Cons (-) I went to my room after checking in, and it was “lived in” - messy beds, TV on, and dirty dishes. I was assigned a new room. It was obvious that the two beds were full sized beds, not queen sized. This was not what was advertised. I was there alone, so bed size didn’t impact me, but the bed size difference for a couple would be noticeable.

Cons (-) Room starting to look worn. Bedside lamp needed new bulb. In room coffee maker full of scale deposits and would not heat properly. Maids cart parked in our hallway overnight in front of open service room door. Many carpet stains.
Pros (+) We went there for a bachelorette party - The front desk was able to get us in for early check in so we could decorate the room, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Hotel is beautiful - Will definitely book again
