Remember, use MUTTERS as the destination city for your navigation. Highly recommended! Very friendly Staff! Great breakfast! Speak English well. Very close to Innsbruck and convenient to main freeway. Excellent! Don't forget MUTTERS!

It was close to everything and we could see the street performers down at street level. Perfect location with plenty of shops, restaurants and ice cream nearby. Great staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Buy the Innsbruck Pass..well worth the money.

the restaurant was fantastic and the view was incredible.

The towel had a long dark hair on it and the towels smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was sparsly furnished and not very clean. The carpet was filthy and there were little bugs (beatles) crawling on the bed. NOT a 4 star hotel!!!!

Do not stay here- there are many other hotels in the area that are much better.

Location was spectacular: just in front of train station and around the corner from old town. Room was great and staff very gentle

Some noise of water drip from the air conditioning system but I'm sure it was a very specific problem and since we only spent one night they didn't have time to solve it (we didn't even make a complain_

My wife and I were very disappointed with the Europa Tyrol Hotel, Innsbruck. We arrived around 10:00pm only to be told that the hotel did not have a room for us. I pointed out that it was prepaid and guaranteed. The owner arrived and was reluctant to do anything for us, and took quite a supercilious tone. Perhaps to prevent the scene becoming uglier, she somehow miraculously found a room. We went to the room and discovered it had no air conditioning and was very hot. Later we saw other guests checking in. Obviously they weren't full when we arrived.
