It was better than I was expecting, complimentary breakfast awesome , staff was amazing totally worth staying
The price was about all Came back one day and our for was not shut from when the maid had been in. I was not impressed. Didn't have anything taken but we could have.
The rooms were spotless and even smelled clean. Staff was nice and helpful! Our friends stayed 2 miles from us for an additional $100. Wish we had a mini fridge... But we found out some rooms do have them so we will ask for one the next time we stay here.
I had to ask the front desk 2x to have our room cleaned and then on my was back to our room I saw the housekeeper and asked to make sure she made the beds and gave us a fresh set of towels. Neither were done. I think our room was swept maybe once during our entire stay. I ended up going out to Dollar Tree to pick up cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. The only good things here are the people at the front desk are friendly. There were laundry machines. But even then, one out of the two machines was broken. The phone in the room didn't work. And there were ants under the bed. How do I know this. Because they hadn't mopped my floor I decided to wipe it down after my shower. Wish one of their towels. Black. Black cone off the floor in addition to hair and mini (alive, too) ants. Disgusting.
The staff were wonderful
There was a fridge in the room Everything else, almost every room had a hole in the door that was just filled in with what looked like toilet paper, bugs in the bathroom, the staff saying 'the safest place to be is the 2nd floor rooms'
Everything was very clean especially the bathroom. Only had cookies and coffee. For breakfast and not much at that.
wasn't what I booked.I booked REd Carpet Inn and it was a private owned motel called Colonial Inns & suites.Had the same phone # and the worker said it never was a Red Carpet Inn.Room was nice size and comfortable but the carpet hadn't been vaccumed in so
