Cons: I didn't like the musky smell that greeted us, but other wise nice hotel.
Pros: Cookies and breakfast were very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms.
Pros: The overall cleanliness and comfort. Plenty of towels. Great hot breakfast. Worth every penny!!
Cons: The shower felt and sounded like it had a broken board in the floor underneath. It made an annoying sound during the entire shower. No vent fan for steam. The finish on a lot of the wood furniture is wearing off. Needs refreshing. The hot tub was lukewarm
Pros: Clean and modern. Good breakfast, clean pool and hot tub.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
Cons: Bed was too hard. Usually Hampton inns have nice beds, but not this one.
Pros: Clean, quiet, comfortable
Pros: Very clean, nice staff and great room.
Pros: Great breakfast selections. Nice beds. Very clean. Supper staff----friendly & helpful.Coffee all the time & cookies in afternoon is always nice!
Cons: Pool water was a little cooler than we'd like, but the hot tub was also cooler than some so our granddaughter could enjoy it. She thought that was great! Some difficulty using the remote to find channels.
Whirlpool and pool area very nice, I had the place to myself.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The hotel is overpriced. The rooms would have been reasonable at about -- dollars less a night.
Pros: the variety of the free breakfast
Cons: no pillow or decent comforter for the pull out bed
Pros: It was clean, well kept, staff was always pleasant.
Nothing fancy but no knocks on the facility everything was as expected but as stated over priced.
Pros: This hotel was clean and offered an experience typical for a Hampton Inn - mid priced hotel.
Cons: I felt the hotel was pricey for the area and for the amenities offered. It was a mid priced hotel plain and simple nothing more nothing less. The price we paid was higher than average for a full service hotel in the area and we had to prepay.

Cons: didn't get credit for Hilton Honors points. Very upsetting as I'd enrolled in the 2X points program for the first time only to learn too late that I needed to book VIA Hilton & not via a 3rd party. This was one of 4 stays in less than a month in 3 different states.
Cons: Mattress was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise everything was wonderful
Pros: the staff was excellent and very attentive.

Pros: Clean, great look and feel, staff was very cheerful.
Pros: Room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable for us and the pull out was also comfortable for my daughter. Staff was professional and friendly.
Cons: Only issue was breakfast kept running low because of business of hotel. Staff was working hard to keep up. Should have had extra person on duty because of large amount of people using the breakfast.
Pros: The room was amazing and the staff was helpful. I needed to check in before check-in time and the staff jumped to the challenge and got me a room. Thank you guys. Y'all are awesome!
Cons: Smell in rooms? Breakfast buffet was empty. Kitchen was reluctant to back more at 8 am
Nice staff and nice holiday decorations.
Pros: Excellent breakfast choices and beautiful atmosphere in the lobby/breakfast area. Pool area was large and warm. Nice gym.
Cons: Normally the regular price is a little too high for that area.
Hotel is clean and up to date. Room has fridge and microwave. We got a king size and it was super comfortable. Best sleep I had in a long time. Loved the free breakfast and parking. Only negative thing - a bit far to Grove City outlet mall
Pros: Super clean, comfortable bed and free breakfast!
Cons: Kind of far from the outlet mall (30-45 mins drive)
NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Pros: food was horrible
Cons: paid way too much
Pros: The beds and the sheets were very comfy, and every thing was clean. Plus the breakfast was good compared to other hotels i've been to.
Cons: The biggest problem was finding out i've been charged additional fees, with out so much as an explanation why.
Cons: I booked this hotel for the sole purpose that it said it had an inside heated pool and also a pool for the kids. Only had one pool
Nice place to stay and price was good.
Pros: Staff was super friendly, very clean, and breakfast was good.
Cons: The pool is tiny and the Hot tub was a disappointment.
Pros: It was clean and had a very comfortable bed.
Cons: Not really
The facilities were basic, with nothing noteworthy.
Pros: It was quiet. The free breakfast was decent.
Cons: It was run down and public spaces were not clean. There was trash swept to the side in the elevator. The tables were not clean in the room where breakfast was served. The swimming pool was small.
The hotel stay was perfect. However, 4 days later an extra 2 full priced rooms were charged to our account. $253.00. My husband noticed, called the hotel they said it was our bank that charged us not them. Called the bank they said how could it be their fault? Called the Fairfield again and they said ' oh, I will credit your account'. Thank goodness we noticed the extra charge.
Pros: It was clean, the breakfast was great.
would stay here again
Cons: no 'perks'.... movies, microwave, fridge...just the basics...but very clean and that's whats important

