We had a great stay, the house manager was wonderful. We loved the location and the decor. We had the quad room and would definitely stay again.
Pros. Location is very nice
Cons. Frontdesk staff was correct but acted uninterested and not welcoming Upon check out with the presence of probably a manager or owner, the treatment was completely different The room was very nice but inclusive continental breakfast was not impressive at all and we ended going elsewhere to eat
Pros. We loved our room! It's had such a unique and attractive character to it. The staff are very friendly and we felt welcome being there. The location is ideal and we were right in the center of town and able to easily walk to restaurants and stores. We would definitely go back and are looking forward to spending a longer time there early next year.
Cons. The stairs to our room were challenging and fortunately we are both quite fit. physically. they made relaxing in the bed even more special at the end of the day. The outlets in the room were well-worn and we noticed things plugged in would fall out if not propped in place.
Pros. This is one of my favorite destinations ever. The charm of this island is unimaginable. We arrived early morning, and went straight from the airport to the Roberts Collection. I had booked a room in the newly renovated Manor house. It was everything that we could have ever asked for. The courtyard, is idyllic with its blooming hydrangeas and casual seating. Perfect to lounge while having an easy going breakfast. The rooms are clean with simple, but elegant interiors. Staff is very friendly, and everything is super clean. We will definitely return again... Hopefully sooner than later....
Pros. Beautiful building, staff was great, central location.
Cons. Digging deep - shower was a bit small but hot water wroth good pressure. Can't really complain!
