10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Light rail station was less than a minute away. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options.
Cons: Bed comforter was warm, even with the air conditioner running at a cool temperature. Typical for Europe but prefer a sheet. Personal preference, nothing against the wonderful hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived early and were graciously offered drinks and luggage storage as they dashed around cleaning room. Don’t be deceived by the narrow passageway, the rooms are exceptionally spacious, light and modern with walk in shower, all white linen and complimentary coffees and water in canteen. But it was the staff that won our hearts, a young energetic team offering recommendations and Jerome who whipped up a Michelin-worthy omelette. Nous reviendrons!

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

7.5 Good
Pros: We stayed for one night, needing to be at The Nice airport by 6am and our daughter taking the train to Paris, perfect location ! Front desk was extremely helpful !!! Even calling our car rental in Nice to help us! Thank you
Cons: The location seems a bit unsafe. But I honestly don’t know that.. Just the surrounding areas, and people walking around the hotel neighborhood.. just didn’t feel like the kind of place for a touristic walk, or dinners.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location close to rail station and trams as well as shops. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable and quiet rooms. Staff on reception were knowledgeable and very helpful. The standard of cleaning and maintenance in guest rooms and common areas was really good. Availability of free hot and cold drinks around the clock was very welcome. Have no hesitation in recommending Hotel 66.
Cons: Nothing failed to meet out expectations. My only suggestion is to offer a source of chilled water other than plastic bottles for guests to refill their own drinks containers.

Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Like a family house
Cons: The air con did not work st night!
6.7 Good
Pros: The proprietor was very friendly and a helpful, and the hotel is characterful and very nicely appointed in the common areas.
Cons: My room was certainly usable but was very small. Maybe the price is high for that size of room - but I don’t know the going rate in Nice.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: I was really disappointed with the hotel. I’d stayed a few days previously in Nice at Hotel 64 for a similar price and that was great so this was extremely poor in comparison. I was pushed for a time of arrival despite being a 24 hour reception. The room smelt horrible, very musty with a tiny single bed and no wardrobe. The room was so small! It was also noisy with footsteps being able to be heard from the room above. The worst part about the stay though was being refused breakfast! I was told that I had to pre order the night before. This was absolutely absurd and and extremely poor service. Awful value for money and a very poor service experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property hidden in the city that was very chilled out, fantastic fresh breakfast and the staff who I believe both were called Pierre I fact were very helpful and polite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The garden is amazing! It makes it so enjoyable to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was super friendly and helpful, be sure to take his advice. Another great point is the location, the tram is just over the street and gets you to the center in no time. Transportation is top in Nice, you can get the train to Cannes, Monte Carlo and so on. We didn't even need to rent a car anymore. Best!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the look of the hotel, the reception was very welcoming and there was a security gate to get in and out of the property. The best part were the staff, we dealt with two different receptionists, the first one explained everything to us as kindly gave us a map and drew where we were, the closest tram station and the tram to get to go in and out of Nice.
Cons: The bathroom was very small, they had tried to occupy the space as best they could but I still kept hitting the sink when going to the toilet. The showering area offered a wetroom panel and the water would just escape this and go onto the floor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Little garden, house / rooms and super host.
Cons: Close to noisy street, a little far from touristic city.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, charming decor.. off street parking...what’s not to love?
Cons: Bedroom 3 just a bit on the small side .. no toilet roll holder....certainly don’t like the wingeing snowflakes who complain about bathroom being too small when they have probably been eating themselves to death therefore becoming the size of Kansas. The Hotel is superb...!
6.7 Good
Pros: While the property is away from the centre of Nice, it was quite easy to travel as there was a tram stop few minutes away that took us directly into the centre in 15 minutes. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.
Cons: We got the standard room, and it was very very very small, especially the bathroom - not what we expected staying away from the city centre and for the price we paid for the room. If we had known we would have chosen something closer to the city with that room size. The air conditioning didn't work properly, luckily the weather was good so it didn't bother us too much but this would be an issue in the peak of summer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely historic building. The rooms very exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lovely garden and breakfast. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to everyone.
Cons: Nothing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The hotel is stunning, it is in a beautiful location with lovely views of the hills, within easy walking distance of St Paul de Vence, it has a beautiful pool and the rooms are wonderful - lovely, simple but chic decoration and everything is extremely clean, plus the bed is very comfortable. It looked lovely in the photos, which is why we booked it but it more than exceeded our expectations when we arrived - it is much more beautiful in reality. The staff could not have been nicer and the whole stay was so comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely be back to stay for longer so we can make even better use of the fantastic pool and the surrounding area!
Cons: Nothing!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff incredibly helpful, and the rooms were simply but very tastefully decorated.Beds very comfy. Pool facilities were very good.
Cons: It would have been nice to have an area to sit and have a drink with friends. The balconies were a bit too small for that.
7.9 Good
Pros: Courtesy of the staff. Not at the city center but close enough by car. We only stayed for 1 night so we did not use the hotel facilities. Pool seemed good.
Cons: No mini bar at the room, you need to order before 10:00 pm.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We had an international transfer a few hours after check out, no where to change , no shower facilities. No complimentary bottle of water. Made you feel like you werer staying in a very basic hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff and the location ( a short walk to Saint Paul de Vence). The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: I think it would be nice if there were complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s gorgeous decor, great location, spacious room with large private adjoining terrace overlooking the pool. Great pool. Loved everything about this hotel a highlight of our holiday in Italy and France
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice quiet small boutique hotel with pool
Cons: Rooms small and breakfast expensive for what you get
7.1 Good
Pros: It’s position and privacy. The staff were very attentive and a great mix of culture/ language. Our thanks to Shelly and Alexandra.
Cons: The standard room (11) , for us was too small. Couldn’t sleep and found any movement impossible. We were moved to a larger room (2) so much better! But we missed the bath
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely relaxed place to stay, just a short walk from the town. Beautifully decorated and lovely staff.

