Location, location, location...and the staff was nice and friendly. Rooms could use a little more attention to the cleaning (*dust. But over all it was a good place to spend a few nights with a great view. Pool was great as well overlooking the bay,
The room is spacious
The restaurant is not very good. The menu is very limited and the lady waitress is rude when you have breakfast included. They even cannot provide pineapple juice even it is in the menu.
Prime location in the financial district. The hotel is gorgeous with great views from the rooftop pool that become even more amazing at night. The Visitor Center, Trolley, and Trams are within walking distance making Miami very accessible!
It's a very big building so house keeping did not get to our roomtillveey late in the afternoon but other than that everything was fine.
It's a great location - easy walk to shops, restaurants, and local transportation. And the pool area and fitness center are fantastic!
I think there are still a few growing pains that this new property is going through (e.g. my requested turndown service never happened), but I'm sure these will be worked out in time.
Location, and room.
I would have liked more breakfast choices inside the hotel. Parking was very expensive
Location! Great view!
The men that was working behind the hotel fixing on the pipelines and renovating was very polite friendly and helpful unlike the employees that worked at the hotel
The location was busy and loud all the time do to upgrades on the rush and pipelines they would even give me a courtesy ride to a car shop after my car broke down in their loading zone I drive from South Carolina and they threatened to tow my Damn Car
Location was excellent
Room was always clean and organized, the restaurant might have been the best food I found in Miami, and every employee was nice knowledgeable
Very good experience with all staff members
Only problem we weren't warned in advance that the pool was closed
Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami is located in one of Miami's busiest business and entertainment districts. Brickell is Miami's de facto financial district and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues have moved in to support the thriving business community here. Hyatt Centric Brickell overlooks Biscayne Bay and is just a cab ride away from all of the other sights and experiences that Miami has to offer. The Hyatt Centric has two different floor plans for guests. First are the guest rooms, which come in both 411-square-foot Bay view and 366-square-foot Deluxe versions. No matter which kind of room guests pick, they can enjoy amenities like a 55' flat screen TV, in-room coffee machine, mini fridge, ironing board, individually controlled heating/AC, and the incredibly comfortable Hyatt Grand Bed™. The suites have all of the same amenities as the rooms, with a good bit of extra square footage for guests to spread out and enjoy. Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami's signature eatery is the Caña Restaurant And Lounge. This is an authentic Cuban establishment that is meant to introduce guests to the bold flavors of Havana and beyond. Here, visitors can indulge in sharable small plates like sweet plantains and grilled shrimp or they can opt for one of the house entrées like the ceviche de pescado with locally-caught fish, lime, cilantro, red onions and a classic leche de tigre sauce. Near Hyatt Centric Brickell, guests will find some of Miami's best attractions. Sports fans can go watch the Miami Dolphins or Miami heat in their home stadiums. Art lovers can head to Wynwood, a bastion of art galleries and eclectic shops. OF courses, visitors can always just head to the beach to soak up some sun and enjoy the water.
