Pros. Easy & Fast Check-In, considering it was after 1am. Close to Airport and downtown Nashville. The facilities manager on site was very courteous and helped us when we had trouble getting back in to our room.
Cons. My friend and I walked into breakfast at 9:20am and given that the dining room closes at 9:30pm, it was clear that the employees were cleaning up and wanted out by 9:30am. We ate cereal rather quickly but they put the coffee away so we decided to go to the lobby to get some more. They locked the doors and unfortunately, the coffee dispenser was never put out in the lobby. So we decided to wait and at some point tried to get their attention behind the locked doors. They definitely made eye contact but ignored us when we asked for the dispenser for the lobby- simply trying to help is all! At some point, the office attendant came out to further inquire, we told her the issue and she did nothing about it but go back in her office. No help at all. Not a huge deal, but given the very cold and unwelcoming treatment, we would never stay here again. I guess you get what you pay for.
Pros. There is nothing to like, this place is a dump with a heavy criminal element.
Cons. The screen on our window looked like someone had tried to rip it out of the window. There were two state troopers on site, sitting in cruisers on opposite sides of the building we were assigned. We ended up just leaving. We told the woman at the front desk that we were just going to drive a few more hours, but in reality, we immediately checked into a much nicer hotel for the same price just a few miles down the road. We will NEVER try to stay there again. It felt dirty and legitimately unsafe.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. Dirty, hotel door didn’t close all the way. Hair in the shower. The lights didn’t work. Would not recommend. 0 out of 5 stars
Pros. What did I like? Nothing!
Cons. I didn’t like entering a room that was occupied at 11:30 pm. The second room had no smoking signs in it yet wreaked of smoke and had an ash tray on the night stand. Then I tested the shower and I couldn’t get the water to run. Needless to say we went to LaQuinta next door and paid a little more for a cleaner and much nicer room.
Pros. The staff were excellent, and they had a working fridge in our room. The pool was nice too.
Cons. The cleanliness could have been better, and the TV was pretty small.
Cons. All of the beverage machines were empty, had to go to main lobby as signs directed. Guy was asleep and got really creepy with me.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. Stuck in a smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Bed cover had stains. Bath tub was old and dingy with stains and the faucet was in the tub. Had to put it on to make it work. The walls and ceilings were stained. It's run down!
Cons. Our freezer wouldn't shut, the toilet was leaking and it looked nothing like the pictures. It looked really nasty on the inside of the room and smelled really badly. We ended up staying at a different hotel because of how bad this one was.
Pros. I am unable to describe the stay because they over booked and thanks to the website Kayak directed us to (bookaroom.com). We spent the night in a parking lot getting lied to over the phone all night by (bookaroom.com) customer service. We get hotels very often and will not be working with Kayak no longer.
Cons. This place is a joke. Terrible host. Terrible customer service.
