The Novotel Toronto Mississauga Centre is located in the heart of one of Canada’s most exciting cities. The hotel is situated just seps away from the area’s most robust shopping center, Square One. This 3-star hotel is conveniently located near the Pearson Airport and a short drive from virtually anywhere in Toronto.

The rooms at the Novotel Toronto are beautifully appointed with modern, functional furnishings and large windows to let in as much natural light as possible into the rooms. Guests can reserve singe king or two queen rooms, with ADA accessible rooms available as well. The spaces have been outfitted with all of the modern convieneces guests have come to expect, such as high speed wireless internet, coffee and tea station, work desk, and more.

The Novotel Toronto is a popular choice for business travelers. There are entire floors dedicated to nothing but conference rooms which can be reserved for meetings. The crown jewel is the 13,000 square foot meeting space that is custom built for corporate events. There’s also a fully equipped business center with printer, fax machine, and computers.

Beyond the business aspects, The Novotel Toronto has several other facilities guests can take advantage of. There is a heated indoor salt water pool that is great for relaxing or doing a few laps as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with treadmills, free weights, and other machines. After guests work up an appetite, they can visit Novotel Trio, the hotel’s international restaurant.

Pros (+) It was very nice, hotels were great along with the washrooms and the pool area
Cons (-) Staff (front desk) were very rude. Made us feel they didn't want us to stay there. After checking in at 5, the second room was apparently "declined" until we received a call at 11 saying it went through. Customer service needs some work.

Pros (+) The location was good - close to where I needed to be for a work trip and across from good shopping.
Cons (-) The room was dated and not very clean. The carpet had a big wrinkled stretch - the effects of age and (maybe) humidity. The bathroom smelled musty and wasn't very clean around the grouting. The furniture was dated fake oak, the TV only worked intermittently and the hot water not very hot. Wouldn't stay there again.
