I was impressed by the courtesy of the staff, and the way they have been extremely helpful I think that to close the lobby bar at 23:00 is a bit too early. However, I appreciated the possibility of having a beer in the restaurant, that remains open until late.
The staff is great and the reception people are very helpful. All the services are expensive but I suppose that it is Moscow in general.
There was every attempt to help my wife and me with whatever questions, concerns we had. Not so much a "dislike"; rather, the hotel does not seem to be on the list of hotels that our taxi driver possessed. He seemed to confuse our hotel with other Marriott's in the city.
Ambiance is very good, makes you feel welcome. Service in general is very good. Most employees speak good English. Excelent location if you enjoy walking because there is no metro station nearby. Service in restaurant is hit and miss. Sometimes food and service is ok, but other times it takes a long time to catch the waiters attention. Some dishes are not prepared as described on menu, ordered an Asian salad that was supposed to be sprinkled with macadamia nuts but it did have any, salad was swimming in a strong soy sauce dressing that made it almost inedible.
Food in restrorant is not tasty
I stayed in the business-studio room and everything was nice there. I liked it and i'll stay there during my next visits.
Современный, уютный, чистый отель. Красивое фойе, современный дизайн. Большие номера. Расстроило, что цена проживания при бронировании на сайте, не смотря на то, что было написано, что цена с НДС, в итоге оказалась без НДС :(
Everything was in order. No
Brand new hotel, design furniture (dark). Rich breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff friendly and available.Just some 200m from the nearest metro station (Polyanka). Within walking distance of the Kremlin (20 min), and Tretiakov Museum (5 min). Close to the lively district arround Tretiakovskaya metro station. No extra charges for visa support letter and passport registration at our arrival in Moscow. It was a bit expensive. But It was the best deal we got close to the Kremlin and with breakfast included.
The breakfast was fantastic, although would have loved some fried eggs rather than just scrambled and boiled (it was an American breakfast). The rooms were pretty luxurious and clean. A bit of a walk from the city. For a four star just a few small complaints, no spare pillow, tv sound was distorted, but overall excellent quality.
Great staff, very good breakfast, comfi and spacy rooms, fantastic central location.
in the center of the city and walk distance from the red square.
Central location of the hotel made it easy to reach any point in the city and enjoy walking around. The rooms are inspiringly clean and motivating for saving the natural resources. The breakfasts are fullfilling and enriching the tourists with a lot of energy until the end of the day. The staff are friendly and helpful.
i really enjoyed my stay at Park Inn, all staff members are very friendly and professional, hotel located in the city center and 5 min walk from metro, breakfast buffet is nice!!
I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the decor, the location and the breakfast was amazing! The TVs only played two English speaking channels - both news. Even the pay per view films were in Russian and it might have been nice to have more choice of stuff to watch in English. Also, whilst some staff were happy to assist, others were stadoffish and did not want to help at all.
Very comfortable business hotel, good service, clear and stylish room. Good location - metro station about 3 minutes to walk. Center of the city. Good stuff.
We were travelling as a family of 5 adults and all our expectations matched with reality. We are from the trade ourselves, so on travel we know what to look at, what works and what doesn´t. In this hotel worked everything and I can highly recommend it to everybody coming to see the beautiful Russian capital. Spotless cleanliness, ideal size of the room, perfect location in a romantic quarter, superb breakfast and very nice pople working here. All speak good English eventhough they are very pleased if a traveller tries his/her long forgotten Russian.
Excelent location for investigate Moscow culture, history, arhitecture, museums, theatres. No need to use transporte.
convenient location and comfort i wish it was less expensive
Everything was good. Everyone was very helpful,check-in took me about five minutes with no inconveniences. I liked everything in this hotel and would stay here again
Meeting facilities some choices offerred during lunch are too small dishes even for children
Hotel is beautiful, excellent staff. Food and beverage prices are too high
The Rooms DVD only accepts region 5. The hotel is open for international travellers and not for Russians only. So this was a great setback, and should be mentioned in the Hotel Facilities.
SPA was fantastic as well as the hotel staff, really courteous. Gregge linen was another extra we have enjoyed. Highly recommended fir romantic week-end
The staff was great! 5* I had to print some documents for work and they helped me out directly. Also the gym was good, and the swimmingpool. The buffe in the morning was fresh. Had everything I needed and a little bit more for my buisness trip. The toillet in my room kept running the whole night. But it wasn't a big problem once you closed the toilet door. They could have had a little bit more english channels. The price for internet access was a bit high.
