Location was convenient.
The hotel was very VERY dirty. The bathroom was left extremely dirty and moldy and the employees were unprofessional
Bed was comfy Location was great Room service was good and quick
Too much noise on my floor/too many kids Bathroom smelled like a wet rag Elevators took a long time
I didn't like the service.
I didn't get the room I reserved. This hotel is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Staff was excellent, nice, hospitable.
The room is small and mediocre-looking. Definitely not worth $400/night or more.
I enjoyed my stay there, I liked receiving a cookie upon arrival.
It was supposed to be a king size room, but was just a queen size bed.
The staff was very friendly. I arrived several hours before check in and was allowed to drop my bags off. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Lobby was unusually small. Hotel only had two elevator shafts for 25+ floors and at one point both of them were broken.
Very clean and comfortable. Awesome views with our room. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Great, great place!
Elevators take forever and they are to small Staff makes to much noise in hallways
Great location, close to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Time Square and a good number of restaurants. Also, nice view of the Empire State building. The staff was nice and accommodating.
Parking even after validation is still expensive (25 per day plus tax), there are some alternatives in the area. The room was fine but you can tell the carpet need to be cleaned/washed, I don't mean not vacuumed but really cleaned. Breakfast is not complementary, (maybe because I booked through Kayak; some other people had breakfast vouchers) and it's super expensive. MANY cheaper alternatives around. Also, if you book through a third party you cannot get points towards Hilton rewards.
Staff was really accommodating and super helpful. Great price for a normal hotel room with no frills.
One elevator was broken during the first night so it took forever to get down and up. It was fixed by the second night though.
Super comfortable beds
One (of only 2) elevators is down for planned maintenance. No mention of this was given. Takes up to 20 minutes to get up and down during busy times.
Small rooms and thin walls
The staff responded immediately to any requests we had (needing extra coffee, etc). We even asked the front desk if the room had a fridge -- it didn't, so they sent one up!
The heater/AC unit was making noise, which they came up to try to fix, but couldn't figure out what was going on. Fortunately it didn't start banging in the middle of the night. Also, there was some extra charge for an extra bed or something -- around $25. It wasn't a lot, but it was still more than was indicated when we reserved it via Kayak. Better to declare all charges up front, even if they're not that large.
All inclusive breakfast. Way to expensive
Loved the cookies, staff, bed, pillow(I want one) and everything. Great place. We will stay there again.
The only thing I like was the manager Brian who found me another hotel room.
This was the second time I booked a room and was relocated to another property for a "busted" pipe in the room!
Did not get the rate I bioked. Instead paid $3.50 over the quoted rate.
The location was great, staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was amazing!
The bed is the best!
