The hotel was very comfortable. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was not good.
The breakfast was very delightful, lot of choices and they do cater for vegetairans and those who use soya milk. The spa facilities were good. However, I would say that the hotel needs refurbishment and some area needs modernisation. Being told that we are limited to one towel each by one particular member in the spa club. This was not the case with other staff members.
The buffet breakfast was superb, especially the honeycomb. Im the first room we were given the central heating was not wotking and we had to move to another room, but nobody came to help us with our luggage and we had to carry it all ourselves - not what one expects from a 4-star hotel especially as my wife and I are in our late seventies
good customer service rooms quite small
old world charm but shows signs of fading service in Oscars restaurant fell well below expected standard
It was a disaster. We could not stay. We were given a room next to their waste hold area. The window would not open because all the rubbish bins were just outside. The room was tight and horrible. We left immediately. See our comments of 'what we liked'. Terrible hotel. Needs total modernisation, as location is good. Need new staff, training, etc. avoid staying there at all costs!
I liked the atmosphere, facilities and the staff who were most helpful and friendly. I did experience some problems with accessing my room with the card that was provided to me. It often didn't work and this caused me some inconvenience. I would have been much better off with a good old fashioned key! However, the staff made every effort to resolve this problem by upgrading me to a different room with a sea view. I considered this to be outstanding customer service.
A very comfortable bed having to wait in line to get a breakfast table
Leisure facilities £15 to pay for car parking. No mention of this until we had arrived. Staff could be a little overzealous. We received the bill for our evening meal before we had had our dessert and coffee and our table was cleared while we were getting our cooked breakfast
Nice spacious room and spacious general areas staff were very obliging. Could not control temperature in room which got very hot. But in fairness that is a problem a lot of older hotels have.
Received room upgrade. Very good service
The friendliness and helpfulness of the proprietor and staff Little things like only 1 sachet of coffee per person in the room and electric point not near the kettle.
Very helpful recepiton staff Morning breakfast fairly good, but evening meals apalling
Helpful receptionist, friendly waitress. Clean room, comfy bed, lovely bathroom and plenty of storage space. Position ideal - five minute walk to the beach, pier and shops. I would stay here again.
Great value, comfy room, good shower, warm. Good breakfast too. Brought a smile to my face. Nice people too. Nothing. Cannot complain about anything for the price. Terrific.
Good breakfast and good Wifi connection. Friendly staff
Great stay, no hairdryer in room but borrowed one from reception. Great choice of things for breakfast. Decor was very dated but whole room was clean (except a dusty lampshade).
Close to beach and BIC I have already sent an email regarding having to use public car park and having to pay £200
excellent service bit noisy
Excellent staff service and friendliness. Price versus comfort not especially good rated against other hotels I've been to though perfectly acceptable and may be comparable with other Bournemouth hotels.
I stayed at the Glendevon for three nights and would like to say how pleasant my visit was. The owner (Bill) was kind enough to wait for me being a late arrival, and was able to arrange early breakfasts (eggs on toast) to ensure I got to my conference on time. I found my room tidy and clean. The shower was really nice too. It's only a short walk to the Bournemouth International Centre and a fraction of the cost of some of the nearer hotels. There was enough room in the hotel car park for me to leave my car in for the duration of my stay. Bill also recommended a really good indian restaurant called the 'Eye of the Tiger' on Old Christchurch Road which is also well worth a visit The music in the restaurant was a tad cheesey - think Spandau Ballet, Neil Diamond etc - but in a fun way - I think the chef likes it :)
Indoor pool was lovely, and staff were very polite It was a hotel perhaps more suited to slightly older clients, and not a young family such as ours. Also, some of the details varried a little from those displayed on the internet, such as check in and check out times.
Lots but especially leisure facilities - table tennis, pool etc. Lack of parking places
The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom also clean. Staff were all helpful and courteous. The location was excellent for the town centre. the rooms were fine, but ours had a vent outside, and pigeons obviously are a nuisance there. the hot water left a lot to be desired, there was not much of it. The stairs not too obvious to find.
Good breakfast and lovely see views. I was very unhappy due to many reasons when I stayed at the Suncliff Hotel. I wil be making a complaint.
