Pros: Very Friendly staff, comfortable bed, beautiful view from room and good breakfast.
Pros: Close to my family gathering destination.
Pros: The Sonora Oaks Best Western offers a squeaky clean and well maintained facility at a very competitive price. The staff, to a person, were pleasant and eager to make us as comfortable as possible. A full and well prepared breakfast served at the motel restaurant is included in the room rate. The motel is centrally located in the gold country foot hills. I have no complaints.
Pros: When are you going to ever get an elevator????? We've been staying here for 3 years, twice a year, for quasi-business/leisure and we're still waiting for an elevator.
We like the size of the King suite and the staff are very nice. Also love the Pine Tree restaurant. Food is always good and love the coupons.
Cons: Bathroom floor was never thoroughly cleaned while we were there. Saw the same dead bug on the floor all three days and the bathroom had a strange smell.
Pros: The stay includes a choice of 4 free breakfasts at the next door restaurant. If none of the 4 choices suit you, you get a $5 discount off any of their menu items. Good food, and a nice alternative to the usual free "breakfast" most places offer.,
Cons: The motel needs a re-fresh -- It's a little "tired."
Pros: Clean comfortable room
Cons: Ultra small and low toilet is a show stopper
Heater noise prevents getting a good nights sleep
Pros: Nice breakfast included for all members of the family.
Pros: Very personable staff, clean facilities, restaurant right in parking lot so no looking for food at 8 pm when we arrived, dinner and free breakfast were both very good and staff at restaurant were all very pleasant as well.
Pros: The free breakfast at the restaurant on the property.
Cons: I was hoping they would have a washer and dryer but did not.
Pros: Lounge and food
Cons: Lots of noise

Pros: I was able to check in late (about 11 p.m.. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: I was on the 1st floor and I could hear every thing on the 2nd floor. That was the only thing wrong as the 2nd floor was up quite early.
Pros: Our room & bathroom was VERY clean, neat & smelled fresh.Location was great.Highly recommend Garden Cafe for breakfast next door & Standard Pour restaurant/brewery up the road.Close shopping center nearby including Starbucks. Everyone nice in this town!
Cons: No complaints from us. Parking lot area is a little small if you have an extra large vehicle or are towing anything.
Pros: The staff was great! They were very friendly and provided super info for our excursions.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Pros: Motel was good. Restaurant next door is perfect to get the day started.
Pros: Easy to find
Cons: My bf dropped something in the hallway while going to the office to check out and the housekeeper called the office asking if we dropped something without telling any specifics and Coke to find out my boyfriends did indeed drop his new body wash/shampoo
Cons: They were making a lot of noise early in the morning, cleaning rooms, vacuuming etc.
Pros: convenient, close to our water activities, clean, just exactly what we needed for the night.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The $5 voucher for breakfast next door was great. I had the free, made to order one and hubby got $5 off what he ordered.
Cons: The restaurant was not attached
Pros: It is bad and could not wait for night to be over and never have free breakfast
Pros: The hotel has a small cafe next door - The Garden Cafe and their breakfast was terrific. Very nice, helpful staff, friendly atmosphere and the food was terrific. The $5 voucher from the Hotel went a long way!
Cons: The bathroom could have been a little cleaner - the floor needed a more thorough cleaning and there was a dirty hand towel left behind. Not huge but noticed.
My first time visit. Usually stay at the Best Western or at Black Oak Hotel those were full so we tried this place and was quite comfortable and surprised that it was so nice. Staff friendly. Restaurant next door quite accomadating.
Pros: The rooms were comfortable.
Cons: No. other than there was not enough counter space in the bathroom.

Pros: Close to dodge ridge

When visiting Twain Harte, Wildwood Inn is a great choice to consider. Guests can take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: Great staff, friendly and helpful...
Location to downtown was perfect for a walk before dinner.
Cons: Air conditioner worked too well...
Pros: A gold rush era building nicely adapted to modern use. For example the bathroom seems nicely modernized/updated but retains the quirky look of a bath added to a building that did not feature indoor plumbing when built. I would bet that no two rooms are configured alike. The breakfast room was originally a small bar and the decor is fascinating. The breakfast menu includes egg bake and coffee cake which gives it a B&B feel. My favorite part is sitting on the veranda in front of my room in a rocking chair looking out at the town and the opposing hillside. Very relaxing. Furnished with antiques but with a comfortable bed.
Pros: Right in Sonora. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast included, cereal, breads, waffles, scrambled eggs casserole Ina quaint dining room with outdoor seating available.