Cons: Tiolet and shower room were separate and there was no hand washing facilities in the toilet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a very cosy apartment-hotel. Fully equipped. Very comfortable beds. Close to supermarket and the seaside. Very pleasant personnel.
Cons: Everything was fine. :-)
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Changing the sheets more often
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well situated for all attractions
Cons: Prepayment well before arrival
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice terrace, nice appartment
Cons: Far from train station
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location near to beach
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, clean room and a friendly and helpful staff. We liked our stay at Villa Velvet very much. The place s close to the beach and restaurants, yet conveniently far from the main street and thus silent and quiet, enabling for a nice terrace breakfasts. Staff was very friendly and supportive, we received umbrellas and some extra beach stuff for free to enjoy the sun time. Building and rooms are clean and modern, cleaned every day. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen (the larger room had a washing maschine which was totally cool). Villeneuve-Loubet is a small town which looks as a typical summer seaside village, but once you discover the old village you will find it amazing. Also, it is very close to Nice, Moncao, Eze and also some fantastic cities like Saint Paul de Vence or Valbonne (totally recommended!). Overall, a very good location for a vacation stay!
Cons: We had two rooms, the smaller one had a great terrace for morning breakfasts or evening wine discussions. The larger was more comfortable due to size, but the two points potentially worth mentioning: there were a separate toilet room and a separate shower room (located at opposite parts of the apartment). This was ok, but in the toilet there were no sink to wash hands, so you need to go the shower room. Kinda weird design I must say. The other thing you should be aware is that the room located on ground zero at the back of the building is a bit dark - it has an own small garden patio but is a bit hidden from sun. Not a huge disadvantage but clearly visible as compared to front side rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was excellent. A small studio but lovely and clean. The small kitchenette was well appointed with excellent oven and microwave - mind you we only used it to heat our morning croissants! The women at reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English, slightly better then my French. Supermarket and good restaurants nearby. We had.a car so getting to Nice was not.a problem but public transport was not quite so frequent as the location is outside the main Nice bus routes but there is a train station not far away. All in all an excellent place to stay.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, Villa Velvet was in the perfect location. Our apartment was cleaned every day and the staff were very welcoming and friendly - their English was far better than our poor French! The apartment was very secure - we had our own key and a code to come and go at our leisure.
Cons: The room was a little small - we stayed in a studio apartment - but we did have 6 weeks worth of luggage with us!