Clean, modern and a nice atomsphere.
Nice location Poor service, rooms were ready 2 hours after checking in time, charged twice for rooms
Very disappointed see e-mail sent 26.9.10 to you Yes please see e-mail sent to you 26.9.10. I look forward to your full reply.
I liked the location and the staff were very cheerful, helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bar/lounge. I liked the continental breakfast but was not so keen on the 'full english'. The hotel could benefit with and up date, and a touch up on decor, using the lift was a bit of a nause, we were on the 4th floor, as it's used by cleaners/ staff taking luggage up and down which meant waiting for long periods when coaches arrived and departed and when the chambermaids were working.
Seafront location Lack of car parking, room very old fashioned
Excellent room. vert good value
Hotel, room and bathroom were very clean. Dining room very pleasant. Good breakfast provided Room was perhaps a little basic
The room was very clean and neat Noise from toilet flushing next door woke us up in the night
The breakfast was really good. The TV did not work (but it was fixed when I pointed it out) and the shower was quite cold in the morning.
family run hotel. parking for car room close to the common bathroom in the corridor. I could hear all noises also during night
- friendly staff- central but quiet location - good breakfast - spacious room - - sink next to bed - no wireless internet connecion in the room we stayed in - very noisy when other guests flushed the toilet
we didnt know untill we arrived that there was so many facilitys at the hotel, you couldnt wish for better staff all so helpful, we will be going again
very dog friendly and excellent sea view room shabby bathroon and poor shower
Nice friendly staff, comfortable accomodation, clean rooms bril!
Clean comfortable beds, lovely sea views, nicely furnished, pleasant staff. Couldn,t turn off bathroom tap properly. Kettle worked, but faulty - problem with onn/off switch. Stains on ceiling .also paintwork needed attention in bathroom
Lovely view out of window. Facilities in room were good and breakfast was good. The room was very dated, especially the bathroom. This made it look dark and the bathroom seem a bit grubby, neither my daughter or I wanted to take a shower as we were not tooo sure about the cleanliness of it.
Friendly staff, good value for the money, breakfast good menue, well cooked waiting staff friendly & helpful Room in need of updating
was nice to be very close to the sea.
Staff were friendly badly in need of renovation, not that clean
None My check in was late and they had been advised, had to go to the bar to arrange for key/checkin, What would have happened if the bar had been closed? Not all lights worked in the room The kettle was full of mould The shower was flooding the floor At breakfast the hot water tap from the boiler was leaking and this was dangerous (an ice cream tub was used to catch the water).
Cheap Very outdated
Beautiful rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff Not a bad comment but something to be aware of, there are no cots available on site
This hotel is a beautifully furnished designer hotel. On the edge of the New Forest the grounds are considerable. Added to this the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food, (we dined at the restaurant on both nights) this Hotel is fantastic, We were sorry to leave! NO
Excellent location, beautiful room and amazing food bed a little hard - everything else very good.
The rooms were very stylish and comfortable. The restaurants food and service was fantastic.
Beautiful house very tastefully restored and decorated. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Hotel was cold
On our arrival we had coffee in the bar area and was greeted by a friendly barman. We booked the restaurant in the conqueror for both nights of our stay as it was fantastic. The food, staff and efficiency was excellent. Our waitress Amy, for the two nights was brilliant she really looked after us, we couldn't have asked for more, she was very sweet. We will definitely be returning to the hotel and recommending it. There wasn't a manual or folder in hotel room, giving details about the hotel or what time breakfast was. The receptionist had already given us the time of breakfast, so that wasn't a problem. Receptionist did give us a printout of restaurant menu which was helpful.
Our stay at East Close was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady that served breakfast each morning. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a lack of sockets next to the dressing table, which made using the hairdryer and kettle difficult. The shower wasn't that powerful. We were surprised that in such a nice hotel, there was no bath to relax in.
Excellent Hotel & Bar with very friendly & helpful staff Room was very hot and traffic noise made it difficult to leave any windows open
Got upgraded, curtains lush, breakfast good, brilliant having bath and shower Too many mirrors, corner by the wardrobe wasted
good service, excellent breakfast, too stylish exspecially aroma design.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was small and bed linen not great.
