There is construction going on. Early morning the banging and construction noises started, dust everywhere. I thought I would get sick from the dust and smells. The sheets were not washed and ironed. While having breakfast they were vacuuming the breakfast area. They should not have guests if all floors are in construction
Friendly staff alittle bit of everything for everyone... Pool gym and bar/resturant The pool was really small
The room rate is valuable for the service and comfortable facilities.
The staff found a jacket that my son left behind, and kept it for us while we were on vacation. It was waiting for us when we returned to pick up our car! I also really loved the shuttle drivers. The location of the store. I only stumbled upon it because I had a vehicle to park.
Location is great. I prepaid the room while I book the room online. When I checked out, the staff still charged me the room in full. I showed him my booking confirmation and he said he needed to check and if it's prepaid, it would be refund to my credit card but in 7 days!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable. I am in rush of catching a flight, so I just left. During the conversation, the staff (a black male) was as cold as a statue, I hardly image a service staff works a Hilton is as rude as he is. He didn't even show any apology for the inconvenience. I would never come back again. The worst management I ever see in Hilton.
It's an airport hotel so does what it's expected to Room was a bit small for the Hilton. No frills experience in any way. Made us anxious to get a few hours sleep and get going.
Service at the restaurant was somewhat slow ..close to 2 hours to complete. But the food was great!
they had a nice place for pets to run around in the back. It is fenced in and is needed in this area as there are many freeways location is out of the way i would rcommend it for people with lay over or that are in toronto with a car. Using a cab is quite expensive to get anything and there is no fridge or mini bar nor microwave as indicated rather there is one community one that all gusts can share a little misleading from there web site.........very anoying. Also the menue was sparce with a few dishes not somewhere one would want to eat everyday also it is quite expensive but comperable to other hotels. There is a tim hortons with in walking distance but thats about it. The fitness center is being renovated and is dated up till this point.
Almost nothing. Filthy hallways on the 7th floor where my room was. Expensive wi-fi that was absolutely horrible. If I'm going to pay money for wifi it better be good --I wasn't even able to face time using the wifi. Staff that were not helpful when I left and acted as though I was wasting their time. This is the first bad review I have ever given a hotel. I expected MUCH better from a Hilton hotel.
Very little. It was satisfactory. I felt it was very overpriced, especially the bar drinks.
clean and polite of staff.
Very clean & super efficient check in & out. No hassle Nothing!
Very easy from airport, friendly and helpful folks!
Very convenient to airport, facilities, clean, friendly. Restaurant
The reservation was correct, the parking was free and very close, easy to find and get to, the breakfast made our day much easier.
Airport hotel. Excellent value for money, best "free" (ie included in the price) breakfast in our 5 week stay in Canada. Tea and coffee available all day and night in lounge as well as room. Very helpful staff. Used shuttle throughout stay to go back to airport to get into the city on their express route. Really good air-conditioning. This hotel did not have a restaurant but used the one in an adjacent hotel so that wasn't a problem.
free shuttle buffet breakfast closeness to airports computer room (no extra charge for use) just the fact that there is no place to eat lunch/dinner there should be more than frozen dinners available (for lunch and/or dinner)
Staff wad helpful. Room was what i needed and it was clean. Morning breakfast was great. No complains
A very nice comfortable hotel There was no room service available to order food or drinks. I was disappointed to find this out after I checked in.
we had a great sleep,a nice breakfast and a very courteous driver to the airport.
Perfect stay, all was great and the personnel has been very nice with us
Nothing Oh the fact when kayak redirected me to booking.com it changed the date to 8/3 from 8/2 so I had no room. That sucked!!!!!!!
The proximity to the airport
That there was a restaurant available for an evening meal unlike in the States where there are few if any restaurants in Fairfield properties. Because I booked through a search engine I wasn't able to get my Marriott points.
The hotel was really good, within close proximity of the airport. Just as advertised. The in room facilties were meagre. I had to ask for tea/coffee making stuff!!!
Great staff. Great quiet location
The bed Hilton would not give me points because of using third party booking. They claim the are the cheapest but that was not true. The hot tub was with the indoor pool with way to many kids. I was surprised that the room did not come with a refrigerator. They did not say that the parking was going to be an extra expense. The balcony was only about a foot wide.