Cons: Nothing I can think of...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We love this property, staffs very friendly, food is good, location is great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about Le Hameau is intended to enchant. the exquisite natural landscape enhanced by all of the flowers, the decor, the personalized attention to cuisine, the teeny rooms filled with antiques...
Cons: If I had one minor complaint it would be that water should certainly have been available in the rooms or by the pool or in the library in the muggy heat of August. As it was, I had to inquire several times and never received any..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely warm and friendly atmosphere inspired by excellent staff. Beautiful hotel, pool and gardens with view over hills and valley. And only 10 minutes walk to St Paul de Vence.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Safety car parking and very clean pool. Also very nice design. I like everything.
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Charming and pretty, nice pool, hot tub and view.
Cons: Only 1 of the 2 bedrooms had air conditioning. There were very strange and strict rules about not bringing any outside food to the room or the pool - you had to buy from the hotel, which was expensive and very inconvenient and choices were minimal. Would not stay again for this reason.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent environment, extremely clean room and bed, very friendly people, and walking distance to St Paul de Vence
Cons: Non
8.8 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service, interiors, museum, breakfast...everything is at high level!
Cons: No view or air if the window with inner “garden”.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Period. End of story. It's luxurious, it's conveniently located right on the Promenade Anglaise in Nice, and it's about 15 minutes from the airport. It has a 2 star Michelin restaurant if you really want to go to town, or you can wander the neighborhood and eat more reasonably. In short - it was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone who wants an unforgettable vacation to the French Riviera.
Cons: It's pricey, of course. But you absolutely get what you pay for. Worth the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: House keepers are very good, cleaning twice a day. Salons and lounges are epic! Cooking is brilliant! Room and common areas decor is fabulous!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed 11/10 The place has great artwork everywhere. The bell boys were the best staff. Very professional
Cons: Checkin and checkout were really slow, no fun to wait after a long flight.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the food, the personel, the elevator
Cons: The whole hotel has more feeling of the old luxury hotel from last century. Hotel needs a complete fresh up. On the other hand it would be a waste of a piece history and old fashioned taste.
6.0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Décoration/ arts
Cons: Long wait at checkin
6.0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Disappointed we did not have enough space very crowded and packed in
Cons: see above
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location.
Cons: The hotel must have been cloaked for renovation about 50 years ago. Extremely dirty rooms, horrible smell, tense, unhappy staff.

Pros: The owners were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of things to choose from, and it was nice to sit outside in the garden to eat. Secure onsite parking was nice and appreciated, and for 5 Euros, was a good deal! Exceeded my expectations for sure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, greeting us with smiles always! The double room was very spacious, immaculately clean with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was again extremely clean with fresh towels and linen provided daily. We were able to make use of the Chantilly's parasols and beach mats for free which made our time on the beach much more comfortable. On our last day we took the breakfast and it was fantastic! Home made cakes, fresh bread, croissants, fresh fruit, cheese, meats....the list goes on! We would not hesitate to return to the Chantilly on our next visit to Cagnes Sur Mer.
Cons: Nothing, everything was fabulous!

Pros: Relatively close to the seashore and to the Nice Airport, an alternative place to Nice where it’s too expensive in high season. The owner staffs are very nice. She recommended us aux Planches restaurant. We had two great dinners there.
Cons: The bathroom dose not have a ventilation system!

Pros: Amazing breakfast comfort bed!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Frederique and Gerard were great hosts. They were so welcoming. Try to remember when an owner helped you with your bags to your room or showed you around the breakfast buffet. The location id superb. Close to train station and beach. Dozens of good restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard for me bit my wife was just fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach, city centre and train station. Lovely terrace to have breakfast. Wonderful hosts, thoughtful and considerate. Comfortable, clean and good size room.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a charming hotel beside the Hippodrome, where there are sulky races on hot summer nights. It's a short walk to a nice, although rather pebbly beach, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hosts are welcoming and polite, and the breakfast - outside in a secluded front garden area - is simple but pleasant.
Cons: The breakfast buffet area is rather small and if there are other guests staying, it gets a bit crowded. At one point in our stay there was a strong odour from the toilets.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Decent continental breakfast, 6:30-11:00am each day. Nice bathroom. Helpful staff. Straight up the street to the train station.
Cons: We had a “double” room, 2 twin beds pushed together. Could have used a sheet under the comforter. Room was very small, but clean.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The check in experience was amazing - we got to the hotel in the morning and were told to wait for half hour so that we can get the room immediately. Breakfast was above our expectations, too.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The smell in the bathroom
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was polite, funny and spoke perfect English. The manager worked like crazy to help out at the breakfast. We were impressed.
Cons: The rooms! They're fine but there was absolutely no where to put anything. Our room had one lawn chair. It was weird. It all feels a little too Miami Vice with the colors. Felt slightly Miami-ish/Golden Girls. Bottom floor was noisy with window open.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was very good for the train station and Promenade des Anglais . Room was very comfortable .
Cons: Would have preferred tea / coffee facilities in the room .Also would have liked a slightly wider range of cereals at breakfast and the addition of small pastries to the croissants and pains aux raisins. Why no drawers or cupboards for storing clothes ? A lot of tourists come for a week .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good place in Nice!
7.5 Good
Cons: One day we faced terrible raining. Hotel had not unberella whilst i seen some hotels they have for guests
7.9 Good
Pros: Location, clean room and good breakfast
Cons: Practically no furnishing in the room. Only a patio chair in the room, no desk or table. For $200+ a night, don’t think it is a good value.

