Front desk was super helpful and driver of van for airport was outstanding
The lack of light over the tub and the dirty Matt and dirt under the Matt in the tub Also the smallest screen TV in any hotel in recent years.
Pros. Since breakfast is included with the room, we expected a modest menu, but there was everything anyone could want, and it was freshly cooked and attractively displayed. Jayne, the Breakfast Lady, was especially friendly and accommodating. Other staff members were also friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was free and prompt.
Cons. This is a small thing, but the power outlets at the lamp next to the bed did not work, and the cord I tried to plug in kept falling out. I always carry an extension cord, so I was able to plug into an outlet low on the wall and use it.
Pros. The hotel amenities were exactly what we wanted for our several day stay. All was clean and in order. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons. About our third night at the hotel a youth sports team showed up and was extremely noisy and disruptive. The coach must have had a room near us because we kept hearing banging on the doors even as late as 11 p.m.
