I left my son’s shoes at the one of restaurants. It seemed like they did not care because they were busy and were making too much money. They thought it was not worth to spend time to find the lost item. Other than that, it was great.
Seems overrated. Hot tub was broken, we got locked out of our room before checkout. Way too many kids and teens at this resort. However the facility was clean and well kept and had a variety of restaurants.
This hotel became a zoo and this is reflected all along the way of our stay from check in to the elevators to the pool, The check -in lines ( 30 -45 minutes) with 2 people at the service desk.
