dining room. Breakfast could have been better.
The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the town of Osuna - it was a lovely old building that had been well restored. There was plenty of parking available outside the hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful during our stay. There was a bit of a mix up over our booking but we were given an up grade to a suite - it was a good room but didn't have any windows (it was double height and the window was at roof level) from choice I didn't really like staying 3 nights in a room with no outside view when on holiday - on a business trip it would not have mattered so much. Breakfast was included but this was tea or coffee with one toasted roll each and packet butter and jam - I think that the breakfast was poor for this type of boutique style hotel however it would not prevent us from staying here again in the future but is an improvement that the hotel could make. During this trip we stayed at 3 different hotels in this part of Spain so had direct comparisons.
excellent staff, room very good, lovely renovated old house, would use again if in the area
The hotel was nice but the bedroopm was very dark and lacked basics like mirrors, bedside and desk lights. The bathroom had everything but you waited ages for hot water to arrive and silly things were annoying like the hose on the shower kinked in use and stopped the flow of water. Otherwise it was good, not great.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, the rooms very comfortable. Good restaurant. Easy parking.
It had been renovated to a very high standerd keeping many original features would definately stay again
The hotel is a very old converted farm building, which gave it a certain amount of charm, and not spolit with the trying to make it too moden. Evening dinner was not available until 2100hours, although this i would think is the spanish way for travelers this we found a little inconvenent. On arival there was a member of staff who spoke very good english, but later the staff only spoke spanish which made it a bit of a challange, but did not spoil our stay.
Beautifully modernised small hotel with a distinct Spanish flavour. Well located in the town. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Ideal choice for a bit of R&R. Osuna is a pleasant town and within easy commuting distance of Seville.
nice location, nice interior hall where the rooms reside. the man was unfriendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. The sanitary was poor, had an unpleasant smell, and you have to be a midget to take standing shower (under 1m50).
staff was friendly and always helpful, room was clean and of an adequate standard. T own was rather quiet and lifeless but the few restaurants we visited were very good. dining area was small combining dining, bar, and reception all in one rooml water was cold or at best luke warm.
The welcome and help from the woman on reception was excellent. The position in relation to the town and the historic area was very good. There was a garage. Finding the hotel was very difficult. Our room faced the street and was noisy. The bathroom smelled of drains but was itself very clean. The men involved in the hotel were not exactly un-friendly but never had a smile.
Service \ price \ qualiy NO
very clean and showed a lot of care in furnishings and extra touches. not really for us as no lift and better and larger rooms on second floor.
The room was very clean and comfortable with a good shower.Once you find it, centrally located for restaurants etc. If you are given a room at the front overlooking the street you can forget sleeping! It has to be the noisiest town all night that I have ever been in. Pity, the room was nice. Recommended only if you are assured a room at the rear
Renoveted hotel. Charming rooms.Verry good. Mooie stad. Ideaal om te combineren met Sevilla.