Pros: This hotel added to a wonderful stay in Nice.Location could not be better. Hotel employee (concierge) was a great help! Entire staff was exceptional.
Cons: nothing
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location was the only thing the hotel had going for it - the rest was clearly not Hyatt standard and extremely disappointing.
Cons: We experienced the worst hotel experience that my wife and I have ever had - From the 5 hour wait to get to our room (admit arrived on early flight at 10.30 and not given keys until 330 (realise check in was at 3 but surely some priority could have been exercised especially when we explained the suituation but no and I mean none what so ever empathy was shown and we had to even in the end come to reception for the 3rd time as a promised phone call when the room was ready was not even forth coming . The room we booked was a king room and from the moment we checked in at 1030 I knew there was going to be a problem as the receptionist said we only had a room with single beds at first and when I pointed out it was a king she went quiet and said they would work it out - well they did not and have a the room with the explanation that that is what a king bed is !! Please !!

Pros: We were here just for a week. Hotel is located centrally right across from the beach. Rooms are very specious with luxuries beds. Dinner experience at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Just one small issue - we did not get city center view as the website promised. Balconies were facing each other with no privacy.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: Over-priced. Really basic uncomfortable room for 350 euros a night! Unwelcoming staff. Uncomfortable beds. Unresponsive management—we told them we were unhappy with room, but they didn’t care.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely lovely hotel, very attractive and pleasant ambiance, wonderful convenient location near the old town, charming professional efficient pleasant staff, we had a superior double room which was spacious, elegant and with a small private enclosed terrace... couldn't have been nicer.... good restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool was a bonus.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Huge room with huge balcony. Very friendly staff. Restaurant on site. Nice pool. You could order drinks at the pool, but not food. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, sight seeing.
Cons: Restaurant was expensive. Tiny rooftop gym was actually charming, but equipment was outdated, no water, no circulation. I suspect it doesn’t get used much, so I appreciated that it was even there.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great view from room overlooking the sea and seafront. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: The hotel rooms were tired looking, hotel needs to be modernized. Breakfast selection was not great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Responsiveness of staff to our needs.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, great shower, fantastic air conditioning - rocked all the boxes for us.
Cons: Location and room fab. Great pool area too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. Our room felt warm and a fan was promptly provided. The old town was a short walking distance from the hotel and the elevator up to castle hill is next to the hotel. The pool was wonderful and nestled among the cliff side. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is great, cannot beat it really. Right next to Old Nice, in front of the beach and still walking distance to the main shopping street. I also liked the balcony of my room and the roof (not the "fitness center" though).
Cons: In general my stay was disappointing. Firstly, it is a terrible value for money place. The only great thing is the location. I paid 550 Euros for a small okay room (with a great balcony however). The breakfast was okay at best. I am a big eggs in the morning guy and they just looked watery and ill. I did not even try them. The other hot option was sausages, and what am I going to eat sausages without eggs?! I was there for a night so I also had dinner. I had work to do so ordered room service. Next morning I woke up with an upset stomach and still have one. I ordered a caesar salad and smoked salmon. Clearly something was not clean.. (I did not eat something else). I had to drive all the way to Cinque Terre the next morning and that was not pleasant at all. The fitness center is outdated with one treadmill, one bicycle and one elliptical. I felt like I was going to fall off the elliptical. In my eyes, management feels complacent due to the location, the views (yeah it looks great in photos) and history of the building. My advice is sell it to someone that can do a better job of taking care of their guests. I actually noticed in Nice that a lot of hotels are not part of a chain and have a great location but just look sad. It defaced the city. Seems like a problem to me. I am not particularly a fan of large chains, I have been to many great independent hotels and boutiques (one the previous night in Aix, called Maison d'Aix gave it 10/10). But when the original owners and management grow complacent, it is not a great look for the city. A 7.1/10 is a gift when taking into account the value of money.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming historic property with lovely views and wonderful staff.