Rooms are nice with balcony. Pay for parking
Overall nice place Have to pay for the parking
I liked that when an error was made with my room it was solved quickly
Overall best value in area Pay for parking
Overall great Parking is extra $16 per day which sucks if you were looking for a great rate online. Food is expensive on the menu. Bottle of water was $6 in their store. Everything was pricey.
lot of hidden costs... they charged me $35 for parking... wtf? the hotel is not in down town area why charge exuberant charges for parking? just another way of making more money.... just include the price in the room rate goddamit!! also, the cleaning staff left their laundry bag in my room.... i asked the receptionist to get it out..... nobody ever did......
Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good food. Great price for what you get Pay for parking
staff was helpful could use a remodel
So close to airport . Also shuttle is amazing
the TV channels that they have set up is the worst that i ever had in a hotel stay.
Staff are friendly and helpful, always keep my room clean everyday
The pleasant helpful staff, the free full breakfast, the easy parking, choice of pillows , wifi and cleanliness. The warn out stair case near the front desk created a poor impression upon arrival.
Nothing to be liked about, it is not a good place to spend overnight. Corridor & rooms are bad Odour. Shuttle driver was not polite at the airport pickup. No elevator to carry the luggage upstairs as a result we went through a surprise and hustle to transfer 1st floor. Check in at the midnight, we are exhausted because travelling with lot of luggage, no one is there is to help to carry the bag. So we did our-self, in this hustle and surprise, forgot to remember that we have placed one of our Apple gadget in the lobby table, forgot about it, remember next morning, rush to the lobby, it wasn't there. When asked to the front desk personnel there response was not great & not willing to check the camera in the lobby, simple answer it is public lobby shared between comfort inn & restaurant, socked by the response. As a result lodge a police compliant, waiting to find the gadget. It had lot of hospitalized photo's which was not backed in cloud, we need for this. Corridor & room bad odour, The flush for the toilet was in a tight place difficult to reach. No responsibility with front desk personnel. Don't recommend for a stay, even chosen be careful with all the items as there is no camera covering coffee table in the lobby.
excellent location which is near airport and easy to find out! room is clean and comfort.
On arrival I/We were highly impressed with the hotel - Location wise, comfortwise and the warm welcome by the staff. Our stay was enjoyable but short but there will always be a next time. In the U.S. I prefer staying at Comfort inn. Not Applicable
This was far better than the comfort inn niagara falls, the facilities included a bar with meals and a proper eating area. Only point, after checking in, wasn't told how to get to room, but not really a hassle
location/shuttle to airport/price
Free shuttle. Great customer service. Wish it had a refrigerator.
The hotel is extremely close to the airport with a free shuttle both ways. Shuttles to the airport ran every half hour, including very early in the morning. The hotel was very clean and modern with a spacious room. It was a great deal for the price, especially if you need to stay close to the airport. The rooms were also very clean.
We appreciated the modern design, cleanliness, friendly staff and most of all the convenience to commuter trains, airport terminals, and another hotel for dinner. Helped make a trip from Kingston to Mexico stress free. Would have preferred a small restaurant or coffee shop in hotel for a light meal but realize this may not be practical.
We arrived after a very frustrating day traveling on Air Canada, and the staff at Alt made the whole day turn around. We were greeted warmly, given all the essentials that we were without, they helped us order food, get settled in our room, and the morning team continued the same service with a smile. Our room was comfortable, clean, and you'd be hard pressed to find better black out blinds on a window.
Clean, modern, design, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and primarily for us, easy access to and from communities outside Toronto, and to airport terminals en route to vacation. It's the little things that make the difference: hotel could upgrade quality of kleenex tissues.
Excellent all around!
Fitness room Room layout Awesome common areas Functional earing facility Ease of access to airport
This hotel was very reasonably priced for being in a large metro area. Nearly everything looked brand new. Our main reason to stay at the hotel was an early flight we had the next morning. The hotel is literally 50 paces from the tram that takes you to terminal 1 or 3 for Tornoto Intl. Airport, so its exceptionally convenient. Not really a hotel to be at to go explore the city. Definitely for the jet setter either arriving late with no desire to head into town late at night to their hotel, or ready to leave. I liked how modern all the amenities looked. I felt like I was staying at a expensive resort though the way the bathroom, and fixtures everywhere were so different from the "normal" hotel. Very friendly staff, and otherwise a very great experience. Would hope to stay in one again, but next time hopefully city center, or near the action.
