Pros:
First the staff told me they would pick me up from the location I was at and then later told me they are not doing that anymore. No one ever told me that the location I instructed to drop off the location was closed. So I had to drive over 100km to drop off the car. The rental company put some other location in the drop off location.Cons:
It would be nice if this location would not jerk their customers around.7.6 Good

Pros:
Clean car with enough gas. Convenient to return rental car with deposit box and nice that they let us keep it for 24hrs, though would prefer lower prices for half that time.Cons:
Not very accommodating when I couldn't use a credit card, which made us get caught up in rush hour traffic. Wouldn't even take another person's by phone and wouldn't accept interac. The others had to get a cab to come over just to pay for the rental. Rentals in this area are overpriced. Other parts of Ontario rent for almost half the price.10.0 Excellent

Pros:
We received an upgrade don't know why? The vehicle was more what we needed and the price was same as the smaller car. The person we dealt with was polite, explained the rental to us, and return policy if closed. We were pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Rented enterperise in the past and also had good service.2.0 Mediocre

Pros:
Got a VW 2.0 TSI Jetta fully loaded. Great on gas, super quiet and easy to drive. Pick up and drop off was super easy and all I had to do was return it with a full tank. Great value for the money.Cons:
Some areas of the car were not cleaned, there were crumbs in places and some old Subway napkins were left in the center arm rest but overall it was decently clean. Would have liked for the car to have winter tires instead of all seasons but I understand that this is a rare option on most rentals.National
