Pros. The hotel is located very close to the Duomo Di Milano which also means lots of public transportation offices. The staff was very nice and never missed an opportunity to please and accommodate. The hotel does not have a sit-down restaurant but does offer room service which was always good. Rooms were clean and relatively luxurious to other hotels. Only hotel in Italy that I stayed that had a full size bed instead of two smaller ones pushed together.
Cons. Wifi needs work, it was slow and my devices often dropped the connection completely. It is included with the room and offers unlimited access, but left much to be desired. There were a couple bad lightbulbs in my room but the room had so many other lights I hardly noticed.