I thought that the staff were welcoming & did their best to make the stay as relaxing as possible. There were plenty of places to sit & relax & to eat & drink. Parking could be a little tight, also our room on the 2nd floor, 208, was next to the 'maids station' and this could be quite noisy especially in the morning when trying to have a lie in.
the staff were very friendly not being able to get into the hotel late at night. you have to ring reception for the night porter to let you in
staff where friendly, hotel was nice and the entertainment was good. no bad point to mention.
Excellant room , friendl;y and helpful staff , close to station , cuisne a little institutional but limited time of year
Food great, staff very friendly and rooms spotless. liked everything so no complaints. This was our second stay and will definitely return.
I found the staff very sociable and welcoming and very helpful to provide information. We did want quiet rooms but found that on the saturday night a party with loud music went on till 12:50 am and disturbed guests staying at the hotel
Very clean, easy parking, breakfast was very nice. We were also allowed to leave our car in car park for an hour after checking out. Couldn't use the bathroom fan as it made too much of a clattering noise
Hotel is good for old people.
Breakfast Bathroom had tiles about to fall off, creaky floorboards, dinner menu choice very poor,
very well situated and the ambience of the whole place was good. restaurent staff were particularly obliging we we in room 97 , ground floor for diabled, not our request, the bathroom did not have adequate window covering so using at night with lights on was awkward and the outsidde door from that room was far from secure
bathroom was dirtyand the main room was very run down ,in need of a referb or a good clean
Friendly staff and good food. Our room should not have been allocated before the security, locks etc had been repaired.
Pleasant and helpful staff.Good food.Warm and comfortable, bright and clean.
the calm and peacful surroundings
Good size room, great location of hotel, lovely swimming pool bathroom starting to look a bit tired, shower still needing repair
services and the room. quite and peacful. room was very hot on arrival.
The first impression of the hotel eg reception, dining room etc was impressive as was the size of our room. Ther bathroom was very dated and could benefit from a complete update
The comfortable lounges, the attentiveness of the staff and their efforts to please. The bedroom needed an update and was a little sparse.
very good staff, excellent breakfast. the rooms were very dated and tired looking. bathrooms need to be updated
Location, parking, nice big room. The evening meal was spoilt by a foreign gentleman sitting next to our table who obviously had a cold, and with no regard for fellow diners, kept sniffing and making 'pig' like noises. In addition, some of the food was obviously microwaved and was very poor. The waitress also asked me to pay for the wine at the table! I've never had that before in a hotel restaurant. A bad meal all round.
Use of the leisure facilities. The breakfasts The friendliness of the staff. Walking through the smoking zone when entering/leaving the hotel
The position of the hotel was very near the seafront and the centre of Bournemouth. The breakfasts were excellent and the swimming pool was very clean, warm and pleasant to use The hotel seemed over warm. It would benefit from an extensive update although it was all very clean, just dated and tatty (apart from the reception/bar area)
lift too small
comfort of bar area etc n/a
I travel to Dorset once a month and I always stay at the Wessex. Provides good value for money and its location is ideal for my purposes place is now starting to look and feel a bit jaded and could do with a bit of tlc
The room was clean and the bed was very comfy.Lovely swimming pool!!! Yes, the time of check-in- 2p.m., rather late.
Room facilities were excellent N/A
The use of the leisure facilities and evening entertainment.
Breakfast was very good. Good location. On returning to the hotel at 8.30pm every evening we found the bar was always closed. We booked a superior room at extra cost, however the bathroom was extremely small.
The staff were very helpful and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The noise from the street.
close to the beach and town centre
Fantastic staff and service, great lcoation.
i stayed at the hotel during the aurshow it was close to the display area and was an easy walking distance to the beach
Convenient location and off road parking
the friendlyness and home from home feeling was nice and they could'nt be more helpful.Made our stay there comfortable and pleasant, and made the morning to my birthday a happy start to the day. no perfect for us
The Hotel Staff very friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed too much trouble.
Spotlessly clean and comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. Well cooked breakfast museli and plain yoghurt available at breakfast.