Cons: Nothing bad to report.
Pros: Easy access to our room. Everything was clean and meticulous. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
Pros: The location was good for the concert
Cons: The room smelled like musty body odor, the lamps next to the bed did not work, not enough coffee packets, and the tv cable was spotty.
Pros: Clean, good location,
Cons: Nothing to speak of,
Pros: Large rooms, pool, good location, friendly staff.
Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner. I found several different hairs stuck to the bathtub and shower wall. Continental breakfast was ok, but they're strict on the 9am wrap up.

Pros: The bathroom! It was the original one, I loved it! Nice deep tub, plenty of hot water. It was right in the middle of town, easy to walk to everywhere. Great job restoring it. I loved the uneven original floors!
Pros: The location in downtown hotel employee is excellent...also had the historic feel and lots of great picture areas
Cons: Complimentary breakfast was terrible.
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Breakfast, the rooms need a deep remodeling
Pros: The historic feel to it.
Pros: The location is great, close to Jamestown, Sonora and the California caves.
Cons: The hotel is super old, the toilet didn't work and the lady gave me the plunger because the maintenance guy had gone home and either I do it or wait until 8AM the next day. Showering is terrible, the water either comes out ICE COLD or SCORCH BURN HOT.
Cons: Elevator Did Not Work
Cons: The room was small but cozy
Pros: Very cute, nicely decorated, very clean.
Cons: There were no towles in our room. Otherwise, very nice.
Pros: The room was large & clean & remodeled? We will stay there again!
Pros: Beautiful vintage charmer. Very well maintained, spic and span. Tiny bit drafty in the corridors but room was cozy under the big blankets. Gorgeous old town.
Cons: Wifi signal very weak in the room. Noise travels easily (outdoors / other rooms).
Sonora Inn is a great choice for a stay in Sonora. The seasonal outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at Christophers, which serves Italian cuisine and is open for breakfast and dinner.
Pros: Restaurant was very good. I like the historic character of old properties. Owner was very friendly and informative.
Cons: The yappy dog in the adjoining room the first night; next time I'd ask for a distance between me and any dogs. Bed wasn't very comfortable. No one made our bed. Could have used more lights to read by in the lobby area.
Enjoy your visit to Mokelumne Hill with a stay at Historic Hotel Leger. The outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at Whitewater Grill, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pros: i LIKED THE COMFORT OF THE BEDDING / AMPLE PILLOWS, COULDN'T BEAT THE LOCATION, WE COULD WALK TO OUR DESTINATION!
Cons: THE PARKING LOT NOISE WAS A BIT TOO MUCH SO EARLY IN THE MORNING WITH WORKERS WARMING UP THEIR DIESEL ENGINES THEN HAVING TO TALK OVER THE NOISE OUTSIDE OF THE TRUCK, BUT I THINK THEY WERE GUESTS OF THE INN?!
Pros: Close to downtown shopping and food. Courteous staff. Window AC worked well but was noisy. Pretty quiet at night.
Cons: Complimentary breakfast was poor......don't bother. Terrible mattress and the coil springs squeaked when you sat or laid on them. Towel/robe hook and mount fell completely off the bathroom door. Guess you get what you pay for.
Pros: The desk staff went out of their way to accommodate my mother
Pros: Staff was helpful. Breakfast adequate. Room: comfortable.
Cons: We returned to the Inn for the evening, only to discover there were NO parking spaces, let along any near our room. There were three trucks with trailers parked lengthwise, each occupying at least 5 parking spaces. We explained our situation to the desk person. At first she was at a loss as to what to do. Then she directed us to a spot near big storage-type containers...not a place I would have chosen. One other guest had to do the same thing. I was not happy.
Pros: It was easy to find, has a nice heated pool, has a typical motel breakfast, liked the town and the folks in town, very quiet, easy access to freeway, nice clean rooms, we got the two bed room which was very comfortable, bed was comfortable nothing to complain about...
Staff are all very friendly, give you directions about nearby places to eat, very nice overall
Cons: nothing much to complain about... some usual things carpets are not spic and span..
Pros: Great location in center of town, clean not fancy. Refer and micro a plus.
Cons: A/C shut off in middle of warm night. Bed leg was broken and nearly broke toe on it.
Cons: Semi dirty. Very out dated. Breakfast could have been better.
Cons: WiFi VERY slow. Almost unusable.