I love the clean design elements and the green focus. My little Coffee maker did not hear the water
Very modern. Great location for catching early flights.
Not expecting what we got for the price we paid. Richly appointed. Very luxurious feel. Received a call from the front desk to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Loved everything. Would recommend to everyone.
Friendly staff. Beautiful property. Nicely furnished. Limited parking. Had to park across the street in Industrial Park. Hot tub closed due to health violation. Sleep number bed not working properly.
The decor of the hotel was beautiful... Shower was like no other hotel I've been to in Ontario. Rooms were designed well. Nothing to complain about...
The hotel was beautiful.
Too many unruly guests at the same time. neighbour was up until 3:00 am drunk...
That I will never have to stay there again Absolutely filthy nowhere near the airport
Accommodations and Decor t's location and the lack of transportation/shuttle on-site. Distance from the airport and central Toronto--I was told a shuttle would've had to have been arranged prior to arrival.
Great room and design. Beautiful Hotel .Excellent value.
The staff are great and helpful, especially George and Dana. The hotel is modern and clean. Just the statues inside the rooms.
Bartender Bed was broken
The staff were very freindly and helpfull.
Clean quiet Too much clutter in room
Close to where I was going. Copps Collesium Under construction, started at 8:00 am right next door:(
Beds are so comfortable ,room is nice and roomy very clean fast elevators and nice you don't have to go outside to get into the mall direct access to the stores and restaurants. I only had one complaint and that was the pool ladders into instead of steps older people with limited mobility can't climb ladders into or out of the pool I had a hard time getting out thought maybe we were going to have to call for help but with a little perseverance I got out really enjoyed the pool and hot tub they need to have better access ,stairs instead of ladders would solve that problem
Nice staff the room was too warm and temperature control did not work
Downtown location - friendly concierge. No air conditioning all weekend and no rate reduction offered for substand facility. Room not clean. Will not book this Sheraton again.
We called for extra pillows at 4 a.m. and recieved them promptly. We were very impressed by the service.
Was a very disappointing stay. Noisy. Did not provide or charged too much for additional services.
Very old hotel, facilities are very bad, design is very bad, quality of room is very bad. Drawers are broken. Clothes press requires 1 day. Toilet is bad. It dose not meet the criteria of sheraton. I would rather go to another hotel or remove sheraton name from the hotel. Very old hotel, facilities are very bad, services are so bad, design is very bad and old, quality of room is very bad. Drawers are broken. Clothes press requires 1 day. Toilet is bad. It dose not meet the criteria of sheraton. I would rather go to another hotel or remove sheraton name from the hotel.
Infinitely better than our previous stay at crown plaza. Staff at desk was helpful and nice. Room was quiet as requested. Comfortable. Will be returning upon next visit to Hamilton. Only (minor) complaint is there was a leftover towel on the shower curtain rod from previous occupant.
Fair price for services, very nice restaurant , helpfull people, central location for shopping in Hamilton The "business center" is really small, efficient but small!
Absolutely shocked at how bad the service was at this place. Hotel shuttle is unreliable and overbooked; we waited an hour for it. Staff were indifferent and totally unhelpful. The "manager" did not have the "key" to redeem our room vouchers. All in all, a very unprofessional operation. Rooms were clean and the location is good, but the bad staff make this place completely avoidable.
When we got into our room and immediately found out someone had been smoking in it, the desk staff immediately without question changed us to a clean room. It was also quiet and comforatable. Located farther from arrivals than i thought, but not bad.
The closeness to the airport. The promptness of the shuttle bus to and from the airport and their helpfulness and the size of the room. The staff were very serious and need to smile a little more.
Location and weeklong Parking was great, rooms were comfortable and clean, no issues while parked there for a weekend. Best value for overnight before a flight Was put on hold for exactly 16 mins while trying to get shuttle to pick us up then waited 35 mins for shuttle bus to show up
We chose the hotel strictly because it was close to the airport, and had a free shuttle, plus it had smoking rooms. The price was excellent, and it far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and friendly. Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of their free breakfast, as we had to leave early the next morning. Nothing we didn't like.
The room was clean, good bed, fine linens and nicely designed. It had a recent update appearance. Were only there for the nite catching a flight. What I did not like was that the hotel had a power surcharge on the bill.Soon there will be extra charges for linens and towels and air conditioning!
no as although the hotel is good but its just fair not the best.