Room service Room did not live up with our expectations.
Very friendly and proffesional reception employees. Good free shutlles to terminals.
The closeness to the airport and Aero-Express, and the provision of ironing facilities in the rooms. The ineffective institution-type hairdryer (I'll bring my own in future, wish I'd been warned) and the awkward anti-theft clothes hangers. I'd rather have wire hangers than those things.
Quiet rooms.Good to relax after flights. Very expensive breakfast.
restouran, reception, bar no
too expensive for what you get...especially because the room price does not include breakfast.
airport pick up service very bad, took me one hour to wait, also check-in took me 30 minutes to wait, very bad!!!
-near the airport-silent-pacific-shuttle efficient room lacks toothbrush, slippers, lavatory not clean
Staff was very helpful in assisting with directions, setting up taxis to airport, and pretty much everything else. Location was great...right next to Arbat which has tons of restaurants.Overall, you get a great hotel for a very cheap price. You might want to pay for a premium room. Regular rooms are on the small side, but definitely worth the price.
Good english in reception. Nice bar
Its quality-price relation. Maybe one of the best in Moscow.
Very big comfortable rooms
Nothing The staff are very unprofessional, the location is poor with very difficult access. I would not advise anyone to stay here
Relative to the hotel prices in Moscow gives a good value for the money. The elevetors are workink bad .You have to wait long time for the service.
I stay in the hotel more than five times and was happy to visiti it again
Location and access. Room spacious and confortable. Breakfast satisfying. Staff helpful and courteous albeit sometimes not very experienced. Good value for money. Astronomical fares required for car park: 800 Rur for 24 hours. Swimming pool: no deck chair to relax after bath and sauna:only plastic seats. No watering wooden bucket in the sauna.
I liked that it's a new nice & quiet hotel. Delicious breakfast in huge quantities. Good service. Excellent value for money. A top choice... Some of the stuff is not well trained, but the managers are superb. It's not very close to any metro station, and taxis departing from the hotel are very-very expensive. Though, Moscow taxis always overcharge foreign visitors...
The nearby Sokolniki park is great for running. Nice restaurants around the hotel. Badly trained staff.
The price for parking is riduculos.
Good location is only positive moment about this hotel
Rien ! nothing ! nichevo ! Pire hôtel de Moscou / Worst hotel in Moscow / Samaya uzhasnaya gostinitsa Moskvy !!!!! Horrible staff (all of them were extremely rude and even yelled at me!!), I stayed 5 nights and no one came just once to clean the room or even make the bed, disgusting bathroom, the room smelled like cigarette all my stay long since people used to smoke in the corridors, impossible to pay with a credit card/ visa / maestro, the terminal did not work but never does apparently, if you don't speak russian it's even worse cause nobody speaks english even at the reception! Avoid this hotel
The hotel was clean, well-located and, by Moscow standards, reasonably good value. The staff of this hotel (including reception, security, cafe, etc.) are exceptionally unpleasant. Non-Russian speakers and those coming to Russia for the first time would certainly be in for a culture-shock on this one!
Everything was brand new, clean, and nicely maintained. The room and bathroom were nice and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The value for the money spent was also excellent, as the quality of the facilities was very high. 4* by European standards, 3.5* by US standards. In any case, I had almost no complaints with the hotel itself. The only downside to this hotel is the location. It's very far from the city center and is about a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station. After you're on the metro, it's about another 30 minutes to the city center. They do offer a driver who will provide transportation to the metro until 22:00. You can also take a taxi to the city center, which takes between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. The only other thing I noticed was that the temperature of the rooms was also rather hot. Even with the air set to 'Cool' and on high, I still had to sleep with the window open because it was so hot.
Convenient and pleasant location for metro, and for train from airport. Restaurants nearby. While free, the minibar gave water, lager and coke only. No soft drink we liked eg lemonade, orange. However we did like the chocolate and muesli bars!
I enjoyed staying at Katerina City. The room was comfortable though rather small but for me this was not an issue as I just spent the nights there. Good breakfast buffet(!!) except for the coffee. For Moscow I consider this hotel good value for money. The staff was very helpful and all spoke English well. Good WiFi network and free limited minibar. Close to the Metro, well within walking distance.
