The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was really good.
The rooms looked kind of dated compared to other Hyatt hotels and the carpeting had a mildew smell to it. The maid service left a wet towel in the bathroom from the previous guest and the blanket on one of the beds had a few stains on it. The location is near a main road with plenty of dining and some shopping options and the staff was very friendly. They ran out of complimentary coffee after breakfast and I guess they don’t refill any more during the day as none was available in the evening and so I had to purchase their Starbucks coffee and which was ok. The television in the room took a while to get channels and the cable service reception was very poor but this could have been due to the rain. There was nothing that stood out amongst this hotel from any others and I am disappointed in that as I have always been a big fan of the Hyatt brand and usually choose to stay with them before anyone else.