Proximity to Airport,on site restaurant, 24 hour convienience store across the road Being billed in US dollars for a Canadian hotel room, booked by a Canadian resident, from Canada. Nowhere in my documentation was it noted thet the price was in USD. I could have booked direct for less in Canadian money
We had an early flight - so happy we used the shuttle service.
We were 2 families with 5 children between us. Our husbands were leaving on a missions trip so we stayed here based on reviews, price and location. It was a very good decision. Hotel staff were very helpful and kind. And very accommodating and even went out of their way to help us when one of our husbands realized he accidentally took our car keys with him to the airport. The staff arranged for me to take the airport shuttle to the airport so I could go to the designated location to retrieve my keys, and the kind driver took the opportunity to get gas while I was fetching the keys so that he could perfectly time it to swing back around to pick me up again to return me to the hotel to my waiting family. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. The waiter at breakfast was super. Our waiter at breakfast was fantastic and the only complaint I have is the terrible state the women's restroom (accessible from the restaurant only) was in. Some clearly thoughtless disgusting guests had trashed it.. Toilets unflushed, wet seats, just gross. But the fact that no one had checked to clean it bothered me. The other strange thing was the fact that one of the faucets for the 2 sinks in this little restroom was positioned so far back on the counter that the water poured out directly onto the counter rather than into the sink... Very strange that it was installed so very poorly. It actually made me wonder if the restaurant portion was run separately from the rest of the hotel because it didn't seem to match the care ' attention that was given the rest of the hotel. It really was a good choice overall.
The staff were very helpful and our accommodation was very comfortable.
Nice location to shopping and airport. Close to restaurants. Clean and comfy beds. Tub wouldn't drain; instead of moving me they brought me a plunger.
I liked the fact that the hotel is located at the centre of Mississauga. I also liked the friendliness of staff. The hotel will charge 12$ per night for parkeing and that the breakfast is not included in the rate. I've been in the hotel some 5 months ago and the hotel didn't change the breakfast menu at all. The toilet is not being cleaned properly.
The bed was very comfortable. I didnt like the fact that the hotel charged me 100 CAD more on my confirmed booking because my credit card didnt work and booking.com contacted me on the day i was travelling so i couldnt reply back but i still showed up on time. Novotel is one of my most prefered hotels but the mississauga one didnt offer the usual services and guest handling i usually get. I didnt like the plugs they didnt work.
I didn't like that the two-part door to the bathroom didn't completely close nor that it was primarily made of frosted glass.
Raman Virk., the manager, was professional, affable and problem solving. give her a 4 + . I had to live prematurely due to wife sickness. On the phone when I talk to the front desk informing of my early departure, categorically was told to refund will apply. Went down talk to Raman and she told me a different story and help recuperating my 2 days of over pay Celso Ravelo
Location. Restaurant/bar Needs updated.
Not good value for the money.
The location was good - close to where I needed to be for a work trip and across from good shopping. The room was dated and not very clean. The carpet had a big wrinkled stretch - the effects of age and (maybe) humidity. The bathroom smelled musty and wasn't very clean around the grouting. The furniture was dated fake oak, the TV only worked intermittently and the hot water not very hot. Wouldn't stay there again.
Loved the decor and staff. The restaurant was great. The location of the entrance.
I liked the beed, it is very comfortable and the heater is very good. I did not like the shower as there is no controller for the amount of water
It was very nice, hotels were great along with the washrooms and the pool area Staff (front desk) were very rude. Made us feel they didn't want us to stay there. After checking in at 5, the second room was apparently "declined" until we received a call at 11 saying it went through. Customer service needs some work.
Location Rooms are old and outdated We arrived at the front desk as a family of three, they put os in a floor where the entire corridor was booked for young students partying all night drinking and eating pizza all night long in the corridor walk way!! After returning to the US, I received many under $10 charges on my credit card (room was paid in full upfront online, also this is seperate from daily parking fee).
The hotel is located very close (walking distance) from the largest mall in Canada "Square One" & also very close to the airport (30 min). The rooms used to smell may be due to lack of ventilation. No Breakfast included so costed additional CA$.
It was quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious room, good location for my needs. Breakfast room could be little bit bigger.
