Close to grocery store, liquor store, gas stations, mexican restaurant, and a bar. Bed was clean and very comfortable. It's not the most up-to-date hotel I've stayed in but it's a good place to stay as long as your expectations aren't too high.
Some water leaked in the bathroom onto the floor where you enter. I stepped in it with my socks on and was angry for approximately 5 seconds.
Price through Kayak was right.
During my stay, I heard people in neighboring rooms all around me especially a guy with a cough. The unoccupied room on the other side of me had the alarm clock cycling on and off three times at around 7am. This motel was recently built or remodeled without proper sound insulation in my opinion. Also, Google notes that this Country Inn has an airport shuttle service which I learned was cancelled six months earlier.
It was a fast check in and getting straight to my room
The walls are really thin, so I could hear the person next to us showering.. the room was kinda pricy for what we got. And the milk was rotten at breakfast time. No syrup for the waffle machine, so I ate a dry waffle..
Beautiful property! Our rate was unbelievable for a king bed suite. We've stayed at other properties in the area for same type of trip, but this will become our go to spot for these trips. Highly recommend.
Traffic in the area in the morning is a nightmare but that's Nashville on a weekday morning. Plumbing was a little loud for floor above.
Provide a nice continental breakfast.
Advertising shuttle service but does not offer it. Finally after arguments with them they decided to pay our taxi to the airport. Would not stay there again. The volume on the TV was regulated so low that we were unable to hear it.
The room was clean and inviting. However; there was 2 toilet paper rolls that were almost gone and no other rolls to replace them when out. The same goes for the kleenex tissue. Was approx 3 tissues left and nothing to replace it so we had to go find housekeeping to ask for toilet paper and tissues. Other than that we thought room was clean and satisfying.
We stayed Fri thru Sun. On Sun, my daughter was in the shower and I was downstairs. We had the Do Not Disturb sign in the key entry. It was 10:00 am, check out was 11:00. I was walking toward room from downstairs and the woman housekeeper had OPENED OUR DOOR and was going to go inside until I told her to stop! Mind u my 16 yr old was in the shower. She SHOULD NOT have bothered us, NOR OPENED THE DOOR! We still had 1 hr before ck out!!!!!
The hotel was decently priced for Nashville, but I'm sure rates were raised for a busy weekend in this fabulous city! Also, the water pressure in the shower was the best thing ever!!
The air conditioner in our room was super loud when it came on and woke me up, and the internet was pretty slow. But otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable!
Good location, friendly staff, clean room, ability to walk to Cracker Barrel for dinner.
The room was $150 after taxes for 1 room, 2 queen beds on a week night which I thought was a little expensive.
I was extremely pleased with my amenities. It was very comfortable, there was a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, homey furniture in the living area, a comfortable king bed, and a very spacious bathroom for a hotel. I loved it! Everything was clean, everything worked, and it was just perfect. Also, very close to the airport and easy to access. Safe location too!
The only thing I wasn't so happy with was the customer service at the front desk. They weren't rude, but definitely didn't go above and beyond to be nice. The service was mediocre, but I didn't have to deal with them that much anyway.
