Please contact me on a rule change! I have been added to you rentals in the past as a second driver or used a corporate card to rent cards. Alamo did not allow me to use a card with anothe name and my ID to rent the car. They said the card and the DL had to be the same. I was able to rent a car in this fashion at a competitor.8.8 Very good

The cars are in great shape. I was given a pre-assessment of the condition of the vehicle and found some undocumented scratches. I returned to the desk to have the record updated and they were very courteous. Be vigilante when looking over your rental before driving away. Shuttle service is prompt and the company staff is very good.Cons:

First off the shuttle took forever. We get to the office and they said they did not have our standard car that we reserved because we were late, the website would not allow me to change the time of pickup, so I called and left a message that they apparently did not listen to letting them know what time we would be arriving. They ended up giving us a SUV that was a piece of junk, we could not even believe that they had such a car in their inventory. It had numerous huge paint chips all over the front of the car and there was masking tape residue all around the windshield, we were afraid to drive it, and the gas tank was empty. It was very late so we took the vehicle but not before inquiring about a replacement, call tomorrow and reserve a new one. I call first thing the next morning and a very rude clerk told me they had no cars and we could call back at 4pm and check if any were available, and NO we could not just reserve one. Didn't want to spend my vacation time trying to get a replacement so I just went on line and found a new car from a different agency, so happy. Do not rent from this company if you have other choices.Economy Rent a Car

They need to be removed from priceline as an option. I picked them because I trusted priceline would vet their providers but clearly that did not happen. They charged a hidden 12/day admin fee for me to use my credit card insurance which increased my cost from 350 to 500 for the car. I also needed the car to travel long distance but when I get there the "unlimited milage" turned out to be just 200km a day. The car itself smelled terrible and was a mix of smoke and curry. I spent my two weeks in the car with the windows open as the smell never disapated. Extremely dissatisfied from every aspect of the experience.2.0 Poor

The car was filthy. I inspected multiple cars and all of them were really unclean. I had no choice to take the better of the ones available. You'll be forced to buy their in-house insurance whether you're insured yourself or not, or they'll simply cancel your reservation on the spot. Staff is hurried and rude. We went to Canada for 2 days for Family Emergency Our flight was late I called Thrifty Rental explain everything They advise me don't worry When you arrived at Pearson Toronto Airport Your car shound be ready at airPort location We arrived At 4pm at Thrifty they told us we made a reservation at city location we have no cars available I have explain everything and everything to them I was so frustrated called the Taxi went to a city location they were closed.I call customer service Told my situation. They made a new reservation at Dollar rent a car at same location at Thrifty and dollar RENTAL where I was told they don't have any cars available By time We got back from city to airport Taxi cost me $100 and my new rental cost me $80 dollars extra From my original reservation and wasted one all day.