Pros: I liked the location but the rooms could use a coat of paint
Pros: Friendly Staff.
Pros: Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was decent and bathroom was very large with lots of counter space. The free wifi worked without any issues and I like that the room included a fridge.
Cons: Hotel had a smoky/musty smell and room needed an update (stains on sofa and carpet felt grubby and was worn through in some areas). Poor TV reception (full of static) and very thin walls. Not much around the hotel (restaurants etc).
Pros: Staff was very courteous. Room was average.
Cons: Even though the hotel was all none smoking, our room smelled a little smokey..
Pros: Staff was very courteous
Cons: Had that old hotel smell
Pros: It was close to my events.
Pros: Great breakfast!
Cons: The shower was a little weird the handle just kept turning and it was hard to hit the right temp. But it was ok.
Pros: Staff were great. Nice to be offered a warm breakfast
Cons: Smoking rooms could be in a separate area of the hotel. All smoking should now be outdoors because of the odor and health issues it causes. Many institutions are smoke free. The odor in the hallways was very noticeable
Pros: The people were nice and professional. Room was clean.
Cons: The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The toilet wasn't level; about an inch higher on one side versus the other.
Pros: private and was allowed to smoke in my room
Cons: wanted to have an extra table and chairs to sit down and eat, there was enough room for them
Pros: The hotel staff was extremely helpful in responding to any and all requests; the breakfast area was small, but that made it seem very hospitable, as the various people there interacted with one another more readily; a sauna in the exercise room!
Cons: No, we would recommenend it to anyone staying the the New Castle area.
Pros: could not beat the price...room was very clean and quiet
Cons: The hall REEKED of skunkweed ( a very bad, cheap marijuana) so much for the non smoking policy, but fortunately it did not smell in my room...
Pros: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A very quiet setting.
Cons: There was no continental breakfast, however there was free coffee.
Pros: Clean, basic room with shower/bath, TV, and a comfortable bed, which is all I needed for an overnight stay. Low rate is partly due to the stripped down nature of the accommodation - no radio, coffee maker, refrig, hairdryer, or ironing board in the room. Complimentary coffee/tea was available in the lobby.
Cons: The $1.50 charge for use of the safe in the room, which would be subtracted from the bill, if you told them at time of check out that you had not used the safe. Seemed to be a rather strange practice.
Pros: Nice, clean room. Huge bed, decent tv, several power outlets, nice staff, great price
Pros: The location is amazing.
Cons: EVerything is cheap. The furnishings, the building, the staff. Everything just feels old and cheap. Of course you pay less to stay there so that's where it comes from.
Pros: The desk clerks were friendly with good sense of humor, quick registration and check out, clean and quiet room . Thanks for a good stay.
Cons: There was a small horizontal line through the middle of the television screen. It didn't bother us too much. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of order.
Pros: Our room was very clean, rooms looked updated and the staff was friendly.
Cons: We had no problem of any kind, we where very content with our stay.
Red Roof Inn Boardman, Ohio is a pet friendly, family friendly hotel. This hotel is close to Youngstown State University, I-680 and US 224. The hotel is also close to the Covelli Centre, Powers Auditorium and the Butler Institute of American Art.
Pros: that they had a recliners for me to sleep in. The staff was great and helpful.
Cons: I was in a ground level room & the window did NOT lock and there were cigarette burns in the bedspread of a non-smoking room.
Pros: located in our needs - shopping close by
Cons: the speed bump in front. It was dark when we arrived & did not notice the bump
Cons: Hallways smell like smoke.
Pros: Very friendly, courteous and polite staff, and cleaning crew.
Cons: Old run down motel super 8, in bad need of interior remodeling. Room #208-Faucet wabbled-TV remote was dead-Ac was moldy when turned on, and extremely dirty on the outside-toilet wobbled-shower head was rusted-Bathroom fan was inoperable
Pros: The price. And, the cleaning ladies were friendly and hospitable.
Cons: One desk staff was quite unhelpful. No iron/iron board in the room - desk staff let me borrow one but it was useless, as the pad was totally worn down. I forgot a razor and I couldn't acquire one at the desk (complimentary or for purchase).
In speaking with others, the New Castle area where this hotel is located has rooms which are all about the same caliber.
Pros: Free breakfast was average.
Cons: Room smelled like old cigarettes; pillow, bedding. TV only had one channel, faucet in sink only has hot water, heater is an old wall mount. Basically a dark and dingy place.
Workers were friendly, but it seemed like the owner did not want to put money into the facilities. Yet the price of the room was about ---$ a night.
Pros: The location
Cons: The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. The room heater was not plugged in and the room was very cold. The room was clean, but the maintenance was done poorly. Paint on fixtures, toilet caulking messy etc.
Priceline's fee ended up making me pay $20 over the price I could have done with directly to the hotel
Pros: Staff is very accommodating and friendly
Cons: bedspread/blankets had spots making me feel they were not clean. No plug for the bathroom sink. tv didn't work so we changed rooms the in the second room the coffee maker didn't work.
Bad service! The lady helping with the breakfast service acted like we were bothering her when we asked if they had any spoons. All they had was yogurt and dry cereal. No milk, no juice, waffle maker was broke.. It said no pets allowed on the front door and there were numerous dogs in the hotel. Foul odor throughout the hotel and staff was very unfriendly. Also, if I didn't know any better I would have thought the maids were doing a drug deal. They were very secretive as we walked by and were very unfriendly.
Pros: The rooms had been remodeled which was a plus. It wasn't too bad looking inside and the beds were clean.
Cons: Our room had a funky odor that eventually went away. However, the hotel as a whole had a foul smell and it also had NO ELEVATOR! Breakfast was an experience we will never forget, they were out of juice, milk, spoons, etc. Overall HORRIBLE service!
I thought the hall way could use a good sweeping. Dirt along the wall but other than that, it was good.
Pros: Pretty decent and I liked having a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer in the room.
very disappointed in the fact I wasn't able to cancel my 4th nite even though I called the X-XXX-XXXXXXX the motel manager gave me to call on 7-12-13. The only recorded answer I received was 'that party is not available-please try your call later' I attempted it three times and received the same recording. I later sent an e-mail last Friday and didn't receive an answer.I did stay the 3 nites and cked out on Sunday AM. Naturally I am disappointed in not receiving a credit for the unused nite even though I made serious attempts to cancel 72 hours in advance.
Pros: friendly staff.
Cons: coffee pot in room inoperable all 3 days even when replaced.
