I had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Suites in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. This was my first time staying there as I usually stay in the Nashville area. However, I want to report that I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and very modern.Hot tub and pool, exercise room, pleasant front desk staff etc... I plan to stay there again my next trip to Nashville.
The beds are comfortable Having to get out of bed so early
No receipt available upon checkout for expense reports
Nothing We had NO HEAT in the room both nights we were there.
Hotel was cheap and conveniently located. Smallest hotel room I've ever been in. Everything smelled like smoke. Just a pretty gross place.
location Hotel staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. I was put in a smoking room and the entire floor smelled like cigarettes. The room was filthy and the bed was crap! I'll never stay there again.
Very pleasant front desk person. Very accommodating Did not have shower cap in bathroom, nor at front desk
Not much.....except that perhaps from outside it didn't look bad. Rooms looked tired and worn. No extra toilet paper or Kleenex so ran out of both and was not replaced..the toilet flush chain was broken first use. asked at least four times for someone to repair..never happened! Didn't expect clean sheets every day, but would have been nice to come into a room with a made up bed. Never happened. Breakfast cheap at best. Definitely priced way to high for quality of room and we thought we were at LaQuinta not at a so called Quality Inn. NOT IMPRESSED.
Rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location great for every venue we were visiting. Pillows were flat and gave no support.
It had a bar downstairs and an interesting layout. Not as close to Nashville as I would have liked and the room was very damp (our bathing suits never dried).
Extremely cordial staff, met every need, extremely clean, quiet, loved that there were apples availables as a quick snack on the way out the door
Great rooms! Great Breakfast
This is a nice hotel but far from everything. The building is well built and floors are quiet. Unlike other hotels like the Holiday Inn Express you could not hear anything in the room. Many of these other hotels, you could hear the thumping from others walking in the hallway, the rooms next door or above. Not at the Hyatt Place. They had a bar downstairs which was very convenient. And, we ordered a small pizza and desert...both were good. I also liked that there was a comfy sectional in the room and the tv on the wall could be turned to the sofa area or the bed. The room could have been cleaner. The sink in the wet bar area was dirty and the shower area could have been cleaned better.

Someone was playing throw and catch with a dog in floor that I had room
Location/cost. The tub did no drain properly. The standing water was unsanitary.
Room was clean, bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was hot. No towels at pool have to ask staff Only pork options at breakfast :(
The free breakfast was great! Wifi was easy to hook up to.

The hotel was a short distance from the malls, theatres, stores, restaurants, and the expressway No

Breakfast had plenty of fruit. No yogurt without artificial sweeteners though. No problems
Right off 65 and breakfast included Room smelled like a musty basement and carpets felt wet from humidity.
Comfortable bed. Breakfast as okay. 2 of our pillows had a horrible chemical/body odor type smell to them. We called the front desk and the front desk said they would be switched out while we were gone out for the night. When we returned the pillows were still in our room, we called the front desk back and they were finally switched out. We have stay in this hotel before and never had an issue. While eating breakfast the ladies cleaning/putting out the food were nice to guests but just talked super loud and the room kind of echoed, making it hard to hear the person you were having a conversation with at your table at times.
old and dirty
Friendly receptionist, room was waiting for us. Facility needs significant maintenance and paint, breakfast was picked over and not replenished
There were multiple beds outside covered in plastic and the fridge was rusty tv was outdated..I have to book a hotel on my way back and I will not be doing it here
Great customer service. Excellent French Toast on Sour Dough!
Great Hotel and don't forget to go to nearby Chef's Kitchen for some stellar food Internet speed wasn't great and for 2 days access to basic sites, to include Marriott.com weren't accessible. Water heaters were replaced which isn't bad but they amount of sludge and icky stuff that had to be discharged from room sink and bathtub/shower was gross. It would have been nice for the staff to run flush the water in each room while guests were out.
Big rooms Uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, bad location
The staff. Very friendly and helpful. Guests staying near me were loud late at night
Thde place was good nice staff, easy to find, great pool and nice lobby. The only problem was it was not clean as it should have been. There was thick dust on the end tables showing it had not even been wipped off in a long while, I think the price of breakfast was crazy as so many hotels offer the same stuff for free
Comfort, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Loved the showerhead Can't say anything negative.