I booked deluxe room with river view and got standard room with a view on construction site. so next time when u plan fantastic weekend be aware of this strange fact. disappointed. will avoid this hotel in the future for personal and business trips.
Comfortable, excellent restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff with very good English language skills in all areas. Very patient when answering our questions. Safe boxes not in-room.
It's very excellent hotel: location, services, breakfast, safety, price, staff. Everything was very nice.In short everything was just super.
Good multi-lingual front desk staff. Food was well presented and properly cooked. Rooms are comfortable and mini bar and wifi are free! Rooms are properly cleaned and regularly vacuumed. Breakfast can be a problem when coach parties are staying as the staff are not increased.
The service and the foot quality and choice I booked a double room and after two days I got only towels for one person, to less coat hanger and the bred at the breakfast tasted as it was not fresh.
In hotel fine cooks! The gostinyj corner is closed by a door. It is very convenient! Two bedrooms among themselves aren't divided by a door
Great location, friendly staff and reasonable pricing. The breakfast was great and is included in the price. The "small" rooms are REALLY small, but then I only needed a place to sleep. One thing that was a surprise to me was the fact that the room did not have any drawers where I could put my stuff in.
Very helpful staff, fluent in Enhlish
Had a nice stay. Very proper rooms with airco, minibar and TV. Clean and rather new bathrooms. Breakfast is rather simple, and served in the small lobby bar. Location is excellent; just walk across the street and you're @ teatralnaya, the mail square with Basilique, Kremlin and Gum-shoppingmall. So walking distance from lot of highlights, and close to Metro. Very good value for money, in relation to Moscow hotel pricing. Would stay here again.
The staff is very nice, the rooms are very clean and the price is good. The location is excellent as you are right in the center. The breakfast is the same all the time and very limited. The Internet was working better this time but at times it would also cut out which became annoying.
Clean and Location more spacious rooms maybe it would have been nice
Early check in, Nice location N/A
Great location. Short walk to Red Square and the Kremlin. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good - berry muffins and chocolate crossiant. In addition sausage, ham and beans. Good coffee. Rooms good size, secure wi-fi. There are options for lunch and dinner down the street towards Koffeemania (outdoor seating) and also a wine bar with outdoor seating and light meals. Koffeemania is pricey! The wine bar is reasonable. Small grocery store down the street with good selection. Near the TACA building where the street meets the main Blvd turn left and there are 4-5 French Bistros (reasonable must know either French or Russian) and the Pushka Inn very nice but a little pricey but worth it. A great choice in an expensive city. Our room faced the back and each of our three nights the rubbish was collected and did wake me for 5 minutes. Not a big deal. Also some rooms are on half floors without elevator but a short flight of steps.
Hotel is perfectly located in 2 minutes of walking from Kremlin. Our room was very nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpfull and of course it is the best hotel in Moscow in case u don't plan to spend fortune on 5stars hotel
excellent location and helpful staff a little bit pure breakfast
The location was great and the staff very good. Lovely rooms - we had a double and a single. It's a small hotel with a little breafast room with plenty to eat. We loved the area as it made getting around the sights easy. It was quiet and near the best coffee/restuarant and opposite the Music Conservatorium. - where we attended a concert. Heating a little too hot - but nothing else.
Location is great - very convenient for those who come to the city for sightseeing; very knowledgeable and helpful staff; comfortable room I didn't experience any faults during my stay.
This hotel is perfect to visit Moscow because it is in the old town, near to Kremlin. The hotel is not more expensive and the rooms and the services is perfect.
Comfortable, firm bed. Quiet, well-insulated rooms. Free mini-bar. Good comfortable chair at room desk. Clean, fresh room. Good wifi reception. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast (no annoying music, just soft nature sounds). Good selection of fresh food. Very pleasant modern decor/atmosphere. Good water pressure in shower. Can't control the heat in the room. Room too hot. Had to open window to control the temperature. No plug for sink (only luxury rooms have this!) Can't turn off bathroom fan. On all the time. Shower drain was not draining properly and water pooled in the shower. Safe needs to update instructions! Change to "Hit # when finished entering your code to open and close safe." Housekeeping card for door handle was not provided.
