The staff was very helpful and courteous! They were able to communicate with us even though we speak very little Italian! The food at their restuarant was wonderful and reasonably priced! To be honest I don't remember reading hotel guest reviews. I booked primarily due to its location to Contrada where my wife's grandfather was originally from in Italy. So I left the review part blank.

Dinner served at the hotel restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced; however, we cannot comment on the free breakfast since we were too rushed in the morning to take it. Hotel offers modern amenities in rooms. Hotel room was very reasonably priced.

Big, nice looking place, food was pretty good. Price was good. A little creepy, as I was one of only a few guests in the huge hotel. No English spoken at all by staff. One guy was almost too nice.
