I had one of my best stays ever in New Orleans! And I go there very year. So I know it better than my own city, in a certain way... The location is perfect, both for those who want the quiet goodnight's sleep yet who might want to stay up all night doing whatever you wish to do in Nola! The staff is just brilliant, thank you all, Larry, Marisol, Giovanni, Andre... and everybody else who I haven't mentioned here, you have made my stay beautiful and the southern hospitality was present all the time, it really mattered! I can't wait to book a stay for the next year! I had my beauty sleep when I needed it and I was close to everything I needed to visit when I needed it, the swimming pools were a definitely great bonus! Thank you again, I missed Nola and you just made everything perfect!
Everything was beautiful. The only 'minuses' are the usual, no detachable shower head (well, when one has really long hair, this becomes a misery! Followed by the low water pressure, but so it is in New Orleans, it is not really the hotel's fault). I can't say anything else. Just thank you for my beautiful stay.
Excellent Staff, great Location, affordable price, French Quarter decor and atmosphere, very clean, will definitely return many times
The location is great. The lobby area is nice! You can tell that the effort was put into the lobby for first impressions..
The hotel room is smaller than described/expected but it’s decent space because let’s be honest, you’re probably going to be on Bourbon more than your room. The stairs are old, the doors are tricky, the locks are old. Only one key per room— didn’t like that. My car is transported to their parking area so you have to give 90 minute notice if you’re planning to leave the facility in your car.
Location location location! Very practical for visiting New Orleans. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay
Rooms are a bit old and dusty and our room was on the first floor and we could hear everything from the street
A very good hotel with a lot of character!! Within walking distance of all French Quarter attractions and restaurants. Larry the evening desk clerk was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. All desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Only suggestion is to have have besides just toast, some muffins or pastries.
Nothing all was very good!!
