in the center of the city and walk distance from the red square.
I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the decor, the location and the breakfast was amazing! The TVs only played two English speaking channels - both news. Even the pay per view films were in Russian and it might have been nice to have more choice of stuff to watch in English. Also, whilst some staff were happy to assist, others were stadoffish and did not want to help at all.
Brand new hotel, design furniture (dark). Rich breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff friendly and available.Just some 200m from the nearest metro station (Polyanka). Within walking distance of the Kremlin (20 min), and Tretiakov Museum (5 min). Close to the lively district arround Tretiakovskaya metro station. No extra charges for visa support letter and passport registration at our arrival in Moscow. It was a bit expensive. But It was the best deal we got close to the Kremlin and with breakfast included.
We were travelling as a family of 5 adults and all our expectations matched with reality. We are from the trade ourselves, so on travel we know what to look at, what works and what doesn´t. In this hotel worked everything and I can highly recommend it to everybody coming to see the beautiful Russian capital. Spotless cleanliness, ideal size of the room, perfect location in a romantic quarter, superb breakfast and very nice pople working here. All speak good English eventhough they are very pleased if a traveller tries his/her long forgotten Russian.
i really enjoyed my stay at Park Inn, all staff members are very friendly and professional, hotel located in the city center and 5 min walk from metro, breakfast buffet is nice!!
Great staff, very good breakfast, comfi and spacy rooms, fantastic central location.
Very comfortable business hotel, good service, clear and stylish room. Good location - metro station about 3 minutes to walk. Center of the city. Good stuff.
The breakfast was fantastic, although would have loved some fried eggs rather than just scrambled and boiled (it was an American breakfast). The rooms were pretty luxurious and clean. A bit of a walk from the city. For a four star just a few small complaints, no spare pillow, tv sound was distorted, but overall excellent quality.
Central location of the hotel made it easy to reach any point in the city and enjoy walking around. The rooms are inspiringly clean and motivating for saving the natural resources. The breakfasts are fullfilling and enriching the tourists with a lot of energy until the end of the day. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Excelent location for investigate Moscow culture, history, arhitecture, museums, theatres. No need to use transporte.
Nothing to complain.
Excellent staff and they speak English Nothing
Everything was nice. Room was very big and comfortable No slippers in the room
New hotel, very confortable and nicely designed rooms. Located within walking distance to Red Square and to two metro stations. The small size of the hotel makes it very cozy and personable. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back next time!
Very nice, comfortable. Breakfast - limited selection, with some problems with freshness. But this possibly due to the fact for long we were the only guest after re-opening.
the hotel is new, clean and very quiet. Rooms are spatious and comfortable. Hotel is located very close to Red Square - about 10 min. of walk
good location, nice rooms not easy to find the entrance
good location, near the riverside, right in the centre of Moscow, Kremlin just in 1 km from there. friendly stuff, good service, free wifi. pretty expensive, not too many facilities available, can't think of anything else. good hotel overall
clean and not so far from red square 15 minutes walking from metro
Good location. Brand new hotel of human size, excellent servce. Very spacious (maybe even too much) rooms. Poor breakfast buffet, totally incompatible with hotel level - you should better order your meals (at no extra cost) as there is almost nothing on the tables. The pool is "permanantly" closed for renovation, I believe it simply never worked but announced to get 4* class. The room design is a bit too kitch. Finally the hotel is worth staying at for 1/3 of their base fares, but not more.
Location. The hotel is very close to two major metro stations. It is close to downtown by taxi. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The price tag is high, as usual in Moscow.
In the person in charge of Reception staff, it was very good. I want to stay by all means next time.
This was my first time in Russia, and the Alrosa had been recommended by the company we were going to visit. The hotel is very nicely furnished, rooms are quiet, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.
Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Rooms are very spacious. Excellent service at the breakfast and good food. The temperature in the room is not easy to control.
The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The buffet style breakfast was poor. There was very little choice and quantity of food on display and the presentation could have been better.
Location is good.Hotel nice, but was empty during our stay. There was a problem with our bill and this was not dealt with very well. Breakfast was not good. Found attitude of hotel staff quite indifferent.
The correspondence of the front staff of Alrosa Hotel is very good
the room was over good size. the staff were quite friendly. there's a really nice cafe-bar outside in the courtyard (kvartira 44). the bathroom could do with a refurbishment, as one of the showers was not working and the attempted repair works were left in a bit of a mess. the toilets however were quite clean. the entrance to the hostel is tricky due to numerous stairs and corridors.
the big advantage is location where is 5 minutes on feet to main sight seeing place. 1. it is extremely difficult to find the hotel due to too small ver hotel. 2. Hotel name appears in Russia but booking appears in english, please image how difficult it is to find the hotel.
Location A bit difficult to find at first.
the people alwys help me everything is fine
It is great value for money and also the localization is perfect it is 2 min. walking from the nearest metro station and 25 min walking from Kremlin passing arou the Tretyak gallery... beds could be more comfortable, but you get used to them fast.
This hotel is located perfectly. Just a 10 minuts walk from Kremlin and well-known Tretyakov Gallery. I was enjoyed with nigth walks in Moscow city center. The room is good but smoke-filled. The bed is big and comfortable. The hostel is very basic. I were here at the end of September. The weather was very warm in Moscow (19 degrees Celsius), but the room was very cold. I think it was because central heating was not working yet. But it was very uncomfortable. Walls are very thin. The Wi-Fi internet connection was very weak in my room, so I could not use the Internet.
Spacious room, quite good location, check-in and check-out times Very dirty hostel and within the hostel premises also room and the facilities, no wifi as indicated on booking webpage, no water in the kitchen, no english speaking staff
I liked that the hostel was very close to the metro station and that the bathroom/WC and water point was just outside my room. also, they had a washing machine which was available for use. One of the staff was very unfriendly and brushy. also, there was no sign outside the hostel saying its name. so we had to walk rounds to find it. it's actually just the brown door with the bronze plate on the yellow building. google maps is spot on.
polite relationship of staff and good location to main sightseengs of moscow. all was ok?only was cold in number/
