Pros: Everything from the appearance inside and outside, the Customer Service of the employees/Owners, the cleanliness, the location, the size of the room, the comfortable atmosphere, the meals at the attached restaurant, the price, the microwave and mini-fridge...Everything! I'm not just saying this: when I return to Intercourse, PA, whether it is to visit Strasburg Railroad, Miller's Smorgasbord, Bird-In-Hand Smorgasbord, the Antique Center or anywhere even nearby, I will not stay at any other hotel other than Best Western in Intercourse.
Cons: I cannot complain!

Pros: clean, large rooms, comfy bed and pillows, fast internet, great staff, large pool, nice breakfast

Pros: Perfect location for what we wanted.
Pros: Breakfast delicious- room was comfortable -great beds
Cons: Clock Alarm went off at midnight
Cons: Hot tub was broken-I feel I should have received a small price reduction
Cons: No mention of the fact that the Jacuzzi was out-of-order (& had been for months).
Pros: Location was excellent for my business trip. Nice hot breakfast.
Cons: During my stay, they were jackhammering concrete around the indoor pool. Very noisy!!! Elevator was out of order when I checked out and had to carry luggage downstairs.
Cons: Wife is very hard to turn on. However, the morning after your stay wife is turned off before you check out. So you can't check email. Not good if you're traveling on business.

Pros: Room was comfortable, clean and cozy. Rural setting is very nice and quiet.
Cons: Heater was high in a corner. Took a little bit to warm up room evenly.
Pros: location, out in Amish country close to some of our favorite shopping. price, nice clean big room w/ frigerator & microwave and nice furniture w/3 full beds great deal
Cons: the sink/vanity area in the room and not part of the bathroom. one bed out of three was old and not real cormfortable
Pros: Hotel was in a lovely farm area, no hustle and bustle of the shopping areas. No noise from traffic or anything. Beautiful to watch the sunrise over the farms. Great little playground!
Cons: The only thing is the queen bed seemed more like a double bed.
Pros: Staff was very helpful , great location !!!!
Pros: Location, price, clean / comfortable room, with good restaurant across the parking lot.
Cons: Coffee mwork.in room didn't work. Day two got a replacement but next morning it also did not work.
Pros: It was in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and room was clean.
It is located in the Amish farm land and is very interesting.
Pros: The location and the staff. We have been going here for years and it has had many upgrades in that time. The housekeeping staff is so helpful and friendly. You meet a lot of nice people there. if you are looking for the Amish experience this is the place.
We like taking the back roads to see more of the countryside. This is a good place to stay if you need to go to the shows or markets along Hwy 340.
Pros: It was a relaxing location and the view made us feel at home.Staff is very friendly.
The room is very dated, but they are renovating and will be done with all the rooms next year.
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable
Very pretty, comfortable sitting outside the room, comfortable beds and coffee pot and coffee provided in room along with a refridgerator. There was an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, enough toileties. (Soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion). Just a very quiet, relaxing place to stay. A gazebo with picnic table and also a playground for children. I would give it 5 stars!
Pros: Clean, quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the traffic.
Cons: Needs to have a grab bar to get out of the tub, especially for seniors.
Pros: Quiet, pleasant location.
Cons: We selected this place because they accept pets--while they were pleasant enough-there is a 25.00 pet fee which given that we have a quiet, well behaved dog, was a surprise, and seemed high. Mattresses are uncomfortable.

Pros: The hotel was clean, but the bathroom had zero counter space. My lady friend/travel buddy was not a happy camper. There wasn't even a place to set my glasses down in the bathroom. It was pretty inconvenient.
Cons: We stayed two nights. The first and last days of our trip because it was close to the airport. On the first day I left a power cord in my room by accident. When I called and asked about it I was told they'd look for it and keep it until I returned. Upon returning I was told I had to ask the housekeeping supervisor about retrieving my cord and that they were gone for the day. When I was going to my room I saw two housekeepers and asked if I could talk to their supervisor (the front desk clearly didn't want to deal with my lost item). The lady was nice and said she would call my room and leave a message. This never happened. It was my mistake for leaving the cord. But they sure didn't care enough to even attempt to get it back to me nor even seed to care . If you stay here, don't forget anything, you won't get it back...
Pros: Upon arriving, the check in person was not dressed appropriately for the job. When we got to our room and began to get settled, I found the tissue box nearly empty in the bathroom and a bottle of half used shampoo in the shower. The floor appeared unvacuumed. No mattress protectors on beds with very thin sheets. When I was leaving, I found my door didn't lock. I went to find the front desk person and she came up. Me and my 3 children stood in the hall awkwardly waiting for her to fix it. About 20 minutes later she finally changed our room. So we had to pack our stuff back up. Second room was cleaner and generally okay. Tried to get extra towels at 8:30 pm. No one was to be found. Check out in the morning was completely impersonal. There was a note with a sheet for me to cross off my room number. We won't be staying here again.