The noise coming from the street throughout the night into the early hours
very relaxed and homely it did get a little noisy during the night which woke us up
The location is great if visiting the Bournemouth International Centre. The reception staff were courteous and friendly. The room was adequate and clean. The shower worked well. Very cheap for its location. As someone has already said on the website, the beds creaked alot and there was only a bottom sheet, not a mattress cover on the bed. There was also no plug in the basin in the bathroom and you could hear the people in the next room bathroom. Lots of doors slamming overnight and very inconsiderate guests with raised voices returning late.
Close proximity to BIC Centre. The one member of staff was polite and considerate. No dining room available for breakfast - this was not notified at time of booking - clearly states breakfast available at an additional cost which was acceptable, however you had to go to a bar around the corner - NOT ACCEPTABLE for price paid. The price was far in excess of standard of hotel, price banners all across the windows. The web site photographs of hotel are nothing like the hotel now.
serene and clean hotel. I was not permitted to pay by Check, and the cash receipt was handwritten.
The location was very good. We also had friends staying in the same hotel and when we arrived the receptionist offered to put us in a room next door them, which we were very pleased with. The staff although friendly and accommodating at first, soon turned suspicious and hostile and made us feel very uncomfortable. We were followed up to our room when our friend came up to get changed before we went out and were quizzed on how many of us were staying that night. I was obviously not believed when I replied just myself and my boyfriend as the point was persistently made that they need to know if there's 3 of us - I mean honestly, why would we want a 3rd person in our room?? I had to justify our actions, which were none of their business, and was left feeling really angry. The manager particularly was very rude (especially to my friend). The mattresses were awful and was noisy through the night so I didn't sleep well at all.
Excellent value. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Lovely bath tub. Difficult to criticise anything at this price, but the breakfast was too much of a seaside clich`e.
The whole experience. The hotel is good value, very clean and friendly. The food is good too There is nothing I didn't like
The staff were very friendly and helpful The decor was tatty, but the manager said they were looking to do a major refurbishment. It does need it
The Location was excellent, the room & breakfast were good value. The Public dining bar areas were well decorated & looked smart However the large family room was tired, cramped & the bathroom very basic. We had to park elsewhere away from the hotel at extra cost due to the few spaces already taken.
Close to town - beach, Very friendly helpful staff , Access to Swimming Pool & Leisure centre.
Having stayed at the Croham Hotel before i have always found it to be comfortable and conveniently located for the Town Centre . The staff are friendly and couteous and the rooms most of which have now been refurbished clean and comfortable. My last stay was with friends and family all of whom found the Hotel satisfactory for all their requirements. I certainly would have no hesitation in staying at the Croham again. Not really a complaint but an observation that it would be nice for toiletries, shower gel etc to be provided as they do in other Hotels.
Reception staff were friendly, hotel was clean. Breakfast service was very poor and very regimented. Room was tiny and bathroom was the size of a cupboard.
Handy for visit to relations. Inexperienced bar man. Drinks very expensive. Noisy residents in middle of night.
The Croham is only a 5 minute walk to the town centre and is close to shops and just a small walk to the Beach. The hotel is undergoing what appears to be major refurbishments at the moment. Staff are friendly and polite. The Hotel appears very dirty. The walls and ceilings look damp, the carpet looks stained and the room we stayed in was freeeezing! After asking 3 time for the heating to be looked at, we were advised it would be looked into and was never sorted. Subsequently we had a freezing night. We did receive an apology on checkout however. I think they have refurbished half of the hotel at the moment and it seems it is luck of the draw as to which room you get. Parking is £3.50 which seems ridiculous. Why cant this be included in the prince?
Clean and tidy food good The decor in the romms was a bit tatty and worn
Good car parking.Friendly reception, ample hot water.
It was quitet and cleam. They did not provide small bottles of shampoo or shower gel. I kind of expect this from any hotel. When asked, I was told, no sorry, we do not have them.
YHotel was very clean and tidy and the staff helpful. Car parking very handy for town center just a short walk to wake us up after sitting in the car for two hours! None
Cleanliness. Hot water. Breakfast great. Room tiny.
Friendly staff Careful to ask for favors, they cost a lot there
Plasant, good dealings with staff - very satisfactory from that side of things. Room was in good condition, very clean, but so small moving around was difficult.
