Internet connection was poor or nonexistent (per front desk due to “too many people/devices”). Breakfast (due to Covid) was a bag with an apple, bottle of water, bottle of orange juice, and a small Costco chewy granola bar, available for pick up at the front desk. . Shower had black mold, partially removed after complaining. Several towels had small holes in them. .
Pros. The big sliding glass door.
Cons. Everything.
Pros. Great location. Nice clean room.
Cons. Renew the rooms
Pros. Not much. The day clerk was receptive and responsive to my complaints so hopefully they fix some of these things.
Cons. There were not enough towels or wash cloths for the number of people the room can sleep. When we asked for more, we were given a small rough towel and two hand towels. We did check in late as we were on a road trip but that’s no excuse for the clerk to not have access to bath towels. The guest Laundry was closed when we arrived and didn’t open the next day until 9 am. Again we were on a road trip with four people and really needed to do some laundry but had to leave prior to the guest Laundry opening. It should be left open 24 hours with guest access only. The hotel has no air conditioning but has a huge glass sliding door that wouldn’t slide so we were hot all night. No fitted sheets on the bed and the flat sheets would not stay tucked under so we ended up sleeping on bare maytress in the middle of the night. Really gross.
Pros. Good price, heated pool (though was not very warm). Price very reasonable. Staff super nice and friendly and helpful!! Exceptional in that regard.
Cons. Could not get online 80% of the time. Huge problem. Also were in a supposedly nicely renovated room, but it wasn't clean. Linens we're fine. But found old sofa lid and straw and other garbage behind the nightstand, stains on some towels and the curtains, very dusty floor. Disappointing.
Pros. comfortable, quick checkin, no hassles
Cons. WiFi was pretty much useless (building on south side of pool, but also in lobby). Room wasn't made up while we were out, and when we did get it made, sheets weren't changed.
Pros. The room was large and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
Pros. Good location and excellent housekeeping.
Cons. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi service. Almost no connectivity for cell phone service (one bar for Verizon).
Pros. Maybe at most the employees were nice.
Cons. So first of I gotta say I hate giving reviews or surveys, so if I do it's because I was left with an impression...and I'm sad to say this was not a good one...I advise for you to spend a little bit more money for a better hotel. The place is near the fwy which could be convenient, but walking in you know probably not the best place...the room doors alone look like prison cells, you walk into the room and it smells horrible, our sheets were stained and looked nasty...the heater didn't work...even though I called and was promised someone would come look at it...but never showed up...the toilet made a horrible noise. If ur sensitive to sound not a good place to stay as you can hear the airplanes at every hour. The breakfast was sad...and they honestly shouldn't even advertise it. It looked dirty.
Pros. Beds are comfortable and clean
