Great Choice, Great Price
Pros: I read some reviews that made me nervous I was going to have a hard time, but it ended up being a good choice for me. I picked up my car in Memphis, and returned it after driving to Nashville. In both places, I found friendly staff, short lines, enough cars to choose from, car was in great condition and very clean, and a super easy return process. And all for a really great price.
Cons: nothing - my experience went very smoothly.

Heavy tobacco smoke smell
Cons: The car was supposed to be a non-smoking car, but reeked of a heavy smoker. It was the only compact on the lot so we had no choice but to take it.

Cons: At first the computer was not working at the pick up center and I was faced with the prospect of walking another mile back to the terminal. Fortunately, the problem was solved.

Pros: We landed at 9 pm thinking we had a rental. They were closed because they had given our car away (we found out from the next door rental service). We later had to pay $400 for what was a $30 initial rental.

Pros: I really liked that I booked a compact car and then received a small SUV for the same price!
Cons: The distance of walking in Nashville from the desk to the car, it would be awesome if Kayak could work out a deal to use the rewards member pick up areas at airports.

Cons: Price charged did not match the price from on-line reservation. It claimed extra $15 more tax, though the reservation confirmation said that the price includes tax.
Pros: Visited Nashville and rented a car for the day. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The newer model car was in great condition with many extra features. It was spotless inside and out. And when we brought it back the next day, they were nice enough to give us a ride to the airport at no extra charge.

Friendly, pleasant rental experience
Pros: This Enterprise location was fantastic. It was easy to find, was near the airport, and the staff was great. I was served quickly and enjoyed talking to the clerk, who was also nice enough to suggest where we could grab lunch (it was great!). Really pleased with the overall experience.
Cons: The only downside was that there was no shuttle from the airport, so we had to take a cab.

Cons: Had a flat tire on the 2nd day and it was a huge hassle to get it fixed or get another car. Enterprise expected me to go to a separate location and wait the entire day to get the tire fixed and then they would reimburse me. The 2nd option was to come later in the day to get another vehicle, which required a 30 min drive each way on a tire they may or may not make it. In the end we had the extend the rental to take care of the problem and they charged double the original rate to extend for one day.

Great deal and great personnel
Pros: The staff was courteous and helpful overall and especially with my questions about the area as I am from out of state. Nice rental car at a very reasonable price and worth saving $100 to avoid the airport rentals. Complimentary ride back to airport nice touch.

Pros: The staff at the Nashville location was excellent. I think his name was Scott, exceptional. The car was in great condition, it was comfortable, we got a good rate. Very happy with everything!

Pros: Overall, I had a good experience. The car was as expected and the employees were all very nice.
Cons: However, I didn't like that I was allowed to schedule a rental at 6pm not knowing that this location closes at that time. I, fortunately, was able to scramble and get a ride from the airport using a car service as I was refused pick up from the airport which is supposed to be included in Enterprise's service. That was very disappointing and frankly caused me a lot of anxiety between the possibility of my flight being delayed and hoping not to be stranded upon arriving in a new city. It ended up working out well enough but I didn't pay to rent a car just to have to hire a ride. Defeats the purpose.

Pros: The staff member had everything ready to go and I wad in and out efficiently.
Cons: Car was parked in an odd spot that required a littl maneuvering to get going.

Wrong price charged then what was quoted
Pros: My reservation got all messed up and they had my location wrong and I had to drive an hour away to pick my car up so the guy said he would give our suburban for $150 total for my trouble and when I picked it up there was no note of it and I was charged $285
