Pros (+) Great location right in the heart of the French Quarter. Hotel has a excellent "feel" of old New Orleans.
Cons (-) Room was the biggest complaint. We booked a deluxe room, but I think they put us in a petite room. Size was small, but my spouse and I don't need a lot of space, so that wasn't a huge issue (we didn't go to the French Quarter to spend a bunch of time in a room).
