Cons (-) I was blamed for Expedia not having to rooms listed correctly and being charged extra after being told the fee would be waved due to the mistake on the website. The people at the front desk were alright. The security guard acted like I was bothering him by calling because the person next door was being loud and disturbing my sleep.