Location, comfort, cleanliness, good food and friendliness of the staff
The breakfast was very good The room was in the basement so no view. had to park your car across the road not in the car park in the hotel - even though you have to pay extra. the deal you had for booking on line was the same price if you booked on the day - not really a deal!!
Reception staff friendly and helpful, good sized room, clean, excellent sea view. Lovely breakfast and attentive waiting staff. Very good location. Found a good price through booking.com
Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was excellent with a sea view. We would definitely stay here again and I will be recommending the hotel to family and friends. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay whilst I was celebrating my special Birthday!
It was directly across the road from the BIC where i was heading for an event, and it was an amazing feeling being able to have an amazing night out, and then to walk across the road and come home. Room was beautiful! I loved the mirror in the bathroom. No complaints, only to say that the parking is not behind the hotel, its over the road in the shopping mall centre - however saying that, the hotel give you a key and you can park in a secluded area.
Staff was excellent; when the heated towel rack in the bathroom didn't work, they upgraded our room. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was excellent (not in all rooms, but in the upgraded room). Wonderful location, with its view of the English Channel and a one minute walk to the pier. Five minutes to walk to the heart of a shopping district.
Nice room veiw, nice bed, Lovely bar! no bad experiences!
The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for the beach and shopping.
Value for money Difficulties with booking. Active hotels and Piccadally not aligned on certain issues as type of credit cards to be used etc. Gunnar
I realy do enjoyed staying at Hotel Piccadily. Staffs were very helpful and friendly!very confort room aswell!no fuss or anything it was great hotel!!!! Nothing
Good location, really friendly staff, clean hotel and loads of car park spaces! Decor was a bit old fashioned but wasn't too offensive!
A nice hotel for a layed back holiday. Would not be recommended to to people for lively nights out.
The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good! Location excellent for accessing town centre. The room we were in was very small.
Clean, pleasant room; well located. A staff member entered our room in the morning while we were still asleep!
nice, clean hotel, good location
Lounge area Bathroom was tiny with cracked mirror and old bathroom carpet and sliding door. Bed was tiny and soft. Apparently it was a dancing hotel and music filtered up til 1.30 am. No breakfast was included in the price. Bedroom picture misleading.
Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Had to change room on arrival as it was far too small for a double and quite dark. Second room was better but still small and required updating.
Only stayed for one night
the excellence of the service, the spa, location the restaurant was not up to its usual standard
No Bath in room
Everything about this hotel was fabulous - the room (which was only bronze level but would be a gold the majority other hotels), the food was top notch and the spa was divine. On top of all that the hotel is in a fantastic location.
Staff service, food quality. Room too warm and bed uncomfortable
Beautifull place, service top quality, room top quality, food top quality : its very difficult to do much better The price of course but it is pobably in this case linked to the quality of the place.
We liked the service and the fact that we were upgraded to a junior suite, even though you had to walk through the dining room to reach it. Dinner and breakfast were very disappointing and certainly not of 5-star standard. The meat was too tough and our cooked breakfast took over half an hour to arrive, although the dining room was half empty. We didn't like having dinner in the conservatory, rather than the main restaurant, as it was bleak and cold. When we had drinks in the bar, the nibbles were very poor and no napkins were provided. At our lunch in the lounge, no napkins were provided, until we asked.
Staff very friendly without being overpowering, food excellent, spa facilities very good. Overall a very relaxing weekend
We have visited before and loved the location and now we have stayed we look forward to future visits.
We enjoyed the spa and also found the attention to detail and service by the staff to be of a very high quality. We were pleased that the rate offered meant that we were able to visit a hotel we had long wanted to visit. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. However without a reduced rate this hotel would notmally be beyond the rpice we would want to spend.
Service Should have a kettle in the room
when handing in my key the receptionist could not give me a receipt for the room have requested copy but by 6th July still waiting
the pool and sauna .breakfast the room was an insult ,bathroom outdated and very dirty shower unfit to use . plugs loose on walls wallpaper a disgrace ,torn and dirty.
Welcoming staff for English speakers but noticed lack of skill at reception for foreigners ie rapid, complex sentences, given once, no body language or reference to local town map etc. I saw two foreigners bemused despite being given instructions which only I could just follow. A little bit ot raining might help! Just a friendly observation - not meaning to be too critical!
