We were not at the hotel, they said that we had moved to another one very close and upon arrival this did not have a gym, nor breakfast included. The hallway smelled of plumbing and the room and the towers like smoke, all for the same price
Worse than the worst motel.
There were holes in the walls, the rooms were not clean, and one cannot describe the staff in any other words than rude inconsiderate assholes who don't give a s*** about their customers. It was so bad I fact that we had to leave and find another hotel to stay at.
central location, friendly atmosphere.
1. The location is really ideal, close to the central station of Munich. 2. The room is relatively comfortable and clean.3. The reception is warm-hearted and helpful. 4. Very good breakfast.
The room is small.
The only good thing about this "hotel" (which is, in fact, rather a youth hostel) is the location: it's close to the train station (S Ostendstraße) and quiet.
Do NOT stay here if you are a non-smoker. Apparently they use all rooms both ways, so your room will smell like smoke and so will your clothes when you leave. Also, there are ashtrays all over the corridors. The rooms are ugly and the furniture cheap. There is only one hair-dryer for the whole hotel at the reception, so if you need one make sure to bring your own. If you pay more than 50 Euro per room and night you will feel bad about it.
