The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. For the price it was expected- small outdated room, but the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Pros. Breakfast was good. Front desk is nice. Lobby is clean. I’ve stayed here before and had a good experience.
Cons. There are either bed bugs or other bugs in that room. My daughter woke up with multiple bites on her body. This used to be Broadway@tines, but is now Casa Tua. Also, I paid for this room through Kayak and the hotel charged me again... they dealt with it but I’m not organized, so am glad I caught it.
Pros. Very quaint, comfortable and great value. I was a bit skeptical at first since this was a last minute booking and the price was very reasonable for NYC. Overall, the room was decent size, mattress was super comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly.
Pros. Clean hotel, decent size rooms, excellent location, parking discount a plus, bathroom a decent size for a smaller NYC hotel, staff very friendly, continental breakfast was a plus.
Cons. Hallways small but that's expected in a sms NYC hotel, otherwise everything was good.
