Only complaint - when you request a certain vehicle - in this case I chose a Mazda 3 (which was offered) and then you arrive at rental house and they have no Mazdas and you have to take a Kia Soul (which was okay). My comment: Don't offer a specific car if you can't provide it. Otherwise all good.

The staff is very friendly.Unfortunately there was a problem with the computer and the staff member had to call the bank to verify payment so the process took a little bit longer than expected. She was very polite and efficient through the process.

Quick & EasyOnly returned my car to this location, but it was raining buckets when I returned it, and someone there was nice enough to walk me out to my ride with an umbrella.

Amazing service!Pickup and dropoff were great. We got a free upgrade on car type because they didn't have the smaller car we wanted, which was awesome. The people working there absolutely went above and beyond our expectations and we are so thankful for the quality service!Fair warning--there is a $200 deposit that Kayak doesn't tell you about, so be prepared for that. Also, if you pay by debit card, they have to run a soft-credit check before you can be approved. Trust me when I say this, if I can get approved, anyone can :-)

Worst experience ever. First off, we were told that as long as the person who picked up the car could use a different credit card than the one booked with. This was important because we were doing a joint trip where one person wanted to pay but the other needed to pick up the car from a different state. Come to find out, that was a lie. Second, the car was absolutely disgusting. It was banged up on the exterior, filthy on the interior and was in the worst condition i have ever seen a rental car. My father in law ended up exchanging the car at our destination and that process was a nightmare. Despite calling ahead, we arrived (with a 3 year old) to do the exchange and ended up waiting an hour for another car. Lastly, after we had to cancel the initial transaction (due to the credit card mix up), we were told we would be getting a discount, but when you look at their receipt, none of the numbers add up or subtract to the total. Worst experience ever!
