Very comfortable. Everything I needed to support the work I was doing in the area.
It's location didn't offer the ambiance of being right in the city with the ability to walk to lots of places.I was in the area for a Philadelphia conference. I needed to be focused, rested, and alert--the comfort provided by the hotel really helped.
This hotel is good. However, the Fort Wayne Hotel last night (booked yesterday) was truly awful. That is a one star on a good day. Your 3.5 star rating was a joke.
No wifi. Electricity went out and didn't get comped anything
Staff and Cleanliness. Allowed us to change the reservation by 1 day via Priceline Customer Service...thanks.
They offered inexpensive exercise clothing rental. $5 dollars for your entire stay got you sneakers, pants, and a shirt, with free socks. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had some kinda snazzy double shower head contraption on it.
You have to pay for wifi, and it costs $10 per DAY. That's ridiculous. The sister Starwood hotel across the street, Aloft, has free internet. The exercise clothes were cheaper to rent for the vacation than getting wifi in the room. The fact that the hotel didn't see a problem with listing 'WIFI' on their website, then having it turn out to be a paid service, was very annoying. When a Starbucks across the street and Aloft both offer free wifi, and I can see them from my window, it's incredibly frustrating. No one should list wifi as a service unless it's free. I think it goes without saying that the hotel will have some kind of wifi access, but if you need to pay for it don't list it as an included amenity at t...
The room size and comfortable furniture. Staff was responsive in solving a problem
RestUrant was mediocre at best.
Either the doors were thin, or there was a gap between wall and the door, b/c we could hear every little sound from the hallway.
Good location, friendly staff
AC did not work properly, ordered something that never showed upOver all a nice property in a good location, however service fell short of 4 stars
noGood location, clean and a friendly staff.