Staff was excellent ; knowledgable, friendly, very helpful in all respects. Location; I checked out earlier than planned and was not credited for the days not utilized.
Excellent view; free minibar filled with waters, chocolate, etc.; located at 3 minutes walk from Metro station; very clean rooms; ca 45 min drive from Domodedovo airport. No WiFi in the room (but free WiFi available in lounge room at 2nd floor); standard room not very spacious; poor breakfast; and although it was advertised, an airport pick-up service could not be arranged (unless you send a copy of your credit card...)
Excellent hotel, good breakfast, wifi internet free, near metro, just 2 minutes walking.
Wonderful! The best breakfast! The best free minibar! Excellent staff! Very grateful
this is a good hotel, good price and excelent internet conection for free. The price of meals little bit expensive comparing its variety.
clean and comfortable room Internet service is only at 2nd floor which was inconvenient and no privacy
Location great. Rooms comfortable enough and air con / heating combination great. Free WiFi helps too. Public meeting spaces good. Rooms a little dated. Business centre functional but a bit cramped.
in the centre of Moscow, 10min by foot to Kremlin. Quite and safe location. No problem to move on foot. Also near major metro station that offers 3 different lines for easy movement to different areas of the city. Couple minutes walk from high street “Verskaya str” that leads to Red Square. Nice, helpful and constructive staff. Small structure of 70 rooms. Clean and all services function correctly. Impressive restaurant both in terms of menu and ambience. Definitely recommend.
The hotel was good, breakfast was good and staff friendly. Location fantastic, practically in the centre of Moscow but the neighbourhood is quiet and pieceful. Very expensive compared with similar standard hotels
staff was kind and helpful. good breakfast. cute design and nice location. I thought it was quite expensive for what it offered. definitely over-priced. it's a nice 3-star hotel, not 4-star as they say. walking distance from the center - if you like walking. count on 30-40 minutes walk.
The hotel is located near the downtown of Moscow - it is luxury and quiet. The small SPA center is very convinient.
I liked the location of teh hotell, and the silence. I also appreciated the very good language knowledge of the hotel staff. Breakfast was also well appreciated.
Central position, very kind staff Breakfast very pure: no black tea, cappuccino is an extra cost, always missed sugar, tea spoons and so on ... They might improve the service.
Hotel staff were great. :-) Also very helpful and spoke good english. The rooms were bright and airy.
The location is good, its like a boutique hotel design , when the weather is nice its good to sit outside , breakfast was good , the hotel restaurant is nice and good food , only problem hardly any body besides the reception speaks English . So far i do not have complains only maybe some remarks , shower cabin will be a problem for big sized people ,
In an expensive city such as Moscow, it was a pleasure to find a reasonably priced hotel that is well-appointed, clean and still captures the flavor of Russia as well as incorporating western touches that everyone can appreciate. Would definitely stay there again. It is some distance from major tourist/shopping areas and one must be familiar with the metro system to get around at a reasonable price. Engaging taxis from here can be costly due to the "probki" (traffic jams) one encounters. Having to provide the hotel with proof of where we had been travelling in Russia for registration purposes--a law they have to follow. An unfamiliar law to us.
I found the staff extremely helpful and their quality of English was very high. It was a very comfortable and modern hotel to stay in. I would strongly recommend to anyone staying in Moscow who wants to be near the airport. No shuttle bus to airport in the afternoon.
very good food in the Bar. Nice airy , clean & friendly hotel. no shuttle from Airport.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful and keen to be of assistance
Beds were great. Breakfast was included and excellent. Service by bellhop was good in helping us get onto the airport shuttle. The description said there were airport shuttles to and from the hotel. However, there are only shuttles from the hotel.
good reception area, very relaxed, rooms very big, especially by Moscow standards, very clean, good english spoken by staff Hotel not finished yet, only 1 lift currently in use led to long waits in the morning. No proper dining room open yet, using sports bar attached to hotel
Space enough, great breakfast assortiment, Dinner offer Internet connection too expansive and quite slow.
Very nice hotel-new. OK breakfast. Internet only free in the lobby. Payable in the room.
Hotel facilities are just new, the room is very neat and service excellent. Great value for money. The breakfast buffet starts at 7:00am, too late to start a busy day of business in Moscow.
This is my third stay and it is excellent value for Moscow. Ideal for the airport and offers both comfort and good service
