The woman at the front desk was friendly. I think this may be the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. We would definitely stay there again.
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. The room was comfortable, quieter than expected, as we were near the train tracks. We were provided a breakfast voucher for Penny's Diner (on site), and they allowed us to use it at midnight as well as customized our order for takeout and dietary needs. Awesome! Local restaurants were recommended and very good as well. I would refer my friends and family to Oak Tree. Microwave was dirty.
Dude that checked me in (friendly and polite). The woman working the next day was also very warm and friendly. I didnt develop the obligatory meth habit required to stay in such a sh*t hole.... So Ive got that going for me. - Literally right across the street from a sugar factory. Youd think it would smell good but it smelled terrible. -Nothing in the room matched and everything looked like it was bought out of a yard sale. -Very small room -I had a 75lb dog with and had booked in advance. I was put on the top level for some reason. My dog isnt loud or boisterous but it would have been miserable for the people under me if he had been. -The outdoor dog area had broken glass and garbage all around it. -This was definitely not worth the almost 100 dollars I paid for it. Room was 77 plus tax and 15/night for my dog. This place reminds me of one of those hourly hotels you always see in movies (not kidding). Honestly, $50-60 a night wouldve been far more fair.
Nothing The hotel is overall in need of major renovations. Everything in it from the carpet up is outdated, worn and dirty. It was noisy, smokey and the air ventilation pulled in the air from the running autos outside.
No elevator to 2nd floor. Stairs were a problem for us as seniors.

Clean, friendly staff, and overall great place to stay.
Dirty and very small room. Windows were open and fans in the hall. Freezing!
Location en route to Denver Dated furniture, no actual closet in room, no elevator. Other Comfort Inn much nicer for same money. Staff knocking on door prior to check out time to ask if we were leaving when do not disturb tag on door.
The Staff was awesome...everyone! This was the STINKIEST room Ive ever stayed in. It reeked of cigarettes...comes in through the ventilation in the bathroom and permeates everything. I opened my suitcase when I got home...LORD! Horrible!!!!!!!!!
the staff room smelled like smoke- or like thy were trying to cover it u[.
My hotel room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed watching tv and using their internet. The pool and hot tub were clean and running. The breakfast and eating area was very nice. There was a crack and hole in the plaster above the bath tub/shower. There was mold all around the lip of the bathtub. To me that was unacceptable.
The location was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though there the hotel was full of dogs due to a dog show in town, it was quiet. The pool and hot tub room was very uncomfortable. It was extremely warm and the high level of chlorine actually hurt our eyes.
My room was a handicap room, which is ok but not necessary.
My room was newly remodeled and was very nice. The laminate floors made it feel clean. The gentleman working the front desk was super friendly. For the price, it was an incredible value. Will definitely stay again. The pool and common area were kinda weird. The outside needs some freshening up.