Cons: A bit tough to reach due to narrow roads but worth the effort. A bit further from Nice than anticipated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old chateau very well converted into this rabbit warren of a hotel.
Cons: I wouldn’t say we disliked anything. Only don’t try to get your car there, it’s down a tiny, tiny road. The hotel have a car that can collect you and your luggage from the nearby security car park. The security car park doesn’t take big or expensive cars by the way.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel in an amazing old village, with winding cobblestone streets. The hotel is a tastefully converted old castle on a cliff, which makes for a very unique experience. The restaurant had the most delightful view overlooking the sea. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very helpful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely situation in a Medieval village of note, great sea views and really super attentive staff who couldn't do enough for us. Easy to walk up into the village, or down into the newer town. Very easy from the airport. Excellent attentive staff.
Cons: The location doesn't provide a relaxed outside seating area. There isn't much they can do about it, it is in a tight village setting. You have to be able to walk including stairs but if you can't do this you shouldn't be staying in a Medieval hill top village.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Although the location was a little remote and access was slightly difficult, it was a peaceful and lovely option to staying in Nice which was about 25 minutes by car. We have been there twice and would stay there again. Beautiful place.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent dining, amazing local history and clean.
Cons: No hotel parking but superb free taxi service to lower valley car parks by staff
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff had a great sense of service; young, dynamic, enthusiastic and serviceable
6.3 Good
Pros: The building is lovely and the terrace is nice.
Cons: Our room, which we chose based on the various deluxe room photos online, doesn’t appear online. It was a strange room with an internal staircase leading downstairs (within the room) to a cave-like room with low ceilings and tiny/short opaque windows. The room size is fine, but not at all like the other deluxe rooms shown online. My husband hit his head on the ceiling multiple times and I was challenged with my claustrophobia, with the ceiling probably 5’10”. Sink and shower didn’t drain well. We queried the reception about whether this was what we had reserved and it had a plaquard saying it was a deluxe room, so because we arrived late and tired, we didn’t argue.
5.0 Okay
Pros: This is a neat property in a very old part of town. View from balcony and room was very nice (we had a premium room).
Cons: There is not much they can do about it but parking anywhere near the building is not possible. Breakfast is expensive. Dinner menu very limited but we found a restaurant nearby that was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All the rooms are named after painters. there is a gallery above the main reception, a bar and some interesting windows out the front of the hotel which we found after breakfast. Our room (Besset) was at the back of the hotel and full of antique furniture up on the third floor/roof of the hotel. The shower room was compact but well designed with a choice of toiletries. There is a lift and excellent air conditioning. The hotel is found in narrow pedestrian streets and the hotel is decorated beautifully- magnificent ambience. The staff are relaxed and come to fetch your cases from the car (which may be parked quite far away.) You can take a relaxed breakfast on the outdoor terrace.
Cons: Be very careful to find the car park instead of trying to drive to the hotel. It is impossible (and may be nerve wracking!) unless your car is tiny! The streets get narrower and narrower. We liked everything but the breakfast was quite expensive at 25 euros. Nice though. Worth it for the terrace experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful

Pros: The breakfast was great, Yves considered individual wishes (and is in general a very good host). It was tasty, a lot and a very good start into the day The pool - we started and finished the day with swimming (and used it during the day) The terrace (we had the apartment on the lower floor) is spacious and provides a sunshade (not available at the pool) The apartment was clean and well equipped There is a bakery a few minutes away, where you get very good bread & croissants and take-away-coffee (if you don´t want to use the filter-machine in the apartment)
Cons: We would recommend some improvement of the entrée for a better first impression of the location and a better view from the apartments an the lower floor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Host, Yves gave us many tips from places to visit which were really worth, great breakfast (everything fresh, homemade juice, cake, jam), big area to relax with a nice pool. Everything was really clean and for us really important: great shower! We loved to stay there and we hope we can go again! Thanks Yves!

Pros: Lovely self contained studio fully equipped. Big pool, well kept pool area. Good location. Could perhaps do with a sensor light for late arrivals walking from car park. Very nice breakfast served on the sunny balcony.
Cons: Nothing really.