Great staff and value for money with the room, and you got breakie/tea and a shuttle to the airport. It was a very clean place and the staff were always keen to help. We enjoyed our stay alot! we really liked how environmentally aware the hotel was- the towel service advice, recycling in the room and reminders to turn lights off. Our only point which we didnt understand was why the hotel was using paper plates and cutlery for breakfast? Not a big problem, but didnt seem in keeping with the environmental policies?
Breakfast was included & very good variety, etc. for a continental breakfast. Nothing in close walking distance.
I was very surprised at the quality/quantity of the breakfast. Normaly, Continental breakfast consist on juice, coffee/tea and bagels. There was nothing that I dai not like about the hotel, except that I was not sure if the in room coffee/tea were complementary. There was no signage indicating that it was, so I treated it as no- complementary and did not use any.
The quietness of the area and easy access to shopping areas. The room need to be updated and refurbished little out dated.
okay simple roon
A good stop over for getting to Toronto Airport early the next morning -this was the reason why I choose this hotel and the free transfer made it easy. It was also good to sleep in a very comfortable bed again! I had looked forward to sitting in the courtyard garden but the noise of all the air conditioning units made that impossible. Also not having a restaurant was disappointing. Thankfully there were several very nearby so that we could get an evening meal.
surrounding area cleanliness - the linens were not fresh
Easy to get to. Very good value breakfast Bar facilities would have been good after a long day travelling. Same for a swimming pool or jacuzzi
The front staff was very nice at check in. The carpet in the room beside the fridge was soaked and smelly. The windows don't open. I needed to get a cab and called the front desk for assistance as I needed to get to a meeting and am from out of town and was told to come to the lobby and pick up the cab phone.
The staff were very helpful and the rooms were nice and comfortable, easy to use.I liked everything about it.
I called to figure out where the shuttle would pick me up- the first woman told me to wait at column G35- there is no G35, there is 35,A35,B35,and C35- no G35. After wandering around thinking I was going crazy I called back and another person explained she meant ground level 35 and just to wait at the post marked 35. Okay- I get there and tell them I'm checking in and I booked through Kayak. She says I know I have to enter all this information though- okay, I wait while she does that. I mention taking the shuttle in the morning and that I will miss breakfast as I'm leaving early. At 3:20am someone from the hotel staff COMES INTO MY ROOM!!!! They leave when the realize there is a guest in the room, the staff desk downstairs calls to apologize and explain that the woman who checked me in blocked off the room, but did not note that someone was staying in it. At 5:20 I go downstairs and ask when the shuttle will be leaving, only to be informed it doesn't leave until 6am and it's full and I will need to call a taxi. Also the computers were down and so he asked me to write my room number and email address on a piece of paper, and he would email me my receipt- which I needed to be reimbursed for a business expense. A day later still no receipt, I call to ask for a receipt, again they ask for my email address and say they will send it immediately. Another day goes by still no receipt- I call again and the woman explains that they will not provide a receipt and the receipt needs to come from the agency that booked the room (priceline). Some of the staff seems to know what they are doing, but some of the staff did not. I would not recommend staying here!
the shuttle service.and the breakfast was good.I was disturbed twice by the room phone it beeped twice at 02:15 am.the bath room door was stiking to floor and was hard to open or close, and made a high noise.
The breakfast lady was life!
Hotel is not too far from the airport. There is a free shuttle bus transfer between the hotel and the airport. It's good for transit people The hotel is far from restuarant, shopping center and shopping mart. A breakfast room is very small, so some people had their breakfast at lobby area.
Very handy to airport. Room was very luxurious, especially the bed. Shuttle service was excellent and right on time. I know this would be difficult, but it would be nice if there was a way to have breakfast be available from a lot earlier. I stay overnight just to await my connecting flight home to Edmonton (after having been in the Caribbean) and always have to leave hotels by 6:00 in the morning. It would be excellent if breakfast started at 5:00 am.
Close to the airport, shuttle service provided. Breakfast was provided but only after 6.30am
Good value for your money.
nothing at all there was no tv in the room, carpet smelled mucky, no complelmentry breakfst as indicated, restuarant was closed, staff not very helpful
The front desk staff were quite helpful, professional, and friendly.
Staff friendly Breakfast adequate Good location Non smoking room had stake smoke or chemical odour
Limited selection for complimentary breakfast. Eggs were good though. My shower was cold in the morning - busy time I suppose. Room and bed were comfortable and very clean. Good lighting
Very pleasant experience.Excellent beds
I already rresponded to another questionnaire, so I won't repeat my self, why did I get two?
