To start, the parking lot and sidewalks were iced over. The hotel had a weird smell to it, the halls were very cold, the rooms were very outdated. The bathroom had mold on the wall that they painted over, but was coming back. The sheets and towels had a yellow tint to them. The pool was empty. Since we had reserved online, they billed our card. We did not stay there and it was a hassle to get a refund from them since we were not staying there. Very unclean hotel. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
location and convenience all was fine
It was clean, had good water pressure. Though it was clean, the whole building smelled funky. We got a non-smoking room and all of the towels, blankets, and pillows smelled like smoke.
The price The a/c was very noisy and put off a musty smell
It was less expensive than the Super 8 in Missouri Valley, IA. There were 8 pieces of hair, dark in the tub and shower. There was a used bar of soap stuck to the shower curtain.
Pillows were flat as they could be but the bed was very comfortable.
It was quit. Super eight has the smallest room ever. The nexted day I was taking things to the car and the cleaning people had there kids playing on the stairs. So had to try to get around them with luggage. I will probably not stay at a super 8 again.
This is a nice hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and well stocked.
It is really nice. All the staff are nice and hard working Everything is good
Not many options in the area. Beds were hard. I was told my others who live in the area to rent the Econolodge next time.
Kind and helpful staff Didn't have refrigerators in all of the rooms and the price was the same.
Location They never came in to clean our room for our second night's stay.
