Cons (-) It felt like this place was neglected for years. Very run down. One of the two elevators for the tower we stayed didn’t work. Everything in the room were old and dated, or rusted. Pros (+) The rooms are clean and updated. The pools, water slides, and splash park are a lot of fun with or without kids. You can walk right out onto the beach.

Pros (+) I liked the beach view, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I like how all the advertising makes everything seem way better than it actually is! Room was decent but I have stayed in many hotels in the area with way better rooms, pools and dining with breakfast included for way less in the prime season as well!

Pros (+) The crown reef resort was a last minute pick for myself and a group of friends. I made a great choice it had so many things to do and it was very nice. It is too far of a walking distance from the boardwalk which is the only downfall but otherwise it is great!