The room was a great value and was clean. The décor was current, not outdated. The bed was comfortable enough, but was a little misleading based on the look of the bed. It appeared that it would have been a bit softer than it actually was. The only thing that I didn't really care for was the layout of the bathroom. It was oddly shaped which made it difficult to navigate around the bathroom door. By no means a deal breaker, though.
Inexpensive for just a quick one night stay. The room overall did not look bad for its apparent age. Breakfast was good. Carpets were heavily stained, could have been cleaned easily.
The room we wound up in was nice; rate was pretty good; staff was busy but amiable. They were very busy and initially gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, but they gave us a new one with no trouble.
We requested two rooms non-smoking and we needed to be on the bottoms floor as we had a baby and there were no elevators. When we arrived there were only rooms available on the second floor accessible by stairs. Not only did the room reek of cigarette smoke but the bed hadn´t been made. The girl at the front desk suggested we spray the room to cover the smell. We were going to stay at another hotel but they were all booked in the area. Finally they called a maid service to come clean our rooms but we had to wait.
Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good (waffles with berries or chocolate chips as an option, eggs, bacon/sausage, oatmeal with berries or brown sugar as an option, Danishes, bagels, toast, mixed seasonal fruit, yogurt, multiple cereals...the list goes on and on. The desk staff was very attentive and always smiling. It was an awesome time overall!!! The only thing that bothered us upon arrival was that the pool was closed for maintenance because of the ph levels. The lady at the front desk told us that the hotel across the road was letting us use theirs. We were disappointed about having to share a pool with 2 hotels' worth of guests, but it was WONDERFUL!!! We even had it to ourselves for a while and only shared with one other family the rest of the time. The pool at our hotel was back up and running before breakfast the next morning. We really appreciated the lady at the front desk going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay!!! It was awesome!!!
I asked the front desk to call me a cab to pick me up at 6. They did and the person came on time and when I walked out to get in I told the woman hello and she rudely said hold on and walked right past me into the lobby to go talk to the front desk person. She came back out and seemed annoyed that it was just me needing the car. (I also noticed right away that she didn't have any sort of taxi light or information in her car which makes me think this was just a friend of the front desk guy). I told her where I wanted to go and she seemed annoyed that I wasn't going to the popular Nashville strip and told me it would be $35. I then told her I only had a card and she tried refusing service saying that she didn't have her card reader with her. I told her I only had a card and she tried saying she would take me to an ATM. I said no and she looked back and said "so what are we going to do?" I replied I was going to have to call another cab company and she magically remembered that there was another way to take a card and we finally got on our way. What should've been a 20 minute drive turned into 45 minutes with someone calling her phone off the hook so she kept missing turns from the GPS and took me through the shadiest part of Nashville. When we finally reached the address she pointed to a building and said that was where I needed to go. I paid her and she left and I noticed the number on the building was incorrect. I pulled out my phone and looked up where the place was and she had dropped me off 1.4 miles away from my destination! As a female traveling alone for work in an unfamiliar city I was scared and uncomfortable and couldn't call the cab place back because the hotel had called them for me and I didn't know the number. When my husband called the hotel to explain what had happened they were completely unsympathetic and said I needed to just call the cab company and complain to them. This place is in the middle of nowhere and the staff do not care about putting you in dangerous situations.
Staff is very helpful and courteous Clean but not immaculate
Friendly and helpful staff. People at desk did what they could to answer all questions and give directions. Hotel is clean and in a good location for our trip to see Nashville Original reservation was lost. Reserved two king rooms, only one was available. Other couple received a double room on first night. That room had a clogged bathtub. They got the king room the following day. Not a good start but ended ok. They were comped the first night for the inconvenience
We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there everything was nice. The staff was friendly, the room was typical for a Hampton, and the food was good. The outside of the hotel looks kind of shabby, but the inside makes up for that.