Eli was the only staff member who ensured that we were provided with acurate information and resolved our concerns. If it was not for Eli we will never consider using this hotel again. Staff did not provide acurate information, staff did not seem compitent other than ELi and the airport schuttle driver (older gentleman) did not offer to help my wife to assist her with her lauggage upon arrival at the airport.
The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The bed was a sleep number bed.
Good location,very nice staff.
Courteous, always smiling, warm and friendly staff, ready to help. They suggested a good solution for my business visit to nearby cities, hence I extended my stay at the hotel by another 2 days.
I liked that there was a separate sitting area in the bedroom. The room service menu was also very good. Large selection. We ordered room service and I found the guy to be rude and we didn't get everything we ordered.
As a frequent guest at a variety of hotel chains I have to say that the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport was possibly the best value experience we have ever had. New, clean, spacious, comfortable, friendly and free full breakfast...how can you go wrong.
Hotel was clean, comfortable, front desk excellent Shuttle service from airport was AWFUL. Consider taking a taxi. It took us nearly an hour to go less than 2km. Was told the shuttle runs every 15 minutes, it took 40 to get picked up at airport. Then, we visited other terminal where 10+ people with 15+ bags joined us, then the Hilton (shuttle serves 3 hotels) and waited for another 10 minutes while the shuttle drivers hashed out some problem there.
I like the nice, clean place. Friendly staff. Noise!! Noise...if ur room is backed to HWY 401, expect the buzzing sound of cars passing. This is an awesome hotel if u accept the noise. The tub and toilet is tiny:-) else enjoy.
I will never use third party booking again since there were major issue s with our reservation and we ended up having to pay full price anyway.
Big clean room. Clean carpet. Wide window. Free way accessible. good A/C system. Nice staff, smiling and kind receptionist at 2am. The room keys are difficult to operate. It takes multiple tries to open. bottle of water for 2.20$ on a tray in the room., Either don't put the bottle of water, or make it free.
The hotel has a beauitful modern desin to it and the stagg is very friendly The bathroom in the room
The staff were very helpful and the location so close to the airport was great. I think that $8 for a glass of beer is a bit outrageous.
There are several Sheraton hotels in the vicinity of the airport. This is somewhat confusing if you're not familiar with the area, and even after showing the taxi driver our booking confirmation he took us to the wrong one.
Location near the airport. The room are old. Bathroom very small. Smees that the hotel is becomming old without any changes.
They only had 6 mini fridges and won't guarantee availability until checkin
The time waiting for the shuttle from the airport (50 minutes)!
Walking distance to Continental Airlines. Pool and gym are substantial. Staff is eager to please. Dishes left outside guest rooms need to be picked up more frequently.
The facilities provided were excellent compared to the tariff. I was impressed by the wi-fi internet access without additional charges and the ability to use the facility at the business centre without incurring additional charges. Though it was only a walking distance from the airport, the location was away from downtown which made it inconvenient for visitors wanting to explore the city
Very friendly staff, room very clean it is on the older end, our room had old AC unit. Chairs/decor in bar area very worn down
Location and warmth of welcome etc. of staff The furniture in the lounge/dining area needed cleaning/replacing; was grubby.
shuttle to and from airport was efficient and reliable small bathroom
Convenient to clients I was seeing but also to the airport. Buffet was okay, but wait staff on second night was terible. had to get my own menu after my friend went to the buffet and I did not. Finally was able to get bar attendant to bring a glass of wine and took my order after waiting over 15 minutes. Food was marginal and not warm, but I was hungry and wanted to get out of restaurant. I almost felt penalized for wanting to order off the menu and not doing the buffet to make their job easier. Parking was awkward. Had to hike around building to get in, so single digit temps and very windy conditions made this tough.
The rooms were large and clean. The cleaning staff was friendly. The hotel was close to Toronto's airport but away from the congestion of the city A bit more security would be nice. A uniformed presents would have been appreceated
room was great- loved the pool and whirlpool restuarant was awful
the convenience of the 24 hour airport shuttle. As well, I am a smoker and my husband is not, so I can smoke in the livingroom and not bother him while he is in the bedroom It was so-o-o-o-o hot, that we could not go to sleep for several hours
