The comfort and location, and the staff were help full. The bar closed to early, as we did not arrive till after 11-pm, we would have liked to stay in the hotel.

Excellent hotel, quiet rooms, spacious rooms and bathrooms, lot of closet/storage space, our triple room had a nice den extension, excellent location, walk to Marienplatz, variety of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy close by, close to train station. The negative reviews about this hotel are not accurate. This is not a red light area, there's may be one shop and hard to notice, the area is safe and quiet. The breakfast buffet is awesome, totally worth 14 euros, highly recommended for an excellent start of your day. Excellent hotel for family with kids. There is no airconditioning. We stayed in November so not an issue for us but would be tough in the summer.

the breakfast was decent enough.. I thought the bed was uncomfortable and the room very hot although you could control the temp but not too effectively, the room was in need of refurbishment for the money that i paid i think it wasn't great..

proximity to the old town and museums, great breakfast menu, quiet spacious room, friendly service at desk and restaurant elevators for the rooms on the back of hotel were occupied by service personnel and not available for me for long times. I had to use a different elevator and then had to carry heavy luggage over ten or so steps. I am 72 years old and was not amused. Room smelled faintly of smoke and had a big black spot in carpet in front of bathroom [cigarette burn?]
