Pros. The location, the south beach of Nesebbar is great and this hotel is right on the beach.
Cons. We booked a room with a balcony, they did not tell us it is a shared(!!!) balcony, felt like we got zero privacy. It was on the 5th floor. The room itself was big but very plain. Zero art or decoration. Could have been a hospital room as well, maybe they got more decorations actually. Super small old TV, like the only you expect to see in a motel. The "bed" was 2 separate beds put next to each other, not very comfortable for a couple. The staff at lunch (the waitress) was not friendly at all, never smiled once, looked bored or argry. The soups at lunch were bland too. Many things were unclear at checkin: Do we have parking or not? Are beach chairs included or not? Wifi setup: you have to keep logging in to the wifi. The login was room number and pass was room number. How secure is that? What prevents someone from logging into my network by just using my room number? Unique expiring passwords per room are much better but this hotel is not very high tech so I don't expect them to know anything about wifi security. There was supposed to be bike rental at the hotel. All but one one bike were broken. Overall, it felt like a ripoff for the price we paid. The cost per night should have been much lower or the facilities much nicer.