Everything was surprisingly great. Not spectacular but was more than I expected given the bargain. N/A
We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I just wanted to take a small trip to Nashville. This hotel was nice bc it was only about 20min away from the city and not a bad price for 3 nights. (Around $330) The staff was very friendly and our room was always clean when we returned. The breakfast is better than any hotel breakfast I have previously had. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is pretty basic but if that is what you are looking for it is the perfect place to stay. We have no complaints and when we travel we typically try to stay at a Hampton Inn bc they are pretty consistent.
Breakfast Distance to Nashville and difficulty getting to the Hotel off of the expressway
Everything. Except pillows The pillows way too soft stayed at other hamptoms had a variety of pillows on each bed
They change me to a different room I arrived to my room and the door was ajar with the security bolt out. The heat was at max and a strong odor was in the room. I reduced heat to AC mode and went to dinner in Brentwood. I returned to my room and the chemical odor from them cleaning the carpet sent my allergies into orbit. I was sick even when transferd to another room. I checked out a day early to get free of that place. Shame on them! The intentionally assigned that room to a customer knowing the carpet fumes were bad
Clean and well appointed. WiFi was undependable and staff untrained to handle that.
This hotel was beyond disgusting. The beds were hard, there was hair and dirt in the tub, smelled like smoke (in a non-smoking room) the lobby was so dirty, the pool was drained, I was unable to understand the front desk person, who was unfriendly during check in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely never give them my service again.
The hot tub with some bubbles
Shower water was warm, and the girl in 152 wss hella hot We first got there beds were filthy one bed was soaked in urine called for them to come change beds they told us we had to do it and i refused that's there job they did it of course
Nothing Sheets and blankets were dirty with hairs on the sheets! Non smoking smelled terrible! Bathroom toilet had black hair and was dirty. Bathtub had mold we did not use and wanted to as were were driving 17 hours and wanted to relax. Didn't get any sleep the guy that was next to use showed up at midnight and was yelling outside the doors about how dirty his room was. Overall experience was disgusting and because I had already paid for the room and we know how hard it is to get refunded there was no use to try. We got blankets out of the uhaul and covered the bed my daughter even slept in the floor. Check the room before you stay. We didn't stay for breakfast we left at 5 am to get the hell out of the place.
If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this is not a bad place to be. We were in and out of the hotel and were only in there for rest and changing. Like any hotel, the room was cleaned up after each day and fresh towels were placed in there. It's not your 5 five hotel but a good place to rest your head. No noise, functioning ammenities, fridge and microwave available for left overs. I wasn't too crazy about their idea of breakfast which was just cereal, make it yourself waffles, coffee, and fountain beverages. We chose the hotel mainly to save money on food and was dissapointed not seeing bagels, eggs etc. Also no toothbrush or toothpaste provided so bring your own.
For a non smoking room there sure we're a lot of cigarette burns including on the toilet seat. We have stayed a lot of places but this was the first that my wife said " as soon as you wake up we are out of here!" Two tubs of cereal and one waffle maker were the free continental breakfast. I know, what do you expect for the money.
It was a room we stayed in when we needed one quick. It was fairly close to downtown but far enough away where we could not hear the traffic. This place was very, very dirty and not cleaned very well at all. The beds were uncomfortable, the beds were dirty, the TV almost did not work, and the staff was on the phone with his friend the whole time I was trying to check in/out and it took me 45 minutes to even get checked in. There was a line forming behind me as I walked out. That to me is ridiculous and there needs to be some serious work and training done at this place. One guy came in and said that the manager just randomly placed his (the manager's) friends in a room that was already booked for someone else. So the other person had to be moved. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Price was good and it was mostly quiet Furniture had holes in it, old, very small bathroom
Front desk staff were very kind. No heat in the room for 2 nights. Damaged and unclean carpet. Dogs barking day and night, and jumping all over us in the hallway and elevator. No chair other than desk chair and it is broken. We are getting a new La Quinta here in our city. I hope it is better than what we experienced. It will be hard for me to recommend it.