The staff and the breakfast were superb. The bedroom smelt, believe it emminated from the mattress. Arrived late too tired not until next day the smell had ingressed into clothing. Decor poor and needs complete refurbishment.
a up grad of room free of carge noizy nabbears but was lookd aferter
This hotel offered free WIFI & Parking, and the room only cost £32! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and I got a free room upgrade. The food in the diner was very good and well priced. Can't really work out why people were moaning, the price is fantastic and everywhere is very clean. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated but its comfortable and the cheapest around so well worth it for a short break. everyone stop moaning and pay more if you expect 5 star services At best, the floorboards outside my room were a bit creaky and there was no blind in the bathroom, which didn't particularly bother me
Decor very very tired (corridors & bathroom) It was a typical old fashioned "seaside" hotel... the bathroom hasn't been changed since the 70's (nasty pink suite) and had a mouldy/damp smell. The room also felt extremely draughty and cold, despite the heating being on! The staff were friendly enough though. So to sum up, it is OK for one night.
Everyone was helpful & friendly. An ideal spot for all locations in the area.
we found the location ideal for the shops and theatre. The breakfast was very good and the staff very polite and friendly. creaky floorboards and the housekeeping staff started vacumming at 8.30 in the room upstairs. Also building work taking place although this was probably reflected in the price we paid.
Central location very limited carparking hotel needs a make over, quite dated
very enjoyable stay, only ten min.walk to beach or shops.
nice big room & comfortable bed. good location for what we wanted. helpful staff when we had a problem with the bathroom. the bathroom wasnt very good. toilet didnt flush but they did rectify it while we were out & a bit dirty.
The hotel's position and the restaurant and bar The rooms were a bit tired. There were no biscuits or shower cap which I would have expected.
Dining room staff were pleasant and efficient without being intrusive, reception staff, were friendly and very helpful. Disappointed that there appeared to have little choice of bread at breakfast eg no croissants or rolls( but it could have been me that didn't see them) Mattress was nice and firm although it did feel a bit lumpy in places.
Good standard overall. Good location Nothing
The rooms were clean well decorated, comfy and warm on a cold winters day Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly
The hotel was very very tired, uncared for with dirty bathrooms it the rooms. The beds were old with body indents in them and tatty bed clothes.
We came for the weekend with friends & to take in a show, found the whole experience relaxing friendly & food great, We did however find the bar drinks very expensive.
The room was nice, the food was ok, the swimming pool was pleasent but that was about it. We found a number of staff members to be quite rude, patronising and condersending which ruined
Spacious hotel, with lots to offer, good cooked breakfast Decor dated inside, csrpets needed replacing and beds and bedding was old and very uncomfortable
Friendly and helpful staff, quick bar service, good breakfast, with forethought to keep a large group away from others
The balcony Not having any smoking facilities - except the balcony at extra expense
Clean, friendly, good value. Close to sea and easy walk into Bournemouth
The friendly staff and cosy room :-)
The breakfast was excellent. Sauna and jaccuzi also excellent. The walls of the room were paper thin so you could hear everything from the lift reaching your floor to the people next door.
The staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. Walls are thin and i got woken up easily. There were simming lessons going on in the pool which we were not told about. The pool and facilities are aged but useful. The chambermaids would leave items scattered throughout the hallway, which were easily to trip over. The hotel was a good 30 minute walk into the town centre.
The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on
Welcome, room and bathroom all excellent. Bed a little too hard for my liking (appreciate this is a very subjective comment). Shower was not a power shower.
the hotel has a very warm atmophere and staff were very freindly
We were given an apartment which was excellent for a family with two young children. It was great being able to have a room on our own if we wanted. The receptionist - Silva - was excellent. She possesses all the right qualities to cope with a rush of customers at one time and any problems or concerns they may have. The lack of ramps for people in wheelchairs - not allowing access to indoor and outdoor pool areas. My mother in law and grandmother in law also found the head housekeeper to be quite rude and inconsiderate - for example - they asked if it was possible to have more coat hangers and the housekeeper's response was rather 'immature'. The trolley was also left right by their door every morning - despite them raising it as an issue for them to get passed.
