Cons (-) Wifi did not work until around midnight of the night that I was there. Hot water in the shower didn't work either.

Pros (+) Great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very clean room with a great view. Spacious room.
Cons (-) Very noisy ventilation system. The fan in the ventilation system made an incredible racket. Staff said it could not be fixed though they tried. Lights in the bathroom were delayed fluorescent bulbs which made being in the bathroom a dark experience.