During check in I asked what it would cost to upgrade to an available King room as I had booked a room with Queen sized beds. They had only an executive suite available, but still upgraded my stay at no cost!:) The staff was extremely friendly, and the free breakfast in the morning was quite good.
Can hear I-24 all of the time.
The manager(Linda H.) withheld my receipt upon checkout, saying she had to "check my room".....made negative comments about kids in a large group of respectful black students, and was very and I mean very RUDE and unprofessional to me and other guest. I am a professional and a manager in my field...I have never met a "sales manager" that had absolutely no customer orientation about herself at all...the rooms were not ready, the eggs taste like powder and even the remote control in the rooms looked so nasty and dirty that I simply did not want to touch it!! Pretty bad service and experience....there are several other hotels in that area...I would recommend you try any other than this one!!!! Horrible!!!
The staff was very accommodating!
Location was good. Good location for smokers Room was non smoking room, but there was obviously serious smokers in the room at some point. When I explained this to the front desk, he came to the room and denied smelling smoke/poor air quality. I have allergies and explained that I could not stay in that room because I was just getting over a sinus infection. After deciding to leave the hotel, the front desk attendant offered another room. I'm not sure why he didn't offer that initially. At that point, I had already booked another room at a nonsmoking hotel down the street. The air was so heavy in this particular room that when I walked in the hallway I felt like a bag was removed from my head. I would not recommend staying at this property, not only due to the smoke, but due to customer service. I have no reason to fabricate breathing issues. These people do not care anything about the conditions of their rooms. If you have any issues with smoke, allergies, or if you desire to inhale decent quality air then stay away from this place. No one has money to make unnecessary doctor's appointments due to a smoke filled environment.
Bathroom with mold
Last morning the hotel manager ler me havê breafast early I dont think my room was smoke free
It was in a decent location. There is a waffle house right in front of it for when you decide to go out after seeing how disappointing the complimentary breakfast is. Well, for starters, the beds weren't made and had dirty bed linens sitting on them. When I asked for it to be fixed the lady at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do. She just assured me that they were clean, even after I expressed they were visibly dirty and smelt used. I literally had to go out and get a sheet for the bed and use a light blanket I packed for the car because she refused to do anything. On top of that, the breakfast area was dirty and had almost nothing there. The gravy was gone, there was no orange juice, the was no yogurt, and the cereal was stale. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
Nothing We didn't like anything about this hotel. The pools were closed the Landry room was broke. The exercise room didn't have anything in it all. The tv remote didn't work. Also they only gave us 2 towels for the king room that we were in. We did get 20% off our stay but I feel that wasn't enough considering we went there to enjoy your self and we couldn't considering we couldn't even swim or anything. The people were rude. We asked for the wifi password and they didn't want to give it to us at first. We descided that we will never say at this hotel ever again. Thank Gloria blundell
Dirty and bed sheets were not clean. Overpriced for the poor quality of service. Modest breakfast. Will never stay there again.
breakfast was good the bed was too high. short people can NOT get in bed. Handy capped people can not get in bed. Bed is 3ft. high.
The staff was nice. We flew in late and needed somewhere close to the airport and had reservations at a nicer hotel downtown the next day. Not much was available at this point (last minute change to our schedule). This was the highest rated for something less than 200 bucks. It said it was smoke free. The room reeked of smoke. The curtains wouldn't shut all the way, so the street light kept us up. Not to mention it was creepy knowing people could see in. If you like a breakfast full of sugar, then they have you covered. The bathroom in the room was so gross, there was a dark brown film covering everything. We all forwent showers as that seemed cleaner than getting in there. Luckily we checked in to our other hotel a few hours later. The sheets didn't seem too fresh either. I realize this is a Super 8 Motel.. you can't expect much, which we weren't. We just wanted somewhere cheap to crash for a few hours after being delayed 4 hours. However, I do expect a smoke free room if thats whats advertised, some privacy, and a clean bathroom. Ew stay elsewhere.
The fact that they advertise indoor and outdoor pool and neither one were available on that weekend with 80° weather disappointed.... Dirty and outdated but the beds were quite comfortable and the showerhead great water pressure
Room was very clean and bed was comfortable will stay there again
